Aniket wagerah Ka toh pata Nahi par I really want Samrat back. He's the one who's genuinely wronged in this entire mess. If the CVs actually expended any energy on originality they could explore this character so well. If this show were done realistically both Virat and Samrat would get very little time at home. Both of them would get transferred too frequently and the show would have to deal with the separation that comes with being Military-wives.

Assuming that Samrat is actually MIA and not willfully avoiding home like KD, then he'd be medically unfit to rejoin his regiment for a while. Psych assess and all that.

This could be the time where Samrat and Sai find true friends in the family. They would do each other so much good too. Sai could bring back the levity that Samrat might have lost during his stint and they will be blast together. Sai is the most sorted person in the deal wali marriage. But, she needs friends beyond Virat in the family. Virat clearly is not detached enough to an objectively good friend to her and the rest have parental love towards her.

Samrat could be the one to lead her to objectively sound decisions regarding the marriage and vice versa. I can totally see Samrat crushing over someone and excitedly confiding in Sai. The makers are clearly making Machiavelli to be a beyond-redemption caricature. Sai and Samrat deserve better

If Sai falls in love with Virat, Samrat's insight will only help her. If not, even then Samrat would be her rock and vice-versa.

Yes virat is culprit of samrat.

More than anything else I want to see jeeva shiva back , yes virat is culprit of samrat but if u see samrat did sensed something is off with virat but he couldn't figure out . In chavan family apart from Ashwani I doubt any one care much about virat , samrat definitely was very close to virat which they showed. Samrat can shown be some who can correct virat.

Samrat can be angry with virat but at one time he can understand virat but he has no excuse for pakhi who lied from day one to him. In his imagination scene also he asked why pakhi dint told him d truth of virat dint told.

I think because the family has always treated Virat as the golden goose, he has an overdeveloped sense of responsibility and guilt. He often takes decisions that he thinks are best for other but clearly ends up messing up. He has been conditioned to put others before himself and cannot articulate what he wants for himself. That's why he let that pyaar wala slip-up when he was shouting at Sai after Amay kaand. He wishes Sai understands his feelings without him having to articulate. Like always he ended up confusing and hurting people.

Samrat got the worst deal among the 4.... Sai atleast knew what she's signing up for beforehand.... Poor samrat became bali ka bakra for virat's mahaanta... I hope he's back soon and divorce the delusional rani.... After that he can start afresh with sai's help. Sai - samrat will make a good duo... Pure bond without any malicious intentions.

This show needs a breath of fresh air, and Samrat might just be what that is.

Totally agree with you about the job front, but I really doubt the makers would actually think beyond the titles into what actually is entailed in said titles that they've picked for their leads. I doubt they've done any sort of research into the level 2 of any of these characters and their motivations. Initial mindmap is all they have and double click Karo toh it's empty.

But that aside, completely agree that it would be a joy to see Sai and Samrat's relationship develop. They are both souls in a sort of similar predicament, except that Sai knew what she was getting into but did it due to lack of choice...whereas Samrat was blindsided.

She needs a friend who will back her and is also respected in this ridiculous excuse for a family.Yes she's got Ashwini, Shivani and Devi on her side...but really she's more like their leader. None of these members are regarded highly in the family and unfortunately it then is posed as a loser picks a loser saga. samrat would change that balance. He's not one to be shushed away with dancing eyebrows and huffing wolves. (also honestly I do not see any joy in Virat's jealousy with Aniket..it sort of reeks of patriarchy and also maybe a belief where his wife cannot befriend anyone from the opposite sex...I shall reserve my opinions until the track manifests...but literally did he expect her to be friendless for 5 years. This was also why Pulkit's dialogue of wah tumhari modern family hai that lets you study...ummm...its the most basic right..kaahe Ka modernity).

Another thing that could be really well done is the bromance! We've already established that Sunny is quite useless and potentially the worst friend someone could have. But Samrat could be the promised one! Not just eager to see the love between the brothers but equally someone who can call out Virat's bullshit and make him see exactly how he's hurting those (cough Sai cough) around him.

I think yeh Sab utopian dream hai...in the same universe as Machiavellian Pakhi... We'll continue to see scream matches....two or three scenes to pacify SaiRat fans...then rinse repeat. We can hope against hope, but I think the zillat arena and family policing is what is raking in the mooolah.
