Am I missing something? An actor's appearance, voice and figure etc. are what he/she can control and should be open for comments as he/she opted to air those things out for the public. I can understand restrictions on discussing their private matters but their on tube/air persona should be fair game. Are you guys going to say next that you can not criticize a singer's voice?

Well you cannot criticize their personal appearance to the extent that you hurt them or their fans. .......sometimes it is not possible for the actor to change themselves....We are not all aishwarya or john........we all have our shortcomings.......making comments about weight, nose, belly should not be rude or abusive. rules.

Ofcourse some level of flexibility is allowed, you may always make comments but no comments that cross the limit of respect.

And yes if you make comments about a singer's voice that we cannot except, we will tell you not to do that.

We should keep our discussions and critics limited to the characters & the songs, not the actors or the singers.

It is very simple. We have some rules and we all are obliged to stick to those
