I just chanced upon a behind-the-scenes clip of Sonali sitting with stacks of fresh winter vegetables in a decorated lawn. I feel they are celebrating Makar Sankrant because most of those vegetables are used to make the Marathi winter delicacy Bhogichi Bhaji, which is also a special dish for Makar Sankrant. It also explains why we have been seeing the actors in traditional attire.

I think the makers are confused between following the timeline of their show vis-a-vis giving the festivity feels to the audience. But what a back and forth exercise this will be. It just won't add up.

But if they don't do this, they would miss out on the Holi, Gudi Padwa etc that are coming up now... Is it that big a deal to decide a timeline for the story keeping in mind the real-world time?

Will they show Sai's first day in college in January 2020? She secured her admission in July 2019, right? Wouldn't it be better if they just said, "Six months later" but then what would have happen to Samrat? No one cares anyway

Also those people in the background with "covid masks" in the outdoor locations was too evident to be missed. 😆 I just told myself that they are being cautious in a "polluted city".

Just posted this in the other topic for the festival too:

I would like to believe they have confused it with Ashadi Ekadashi, which actually falls in July -- the day when Lord Vishnu enters into four months of slumber. Prabodini Ekadashi is observed in November, when Lord Vishnu is said to wake up.

I guess Bhavani will make Sai fast and do something difficult to symbolise the 'Wari' (pilgrimage on foot) that is usually undertaken to Pandharpur in penance. Also, those who observe this vrat do it with utmost rigidity going more than 24 hours without food.

Aur nahi toh kya... They will oscillate between July and November and finally even celebrate Makar Sankrant in January and still be at the first day of her college. Like Gargantuan in Interstellar, where one hour was equal 7 years on Earth -- their 5 days has been equal to nearly 5 weeks for us 😆. So Chakram niwasis travel back and forth in their samay khatola as per Kaku's wish to celebrate a particular festival 🤔
