At the Garodia house, ppl are pouring in to pay their last respects to Surya. When the pundit tells Yuv that it's time to take the body to the funeral site, Menka breaks down crying inconsolably asking them to not take Surya away. Sav calms her down and the body is taken away. The family and the rest of the ppl arrive at the funeral. There the lawyer tells Yuv how much his dad loved him and wanted him to have the entire property. Yuvraj is stunned hearing that and realizes he made a huge mistake by taking his own father's life in greed for money. The pundit asks Yuv to do the last rites. Yuvraj remembers all the good times with his dad and his last moments as well, as he lights the pyre. The rasm is completed and the ppl start to leave, while the Garodia women stand there completely shattered. Yuvraj looks at them feeling very guilty for ripping their happiness from them.

All return home. At night when they sit down for their meals, they all look at Surya's empty chair and remember him. Durga breaks down crying while laxmi consoles her. Unable to bear all this Baa falls to the floor unconscious. The doc is called and she checks on Baa. She tells the family that Baa is in a state of shock and advises them to take extra care of her. Yuvraj watches all this knowing that he is responsible for it all. He rushes out in anger to confront Kaj. He barges into her house and tells her what the lawyer told him and accuses her for poisoning his mind and goading him into killing his dad. Kaj is horrified when Yuv blames her for his dad's death and she retorts back at him making it clear that he is solely responsible for what he did and to not drag her into it. She tells him that all she did was for her son, and reminds him that she had given him a choice and even chose to leave town with Naman and that it was he who ultimately made the choice of killing his dad. Yuv falls to the chair in disbelief and realizes that Kaj is right. He tells her that he can't undo the things he did, but he can atleast repent for it by taking responsibility for what he did and confessing to his family. Kaj tries stopping him, but he leaves determined to tell the family the whole truth.

Precap: Yuvraj comes to his family and tells them that he has something to tell them.
