Loved it the part very much but i didn't get one thing how come geet knew she is pregnant wen she didn't fainted or had a check up

no she did check up her as while arranging annie arrangement preparation she puking some times and heer with her that one time and take her to doctor..

and she told maan to know it. if u read part carfefully
