Why was only Saras arrested??!

Today's episode was just the same as Thursdays, unrealistic and utterly confusing. I did not understand at all why, when all the Garodia family members were present at the scene of the crime when the police arrived, was only Saraswati arrested? All the Garodia women claimed that they did it, and last when Saras said so, they chose to arrest her? For all they know it might as well have been Surya who murdered him!

Rightfully, all the Betiyaan, Savitri, AND Karan deserved to go to jail. They all were accessory to the murder. Infact, Saras was the last one to know abt this plan.

All the women were saying this and that supporting Saraswati weren't they? So why didn't they mention that it wasn't Saras alone, but ALL of them who helped murder Bhav? Then they all could have gone to jail and given Saras some company!

Yeah I don't get this part also, I thought all the sisters took part in the killing so why is saras only one blamed for it. Now they are probably going to drag this stupid trail thing for so long

coz the creatives dont much care for law . Even the courts are a room for emotional dramas only . The police dont know law , lawyers dont know law , judges dont know law .....and the Garodias , like ET r from another planet although they outwardly live in Rajpipla which is a part of gujrat which is a part of India . BTW in ' Killing Bhav is wrong ' u had wondered in one of ur replies how the Betiyaan wud get out of this .....and I had written that reply actually for u . 😊 Did u read it ?

^Ohh, I seem to have missed that one... haha, loved the dialouges 👏 I could be that we'll be hearing those exact dialouges pretty soon in the show. They overdramatize everything with tears and big long speeches. Watching Betiyaan is going to be pure torture for the coming days. Wish they wud show reality atleast ONCE in these shows, but maybe that is a bit much to ask from them...

kruthi reality n serials r like chalk n cheese. i donno off late none of the shows r proper betiyaan, bmtd, mein teri parchayien hoo most of them r goin downhill.

Thats true, most shows these days have lost their charm... maybe it would pick up more if they brought some reality into it, just a little

yeah i agree. actually i have read many articles on girls being harassed by guyz. if this is the message they wanna give it'll be terrible. actually whn i said there shud be a little reality in dmg it took the whole forum by storm n there was a big debate 4 3 dayz. thts whn i learnt the makers give us wht the majority want. even here majority audience wud do hero-worship 2saraswati

Why you ask?Simple, just to portray Sara taking the blame entirely on herself as an 'act of sacrifice and endurance' for her 'loving and caring' family', if nothing more.

It's all about what is more suspenseful to viewers: one person being held on trial or 6 Garodias. I think that we've established that these shows do not mirror reality, or in this case, the law. God forbid, we start living outside of the Garodia home and mindset!
Now we will have to endure the trial of the century 😆. Hopefully, the show won't take what amounts to a century to wrap it up!!!

BTW, I am always disturbed by the juxtaposition of God and the characters on this show, as well as Kasamh Se and others. What we as people do is not necessarily ordained by God. Look, if Saraswati was in imminent danger without anyone to help her, then of course she can defend herself by whatever means. However, this was a PLANNED kill. And THAT is illegal in the eyes of the law.

Also, they probably arrested only Saraswati because she is the one with the biggest motive:
- he burned her previously
- came back as Ranbir and tried to kill Durga
- posed a risk to Kiran
- she was the one who was sent to the asylum because of her outbursts against Bhavishya/Ranbir.

The police in their infinite wisdom probably thought that the others were covering for Saraswati when they confessed to their involvement.
