Praying to the God for his well being, Geet started her day, it was her daily routine after she woke up. After freshen up quickly, she went to kitchen to made his favorite brekfast and arranged them beautifully on the tray and draw a smiley on the food saying, "Kal raat bohot gussa tha mujhpe. Iss surprise se uska mood theek karna hoga." (He was so angry with me last night. I have to set his mood right with this surprise.) She chuckled and left the kitchen with breakfast tray.

Geet walked in the dark room and looked at him, he was sleeping so peacefully, he was looking so cute in sleep that she didn't wish to wake him up but it was too early and she had to do it. "Wake up baby..!" She lovingly said while placing the tray on the table, but he didn't showed any movement.

"Are you still angry with me?" She asked while trying to get his full view but he was tightly holding the blanket, she was only able to see till his eyes.

She chuckled, "Aise nahi uthoge aap.." (You won't wake up like this.) She went to the huge window and removed the curtain letting the sunray peeped in. She turned back and saw some movement in his body.

Geet went to him and sat beside him and ruffled his hair saying, "See.. I've made your favorite brekfast."

He opened his one eye and checked the tray on the table but in next moment covered himself with duvet. "Toh aap aise nahi manoge..!" (You will not listen to me this way.) Geet pouted.

"Hmm.. I know how to wake you up.." Saying this Geet removed the duvet from his body and started tickling him.

He laughed aloud, "Mumma stop.. Mumma..!" He began to squirm.

"My badmaas bachha.." (My bad boy.) She pulled him in her embrace and hugged him tightly and kissed on his cheek.

"Mumma, Shaurya don't like it." He rubbed his cheek where Geet kissed.

"But mumma likes it a lot." She gave him another kiss with a tickling, he laughed again but suddenly his face dropped as he said, "Papa hotey toh kitna maza aata na?" (If papa would be here, we used to have so much fun, isn't?)

Geet looked at her son's sad face, "Bachha papa is busy. I told you na?"

"Hmm.." He hummed upset.

"Waise.. Papa ne kuch bheja hai Shaurya ke liye." (By the way.. Papa has send something for Shaurya) Geet said to cheering him up.

"What?" He asked excited.

She handed him a gift wrapped box. "Open it." Shaurya took it from her and opened it excited. "Wow.. Remote control car.. Mumma, I love it. How did he know that I want this?"

"See.. Papa cares for you. But work is important, you know..! Iss liye woh kal parents meeting pe nahi aapaye. Papa ko maaf kardo iss bar." (That is why you did not attend parents meeting yesterday. Please forgive him this time.) She requested lovingly.

Shaurya thought for a while and then looked at Geet, "Okay.. But next time unhe aana padhega." (He has to come next time.) He ordered.

"Okay.. Mein bol dungi." (I'll tell him.) She lovingly kissed on his hair. "Now go and get freshen up. Aalu ka paratha wait kar raha hai." (Your paratha is waiting for you.) He quickly rushed out from the room while Geet looked on upset while her eyes gets moist.

"Mumma..." Shaurya ran inside the house with dirty shoes as he was playing in the ground with his friends and was trying to hug Geet.

"SHAURYA.. STOP..!" Geet shouted and stopped him right there. "First you go and take shower. Then you'll get hugs and kisses."

"You're so hygienic, mumma.." With a pout, Shaurya went to the washroom while Geet chuckled and gets engrossed in her work when suddenly her phone rings.

"Papa?" Her face gets delighted. "Hello papa? How are you all..?"

"Geet.. We're all fine here, how are you? And how's Shaurya?" Her father, Shekhar asked excited.

"We're fine here." Suddenly Geet heard a chaos over the phone. "Papa what's going on there?"

"Oh that's.." He chuckled. "Your mom.. And our neighbors.. I told you no.. The Khurana's.. Toh Khurana jee ki patni.. Tumhare mom aur unka kuch khaas banti nahi.. Everyday they fights on random things." (Khurana's wife and your mom haven't any good bond, they use to fight everyday on random things.)

Geet laughed as she could clearly hearing them fighting, but as she heard her mother's voice,she couldn't hold her tears, her eyes got moist after remembering them. "Papa I miss you all."

"We also miss you. Geet.. Why don't you come here for some days..? Shaurya ko bhi achha lagega aur humein bhi.." (Shaurya will feel better and we will also be happy.)

"Yes papa.. I was thinking the same.. Shaurya misses his father a lot. May be usse bhi wahan jaa ke thoda change mil jayega." (He will get a little change from that too.)

"Okay, then I'll book your tickets." Mr. Handa said excited.

"Okay.. Isn't mom's fight over yet?" She asked with a chuckled hearing their fight.

"Dadu ka phone. I want to talk.. I want to talk." (Grandpa's call.) Shaurya ran to her after coming out from washroom, taking shower.

"Shaurya.. First go and get dress up." Geet ordered as he was in his underwear only, and can catch cold.

"No.." He almost snatched the phone from her. "Dadu.. You know papa gifted me a remote control car. It's so beautiful. Jab mein aapke wahan jaunga, I'll show you. We'll play with that. Okay..?" (When i'll go there.) Shaurya excitedly informed him about the gift while Geet adored her son's happiness, his face lit up whenever he gets a gift from his father.

Mr. Handa informed him about their visiting Delhi, which made little boy happier. "Is it true mumma..? Dadu ke ghar jayenge?" (Are we going to grandpa's house?) He questioned looking at his mother on which Geet nodded happily.

"Yayy.. Dadu ke ghar jayenge. I need to do a lot of packing. Dadu I'll talk with you later" (We're going grandpa's house.) Handing her the phone, he ran inside.

"Yes papa..!" Geet said after bringing the phone near to her ear.

"Geet, didn't you tell him yet.?" He questioned.

"Papa, I tried but I couldn't. I can't break his heart." Her eyes gets moist.

"I understand Geet.. It's not easy.. But kabhi na kabhi toh usse bolna hoga." (You have to tell him some or the other day.) He said worrying.

"I know, par kaise hoga, I don't know." (But how..) She sobbed.

"Okay, don't cry now. Once you come here. We'll talk with him. Take care okay..!"

"You too papa." Hanging up the call, Geet cried remembering her past.

One year ago,

"Papa will be happy to see us here on his birthday, isn't Shaurya?" She was excited while entering in their apartment.

"Mumma, Rohan. May I go to play with him?" Shaurya asked seeing his friend playing in the play ground.

"Okay. But come soon." Permitting him, Geet walked inside.

Once, the elevator door gets opened, Geet excitedly walked towards their flat. She was going to ring the door bell but paused. "I should give him the surprise." She giggled and with a duplicate key, she opened the door and gets shocked seeing her husband with another lady, getting intimate.

"Abhi..?" She uttered his name in shock.

Seeing her present there, he quickly composed himself while Geet cried getting ditched by her husband. "Geet, you.. I.. I can explain.." But before he could explain anything, she slapped him. "Is it your important work that you send us to Delhi?" Just then Shaurya walked in and Geet pretend to be happy as she doesn't wanted him to get affected with this..!!

Later as Abhinav's truth exposed in front of Geet, she decided to leave him and shifted to another house with her son.

Present Day,

"Mumma?" Shaurya shook her mother who was lost in her own thoughts. "Why are you crying?" He asked innocently while wiping her tears. "Are you missing papa?"

Geet didn't answer him. "You told me na papa is busy."

"Yeah.. My bachha.." She pulled him for a hug which soothe her pain, she parted from him saying, "Now no more crying. We're going to Delhi.. Let's go, we've to pack our luggages." She said excited as she knew, her upset face can make her son upset and they headed inside to pack their luggages for their journey...

Geet is not able to say his son abt father truth.

Her son is waiting to meet is his father.

Let's hope while in Delhi she is able to meet maan who is next door to her parents home if I m not wrong.

Sad to know about geets past. She is handling her baby alone and still not ruin father's image in front of son. Wonderful and emotional update
