maans mom pesturing maan to go to his uncles house

maan listen to her uninterestingly

till she told about the two daughters

Taking the characters and moving them back in time, makes for an exciting challenge in writing.

As for this one, it is a story set in that era, so even if there is a leap it will not come to 2017 that's for sure😉

Sridevi was hot commodity back then, but the girls were all crushing on the hottest chocolate abs hero from Maine Pyar Kiya.

Hume tab pata chala ki abs aise bhi ho sakte hai😲

This was such a pleasant and refreshing start. The references were enough to give me a flashback to simpler times. It had me grinning and now I can't stop thinking of Frooti and 5 Star and for some weird reason Hip Hip Hurray!

Anyways, back to this little delightful piece. It left me wanting more. I love a good build-up and his uncle's story had me equally enthralled. I wanna meet him too. So please update soon!

P.S. First time stepping out of the shadows.

First of all, did I ever tell you I didn't understand why people congratulate the author on start of a new story? Because clearly congratulations have to be given to the readers for a new story to obsess about. It's been a while since I have something to look forward to in this forum and I'm so glad you are back.

You already know how excited I'm about this story, and the entry of a certain Miss and the *ahem* salesman part. (Yeah that's me showing off to aam Janta that being the sister of an author has its perks. You get to read a scene years before it's actually posted)

This chapter made me grin. Adi, dude has been crushing on Sridevi. Hota hai. Just wondering if he gets to see her movies in the other language also considering how he is from the city he is from. Yeah can't stop showing off today. I'm sorry

Acha Di you know how much I love 90s right. I would love to time travel to the era without social media, where you could write letters, where you can pour out your heart in handwritten letter. That era of Mahabharat in DD and Humara Bajaj. And of course mile sur mera tumhara... And Aravind Swamy. That generation got the very best of everything. Damn.

Maan Ji, sure Goa now sounds amazing because the uncle seem to be super awesome. But mind you, don't underestimate the power of a brat. They are very underrated but kya pata, this brat might be one of those you can't mess with.
