cant point out one

bcoz the reasons cant be defined

even when i read something nowadays

or watch any other series of abroad

my imagination only goes to maneet

they are such a magical couple

lived the characters

love ,anger,emotional,care,hatred...

every single thing they made us believe its not a serial

but a real one

ya there were some flaws after holi seq..

which must not have disturbed the serial

but still they lived the character

n i cant think any other couple in their place

maneet has become my world

from when i came across it..

forum is another home for me

where i still live with my maneet

the first scene i watched was kurbaan hua..

n all knew what the magic they did

the sudden expression change on maans face

and geets nervousness being in sari

the dance..

awww...

i have watched it upteenth time

that song seq hooked me

n i started to watch geet

n i still watch geet on hotstar and fb

how many times u watch

u wont get bored

Exactly my point. I am head over heels for GurTi . Every actor has their own way of expressing any certain emotion be it anger, love or sorrow. And Gc and DD just nails that together. This happens very rare. They understood each other very well. And that's why their chemistry was at peak also thanks to the awesome story line geet had initially.
Even after the writers moved to ipk and left geet in the hands of some toddlers to continue the story further with the BS lucky nandini preeto track but if you separate their awful scenes and only see Maaneet one's they still got that same magic but the writers did affect the story as geet previously was more bold and free, closer to reality. 😊
However Maaneet magic continued because of GurTi who practically shaped the characters with their own acting and perspective from the beginning. 👏
At some intvws dd and gc were asked how do they deal with the change of the directors and writers , both said they do improvise if the scenes are not matching with the real maaneet essence. An actor has a lot to do with a fresh character. If it was not GC the character of Maan would have been very different and wooden as the later projects of 4lions indeed was a torture to watch.
Gc emoted in so much variations in the complex character of Maan. Can't imagine anyone else as Maan. 😳
And DD is always the best. She carried Geet so well that her mb scenes didn't even reach my subconscious. I tried watching mb at yt but failed miserably due to dramatic story line and vivians wooden acting 🥱, he was very good at pkyek though Saas bahu are not the cup of my tea. 😕

Totally in love with Maaneet
None can create history as GC and DD did as Maan and Geet
We can't accept another artist to play thair characters
The beauty of each and every scene along with dialogue was the enact of both of them
Mainly till they got married
They had created the magic on screen
And I used to download all the scenes from the net and watch them again and again
Then I fell in love reading maaneet stories
Still after so many years first ever we open on mobile is IF
As there are some fantastic authors whom we love reading more on and on
Wait for their updates

Awesome thread. I appriciate your this attempt as it will bring out many stories and experiences regarding maaneet.

How did i got attracted is a very long story. Hahaha. My friend was crazy for maan sir n keep on praising him continuosly. But i did not put ears on that. I watched episode where pari left geet n maan was angry but i dont like his yelling n rude attitude with geet. Everything goes above my head n i forgot about serial in my studies. When punar vivah n madhubala serials start i like leads of both serials n search for leads on net n then i watched geet on youtube till the end n like it...

I like maan's character for his high standard morals n his firm attitude n coconut like nature. He always motivate geet to fight for herself without showing anything. He is one of kind found on the earth n desired by every sane or insane girl. ;-p

Geet i love her for many reasons. Firstly coz of her i got drasti. Second she is an example of transformation of a timid girl to independent girl and many more.

I think it is not possible to explain maaneet for me as i m very bad at explaining thats why got minimum marks in examinations. ;-D just that i love them.

For gurti i can say they are humble mature n honest thats why i respect their personal space. It is not necessary what we feel for them, they should too feel so. It will be quitly their personal matter i will not interfere. Moreover i like them with their respective partners specially the shine in their eyes n happiness on their faces is assurity of their lovefilled life. What more we maaneetians can ask for.

I dont know about any show which tried to copy but maaneet are the soul of serial to make them memorable forever.

Whenever i feel to see the serial i got distracted by side tracks and i took my steps back. Then i go to maaneet fictions where i got new concepts everytime. Some are too good n much more better than original track.

My mind is mostly occupied by them whenever i am not working n regarding my lazy nature you can say i m always ocupied by them . All credit goes to GEET FORUMS-INDIA FORUMS. Thanks to geet forums to keep them alive in our hearts till eternity.
