July 10th Written Update

July 10th Update -

The Kotha Area -

Gauri follows Kajri there and is shocked when she hears 2 kothewaalis referring to Pavi as Kajri. Gauri ponders as to how cud Pavi be linked to this area. Just then a drunkard bumps into gauri and stares at her. She gets scared, he leaves... but then when she turns she sees Pavi gone. Just then the police van arrive with sirens and all.. the cops get off.. all the kothewaalis are running helter skelter. Gauri stands there watching when all the kothewaalis are grabbed by the police. She is scared when another lady cop sees her and thinks she too is a kothewaali and grabs her. Reporters are there and they take Gauri's pics. Kaj and Rasili are hiding behind a stall. As gauri is taken into the police van, she yells to Pavi for help. Kaj sees Gauri and is worried as to what will happen now. Rasili tells let anything happen to her, we have to save ourselves now. Kaj sees Gauri crying for help and it looks like she feels bad for her a little. Gauri cries from inside the police van.

Rasili tells that now since gauri has seen them here in the kotha, she is sure to spill the beans when she gets out of jail. Kaj tells that she never knew she would have to endure so much just cuz she is married to a respected family. Kaj tells she feels strongly that something really bad is going to happen to them soon.

Garodia House -

Yuv's room -

Kajri tells Yuv that gauri has been arrested in the kotha area. He yells at her and tells its becuz of her carelessness that gauri is in trouble today. She then reminds him that if she were to be exposed then he shud remember that he is partially involved in this whole kaj/pavi scandal as well. Yuv is stunned listening to Kaj. Kaj blames yuv too for Gauri's arrest. Yuv tells that he will not let gauri spend even a sec in jail. Kajri stops him saying that he is being foolish, and that if gauri is freed then her truth will be out as well. She scares him by saying that htey can get into big trouble for this... and she convinces Yuv not to go to rescue Gauri.

In the Police Station -

The cops are taking the fingerprints of the kothewaalis. Gauri keeps crying and explaining to them that she is not a kothewaali and that there has been a mistake, but her cries fall into deaf ears. No one listens to her. She keeps crying. The photographer takes their pictures with a criminal number plate.

Then they are all taken to a cell and locked in together. She keeps crying and yelling that she isn't a kothewaali, but no one believes her.

Verma House -

The mom and the girls are having a great time together. They plan to play antakshari and all want Laxmi to join in. She refuses. But then they all insist and she agrees finally. They all sit to play (they do it the zee SRGMP style by saying lets rock and yalgaar ho) Then they take turns and start singing team after team. Then its laxmi's turn to sing with T... but just then Karan comes and sings "tumne na jaana ki main deewana, mere dil ki hai ye daastan, suno na..." Laxmi looks irritatedly. He comes to Laxmi and looks at her and sings. She begins to leave when the girls stop her from leaving. He keeps singing the song and laxmi thinks about her days with Satyakaam.

In the Jail -

Gauri is still crying and trying to convince the cops from the jail cell. The other girls mock her and tell her to shut up, and they laugh at her. She gets scared and cries more. She calls a cop near and cries and tells "sir i'm not like them, i belong to a reputed family" (she speaks in english to the cop) Hearing that the cop tells "just becuz you spoke in english it does not mean i'll believe you, and i have heard all these b4" The other girls in the cell laugh at her. They tell her that if she belongs to a good family then why hasn't anybody come here to resue her. Gauri prays to god to help her. Episode ends.
