Yuvraj is devastated after Surya point blankly refuses to give him any money. Kajri's words keep ringing in his mind and he confides in Kajri abt this. She instigates him further.

Surya is sad that he had to break his son's heart to protect him from kajri, but he remains determined to not let Kajri win this time. Seeing Surya lost in thoughts Sav assumes he is worried abt Naman and suggests financially helping Kajri, but he refuses saying that Kajri is using Naman as a lottery ticket to get all the money he is worth.

Surya goes to meet kajri at her place, and he warns her that no matter how she manipulates Yuvraj into her trap thru Naman, she will still not succeed in getting her hands on their money. In spite of Surya's threats Kajri is sure she will succeed in her mission.

Back at home, Menka pleads Gauri to convince Jhanvi to agree to this rishta. Gauri goes to Jhanvi and manages to convince her. Later Menka asks Surya what he has decided abt the rishta, and when he tells her that Jhanvi herself will not agree to this, Gauri brings Jhanvi there and announces that Jhanvi has agreed.
