I was hovering around GF and this title intrigued me, it is my first FF in years that had seemed to capture my attention.

Reading the prologue, I'd enjoyed it and looked forward to reading more, I like your writing style. I don't read FFs due to time constraints but this title drew me in.

The prologue is quite interesting, I'm already liking Meera and Yash, I am curious about the conversation between them. What had she meant by an eccentric Maan.

I did consider for a moment following Meera and Geet's conversation and the small background whether Maan has some sort of mental health problems 😆

I'm looking forward to their weekend hour of Maan Geet spending time together though it seems they do not get along.

Please bear with my slow pace of reading, Ramadan is here atop of that I'm currently reading 2 books which I'm trying to finish 😆

Chapter 1

This chapter was funny, I like the idea of Geet being a messenger for her sister - that too only because she'd lost a bet.
It would have been mortifying if Yash hadn't liked Meera and mocked her to Geet, don't think anybody would have wanted that especially if your crush is near.

I'm curious about Maan however, what is the reason he's come to live with his cousin in the middle of the year?

Some of the speculations sound hilarious and I do wonder whether any of these are true but I highly doubt that. Considering it's only the first chapter, I'm sure there is bound to be some suspense.

I'm curious about his behaviour though, considering his muttering about silly girls I'm wondering what makes him dislike and glare at these poor souls who are crushing on him.

Geet's a wonderful sister, she was asked to observe Yash and instead she was too busy looking down. I love reading Meera and Geet's scenes, their bonding and love for one another is really wonderful to read especially despite Geet's dislikes and not wanting to do certain things she becomes that support for her sister.

Geet assumes she's lucky to not spend time with Maan, considering the prologue and this chapter it seems Maan is going to be like the third wheel and I'm sure Meera will drag her along to their dates or whatever else they go on just so Maan is occupied 😆
It's interesting to see how this story plays out, I'm looking forward to it.

With regards to the note, emotional dependency is a factor in many relationships especially if a person is insecure so one depends on the other to be responsible for their feelings and emotions.

In my view (most of it comes from meeting these types of people in my line of work) I feel women are many of the times emotionally dependent on their partners.

They're not hundred percent sure of how to feel and insecure of their feelings and fearing rejection so they're emotionally dependent on their husbands/boyfriends.

Therefore, many stories carry out the woman feeling like relationships would probably be better if they spend more time together, go on more dates and pestering their partner for more time to be spent with them.

I feel men are emotionally distant rather than dependent. They majority of the times don't feel that bothered and always look for space even if they have the world's space in front of them. Their reasoning most times (in my view) are that as long as you give me space our relationship would run smoothly.

So, it would be fascinating to see how the journey is written, I'm assuming Maan will be emotionally dependent on Geet. Would the reasons be - what he'd left his old school for?

I'm enjoying this so far, and looking forward to reading more chapters soon. By the way, loving your writing style. I'm fussy when it comes to FFs hence the break of not reading an FF in years. 😆

Chapter 2
I'm enjoying Yash-Meera, whenever reading a story many of the times I find the secondary characters stories are often as equally wonderful to read.

There's a certain excitement and mischievousness in the beginning of a relationship, Meera lying to her mother is as any teenager these days. 😆

A new lie for every day, I find that those who lie a lot have some funny excuses. I'd recently heard a lie of being locked in the work building when in fact this person was out with her boyfriend then crashed over at best friend's house 😆 😆

Maan's behaviour is making me curious, one minute he's seeming okay and makes it seem he is a gentleman but then he spoils Geet's poor hopes of change with his sharp words.

Ah Maan has said the right thing about books nowadays, verbal po*n 😆
It's hard to find a decent book to read as many authors have chosen to follow this pattern. Height of stupidity in my opinion making women seem weak and men alphas, I'd have enjoyed reading books of empowering women through fiction.

I've struggled this year to find a book to enjoy because mostly all are on weak women falling for alphas, so I'm reading Game of throne novels. 😆

Ah I love books and stationery, and I barely come across characters who enjoy both so it was good to see Geet enjoying reading.
Their interaction in that scene was comical as they'd both described one another's likes perfectly 😆

Maan seems like this grizzly moody bear whereas at times we see a different view of him almost like he's one of those who seem like a man eating gorilla but in fact he's like a teddy bear once you get to know him.

I love how you've made this Maan realistic, there are quite a number men that we come across who are silent but their words are straight to the point. They're not running rings around you, I find that quality endearing as women tend to be the opposite - they'd beat around the bush for eons before they state the actual problem.

In that elevator scene he seemed concerned noting Geets gasp and possibly shock of feeling someone's hand and he stepped forward protecting her, same way in the cinema hall he'd opted to sit besides her even though the big old uncle was taking most of the space making Maan lean over but he'd sat in discomfort and didn't tell Geet she owes him one.

I am wondering what Yash meant by Maan having gone to jail once before, like Meera and Geet I am stumped and trying to think as to why he would have gone to jail.

I'm wondering if a woman maybe sister/friend could have been groped or used in some way or form by a man therefore he's overly protective when it comes to such situations.

I'm probably thinking way too much into this, but the wheels in my head won't stop turning. 😆

I attempt at trying to read between the lines and am wondering whether you've posted subtle hints of his past which we as readers aren't understanding. As I read further, I'd probably read a sentence and think oh yes you'd given a hint at this chapter 😆

geet is trying hard to get over him and now meera telling her that he ran away from home and surely made her worried for him...she went on a date just to prove herself that she has gotten over maan and with rudra at last she felt comfortable and now maan is back really but why now??

This story and writing style of yours is definitely different than all of your other work... its got mystery, authors perspective which can take any outlook, life of a teenager- including first love, heart breaks, lazy times, study stress, sibling equation, nagging mom... its complicated yet intriguing and has a mysterious Maan who is interested yet not interested in Geet or rather life.

This chapter opens another phase of growing up where a kid can be rebellious and run away... but it got more interesting and came to Geet. Very curious why?

Geet on the other hand has handled heart break very well... she is avoiding him and anything relating to him... by even going out with other guys to disyract her mind. Will that work? She seems to be falling for the wrong guy who might never be hers or love her back.
