Maan was absolutely clueless about Geet's thoughts and was unaware of Rahul's intervention between him and Geet whilst Geet thought that Maan was pretending to be naive when he actually was. Maan was flabbergasted when Geet tells him that Rahul proposed her and accused him that he can't Rahul to propose her. Maan couldnt understand Geet's words and couldnt fathom her accusions either. He was appalled with her hostile statements and was in quandary that Geet distrust him. Even after acknowledging Maan's possessiveness for her Geet couldnt bring thyself to believe Maan's words and stated that he was lying when she knew he doesn't. His just that her thoughts are playing games with her and his sudden departure and disappearance of him from her life made her feel aloof and deserted added to her anguish and anger self. She even tells him that he controlled her life according to his will but in frustration she forgot that behind his instructing and dominating self he cared and was concerned for her well being . Despite of everything Geet couldnt despise him or detest his touch when he crashed his lips on her. Geet's logical mind was fighting to gain her composure back from her passionate self but was failing miserably that she gave in thyself into the kiss. She equally participated in the kiss thus changing the dynamics of their relationship then stopped thyself when she realises what she did.

Geet was contemplating the happenings took place between her and Maan. She couldn't fathom to grasp the truth and was trying to register their deeds. For Maan their kiss was like their old times and nothing changed their equation whilst Geet was in her own muddled up thoughts. Geet tried to reprimand him about their deeds and stating that things changed for better. Geet tells that now they have grown up to share such level of intimacy which they shared in their childhood but Maan was least to interested in her words and states that he will shut up her mouth in similar fashion. Well according to Geet, Maan's actions were proving that Rahul's words to be true. For Maan everything that transpired between them was acceptable and more like besties thing. He retaliated with her and states that fact that even she equally participated in kissing him, she retorted vehemently and accused on him owing to her chaotic thoughts. Even after all the chaos and happenings between them Maan considers her as his bestie and doesn't think that they crossed thinking of their friendship. For him it's all about friendship unlike her pov. Loved Maan's reaction to Geet's words when she tells him that she will find new male besties will kiss and hug them. He is possessive about her and seems like he loves her but yet to realise his feelings. The words followed from Geet made Maan flabbergasted and was livid to see her advancement s towards him. He was genuinely feeling bad about the turn of events and poured his heart out with utmost sincerity.
