October 16th, 2008 Written Update

Betiyaan:

v All are glad to see Niy back. Yuv is abt to welcome her too, but Kaj convinces him to throw her out. When Yuv tells Niy that she is not welcome in the house, Niy announces that he can't throw her out as they are still legally married. He taunts her that she can stay till she is his wife.

v Niy is sad that Yuv is upset with her. Kaj comes to taunt her, but seeing Saras there she changes her tunes and feigns concern. After Kaj leaves from the room, Saras encourages Niy to not lose hope and fight for what is hers.

v Surya and Sav are pleased to hear that Lax is out of danger. When they ask her to come home with them, she insists on staying back to protect Rohan's property. Surya assures her that he will take care of that. Mama-Mami are glad that Lax is out of the way and they go to their mansion. But Surya comes there with court orders relinquishing them from Rohan's house and property. He then gets them arrested for mentally and physically abusing Lax.

v The Garodia family eagerly awaits Laxmi's arrival, but when she walks in the door, all are stunned to see her with mangalsutra, sindoor… and Rohan. She tells them that Rohan is her husband, and all look on stunned!
