Geet was on lunch break when she saw Kavya in pain and she helped her to get to hospital

also donated her blood as both have the same blood type

so Kavya is the sister to Vicky and Maan Khurana

as Geet couldn't fill the form in completely when two men walked in she didn't know them

but knew they were looking for Kavya she immediately thrashes the form in Maan's hands

so Geet was invited as she saved Kavya .

and Vicky was the one that picked Geet up
