"Bhai what you are doing is not right" Geet said to Rohit who was now looking at nowhere.
"Nahi geet we already discussed this" Rohit explanined
"Par bhai Annie is suffering , because of me and M-Maan you are keeping distance from her i dont know what happened between you both but i don't want annie to suffer just like me bhai" Geet cried a lone tear escaped her eyes.
"Bacha you dont get it!! they are not good for us, just you being with maan did this to you and i dont want you to suffer more because of his bussiness rivaliries" Rohit said wiping her tears away
"But bhai im suffereing too and i cant let my friend suffer too between maan and me, she deserves all your love bhai please don't break her heart....
"and bhai bussiness rivals toh sabko hota hai hamara bhi hain!! but Vo Rahul that bast*** is my senior and he tried to destroy maan's bussiness and i wouldn't let it happen then do i? " Geet tried again
"Bacha dont even take that cruel arrogant bas**** bitc* name !!! aur rahi baat meri aur annie kii hum zindagi mai bahut kuch chahte hain par vo sab kuch nahii hota" Rohit said turning away from her his face twisting in pain.
"par bhai...
"Nahi geet i dont want to listen..... abhii abhii tum teek huyi ho, i dont want you to take more stress" Rohit said interrupting her walking out of room.
Geet looked away sighing it has been 2 weeks since she heard Maan's heart breaking words and she is feeling hopeless in this, she didn't cry anymore, she just felt numb. atleast she didnt want his brother and her best friend to suffer like this !!! She will try anything in her to make them together she promised herself.

"how is he now!!??" Maan whisper in rage.
"Sir we have been keeping him in ice cold water for 6 hours straight as you have said" The other said back in phone.
"Good i will come in the evening make sure to do as i say, No humanity should be shown for him. punish him, beat him, kick him but make sure you dont let him sleep" Maan smirked satisfied. he turned around and walked out of the lawn, he was startled to see geet outside her mansion with a Man who was smiling charmingly at her, but her words made him rooted to the spot.
"So kartik will you marry me"?
"What omg Geet are you sure ??? really!!!! omg i cant believe this"
"Ahhh please dont behave like a clingy girl friend now kartik" Geet teased, making him smile at her sheepishly.
"Now how can i not? i have been asking for your hand since 2 years" Kartik said wrapping her hands around her waist making her uncomfortable. she moved back and smiled.
"hmmm papa and Bhai said our marriage will be next week" Geet smiled.
Maan fisted his hands in anger and hurt hearing them. she is going to marry that Kartik their neighbor!!?? how could she just forget him??? but it is good for her, she deserves happiness not pain he thought moving away from them.

Geet Rushed Into KC and Inhaled Sharply "Nahii geet it's ok, you're here only for your internship aur Vo khatam hone Tak You have To bear That khaddos" Geet blabbered, She was Nervous and Scared when she got to know that her internship was in none other than KC. She doesn't want to Face Maan but she is feeling unfortunate by getting her internship in this. She was Moving on from him, she wouldn't let him affect her. She thought determined.

"Katrina you know this, I'm busy right now we will Go to dinner tomorrow please" Maan said rubbing his forehead tiredly, He let loose his tie and removed few buttons to bring some comfort to him but he was feeling choked. Geets words flashing in front of him again and again.
Just then he heard a knock and He sighed before telling the other person to come in.
"Sir" Maan froze hearing that angelic voice of hers again after 2 weeks, His back facing hers. He inhaled sharply, her honey scent filled in his cabin Making his heart beat racing.
"S-sir... V-vo Mai G-geet" Geet said again when he didn't turn back.
"I Can recognize your voice miss handa.." Maan said composing himself Turning around and looked at her with Blank face. He looked at her hands clutching the paper. Realized dawned on him that she was here for her intern. He wanted her to work here in KC so that she could be safe, he didn't want to take another risk by letting her go to any other firms than KC.
"Katrina I will call you back later" saying this he cut the call before he can hear her to be fiance's words.
Geet looked at The man in front of her, His well built form clad in black suit with white button down shirt, His tie let loose with 4 buttons undone, His hair messy and He looked rather handsome and dashing as always but he had some overgrown stubble and eyes had carry bags. All in all he looked as a stranger to her, the one she loved always looked at her with warmth and love but the one standing in front of her was looking at her blankly.
Maan's eyes hungrily took her form Clad in Red Sleeveless Tank top and Black denim jeans, she looked more gorgeous than ever. He closed his eyes and turned around when she looked at him as if she was glancing at him for the first time, Her eyes were hollow, her always bright eyes shone with innocence and Mischief were missing.
"Yeah Miss Handa you can place your offer internship application on the table and go" he Said composing himself and Sat in his chair typing furiously on the Laptop. Geet did What he said And was about to go when her bracelet got struck in the chair.
She turned and Tried to let it free, but stiffened when she sensed a familiar musky scent behind her.
