Here is the article i pasted from india forum- sorry if i wasnt suppose to do that... she was married Feb 15, 2006. her husbands name is Aziz who will be staring in some movie called Jhoom- Dance with me again.
Television actor Jasveer Kaur a.k.a Smriti of Star Plus' K-Street Pali Hill, tied the knot with her long time boyfriend Aziz on February 15. Their marriage was solemnised early morning yesterday. "We've been living together for the past two years and marriage was just a formality to legalise our relationship," says an excited Jassi.
There was no band-baja at this wedding. In fact, Jasveer was clad in a plain green salwar kameez. She says that their hush-hush marriage gave them no time for any preparations. "Both Aziz and I had been thinking of marriage for a long time and when he proposed to me on Valentine's Day, I couldn't say no. We decided to get married the following morning."
The couple had a nikaah ceremony that was attended by Jasveer's family members and a few of Aziz's friends. His immediate family couldn't attend the ceremony as they live in Dubai. Jasveer says, "Thankfully, there were a few people from his family in India who made it to our Mira road residence for the wedding ceremony."
So how does it feel to be married? She replies, "After living together for such a long time, you get to know each other extremely well. I know Aziz inside out. We've shared the same space in the bedroom. We were as good as married. I don't think that marriage will change our relationship."
She has already got back to work. "Marriage and work are two different aspects of life and I don't want to compromise on either front. I'd already allotted my dated for K Street... not reporting for it would've been unprofessional," smiles the newly-wed Jasveer.
The couple is slated to leave for a short honeymoon as soon as they find the time for it. "Both Aziz and I are extremely busy with our work but we will definitely go on a honeymoon," Jasveer concludes.
