Dude the bold! Your analysis is just so so good. His music just amps you up. It was the first time I'd ever been introduced to like "badass" background music for a male lead. Even for Geet, like it was like she hears it. I love how GC and DD played those scenes. It's beyond anything I've ever seen.Originally posted by: moksha89
This one?
So many thoughts about it - every time it plays, I feel like I'm on edge. The pace of the music is like this build up that just keeps peaking, it's dizzying and almost overwhelming... around the minute point, it's like you're on the edge of a cliff and at 1:30 there's a sensation that you just might lose your footing.
Something's going to happen.
I also get the image of Geet's heavy breathing, her chest rising and falling...of Maan giving his piercing gaze. doesn't matter if they're in the same screen, or separate - it's still carries the vibez of anticipation, fear, excitement ... maybe something forbidden ☺️
perhaps the bgm is equivalent to the fight-on-the-dance-floor/DIY-pyrophobia-therapy symbolism. It matches the pace of some intense, sweaty, kadhi-making activities.🤭🙊
Tagging Sarcy, jic in case she took up watching 😆
