Yah she needs to sign those papers and leave the babies she already panicking about taking care of them no child deserves that. She doesnt even acknowledge she has a family that can help. She blinded by her ego.

I think seeing the confrontation between Maan and his biological parents has made Geet to think twice about leaving but when Maan explains to her rabout her responsibilities she is concerned. Maan is right it's better to break it before the children get used to her.
