May 18th 2009 Witten Update
Menka threatens to kill herself if Sav doesn't let her do the puja for Yuvraj. This leaves Sav worried. At work, Tina secretly deletes imp files from Gauri's computer, but despite that Gauri manages to finish her work, and succeeds in impressing Devyani yet again, who asks Akash to drop Gauri home since it's late. Gauri is enjoying her ride in Akash's car sitting next to him, till he stops to give lift to some girl on the road. He sends Gauri to the back seat and lets the other girl sit next to him. Seeing him flirting away w/ the girl, Gauri is disgusted and asks him to drop her off midway, which he does. Nik, Kshitij and the girls go out to eat icecream, when Saras brings up Nik's parents and asks him when they will get to meet them. He gets nervous and brushes it off saying that he will bring his parents to meet them soon. At home, Baa finds Menka doing the puja and is stunned seeing Sav standing there not doing anything abt it. She goes to stop Menka herself, when Sav stops her. Gauri is walking by the dark, lonely road, when she bumps into Rasik who offers to drop her home, but she turns him down and walks on. Later she finds Nik and the others on their way back home after having ice cream and joins them. Baa asks Sav to stop Menka before the girls find out abt this. But just then, they return home and are stunned seeing Menka doing this puja for Yuvraj. Saras explodes on Baa and Sav for not stopping Menka. Jhanvi goes berserk and throws all the puja stuff around. She screams at Menka for siding w/ Yuv in spite of everything he's done. Sav rushes forward and slaps Jhanvi for humiliating a mother's yearning for her son, and vows to support Menka in her puja and also in helping her free Yuvraj. All look on stunned hearing this.
