Laxmi/Karan - Gupshup for the week

Hi members,

Another exciting week on Betiyaan, as both mothers stand up for their children (one more than the other). What a shock that Surya is threatening to kill himself! 😲 Well, at least we see that he does care for Savitri now. 😃 He's not just signing his property blindly to Yuvraj - good job Surya. 👏

Onto the issues/discussions for this week IN THIS THREAD ONLY:

- Lots of members are speculating about Karan and Laxmi's relationship. We do know that they fall in love, but is he the mystery man? It seems very convenient that he saves Laxmi, etc - and owns the property. But why would he love Laxmi/hate Satya? Who else could the mystery man be?

- Will it be Laxmi and Karan that reveal the truth about Kajri to the family? Laxmi is the natural Nancy Drew, and now Karan can support her and expose Kajri. So far the girls have been pretty unsuccessful, and we know the Kajri-expose will happen after a month.😕 Who is going to help them? And will Surya believe them? I think its key that they discover Rasili is the owner of the kotha, and take the family there to see her in her real get-up. 😆

- And the million dollar question - will Satyakam come back? If yes, where has he been all this time? Will Laxmi choose him, or Karan? (What a difficult decision it will be for her).

So lets have your responses to these questions. I am very eager for Kajri to be kicked out, esp after what happened to Gauri. I'm also rooting for a Satya return. 😳 I think that perhaps Karan was hired by the mystery man to fall in love with Laxmi - maybe this is revenge against Surya and family. Somehow his entry into Laxmi's life is too well-timed for my liking. We'll have to wait and see.

But most importantly, I can't wait to see the reactions of Baa and Menka when they find out that their darling bahu actually worked in a kotha, after they both reprimanded Gauri. 😡

(What a difficult decision it will be for her).YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! its a very common thing for a dead perosn to come back wen his girl is in lvoe with someone else... but if satya does come back.. i think karan will be left alone cuz currently laxmi really loves satya altho he is no more... but ithink she will def. choose satya over karan

Yes, its too coincidental, that Karan is always there when Laxmi is in need of help. It looks more like she is being stalked by Karan. There is def more to this guy than meets the eye. When they went to Verma House, he was there with chickens etc, and sometimes an electrician. And now when they return to Rajpipla he follows them there as well. If he is such a rich man buying and selling land and properties like peanuts, what was he doing with chickens and helping out as an electrician. Laxmi should have asked him this, i for one would like to hear what he has to say. Its very possible that he is the mystery man or linked with Satya's murder in some way.

In a way its good that Karan is helping Laxmi and her sisters in gathering proofs against Kajri, cuz the places the girls are going to to get the proofs look pretty sleazy and having a guy with them is helpful. Probably Karan is doing this so that laxmi begins to feel a sense of obligation towards him which could later turn into feelings of love. I think Karan will be the one who provides laxmi with the ultimate proof with which they can trap Kajri in her lie. About Surya believing them, that is left to see. If he sees a proof that is believable then it will shatter him to know that his own son duped him, but i'm not sure what action he will take.

I think he will come back with a new face, I'm guessing the mystery man has hidden him somewhere, and he was in a comatose state, so he could not come to Laxmi sooner. But when he comes back, it will be when Laxmi has fallen in love with Karan and is about to marry him. If karan was involved in Satya's accident, then it will not be a difficult decision for her, that is if/when she finds out Karan caused Satya's accident

I'm absolutely positive no-one was offended by what you said. However, other members are entitled to their own opinions, and are allowed to express the same here. Just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean they've taken offence.
