Interesting update dear

Liked it!! Well written.

Maan was preoccupied with his thoughts about Geet and the words her uttered to Geet. He was upset that Geet didn't trust him. He genuinely wanted to help her and wanted to see her flying high in her career. Unknowingly Geet had made her place in Maan's heart and he was contemplating his acts and gestures towards Geet. He was scrutinizing Geet's prespective and felt that he wrecked her life. Maan's reverie was broken on mention of Jasleen's name. Did Maan and Jasleen work together in past !?

Part 46
Maan parting words to Geet were very intense and very raw. I was surprised when he said that but it was so true and I could feel the emotions what Maan was going through. It was direct from his heart.

Maan night out with boys. It's good to see that he hangs out and socialise with people. I was doubtful of it. Suddenly topic of Jasleen came up and Maan couldn't control himself.
It is true first love is hard to forget. Maan Couldn't help but get drunk despite the thought occurred to him that Geet despise drinking.

Liked it!! Well penned dear.

Geet's thoughts and inner turmoil well protrayed. Geet was in thoughts about the happenings took place and was wondering about the situation. She realizes Maan is hurt due to her demeanor and was in thoughts about her aversion to his offer perhaps realised that she had taken his rejection into heart. She cooked pasta for Maan and wanted to apologize to him. Lovely song !! The song depicted Geet's state of mind.

Just came across your story today and read it in one go

Totally fantabulous and mind blowing story

The characters are so relatable that i could picturize them in front of my eyes

In love with the plotline and waiting and hoping that geet will pursue her dream of becoming a doctor. Waiting...

Geet has been concerned about Maan and when he comes its almost as if he is in both physical and emotional pain

Jasleen who is she perhaps someone that he was in love with in the past or is he still in love with her

been intoxicated makes him speak about his mother and surely that on its own is painful

he is not someone that shares anything with Geet so tonight speaking about his deepest pain and the fact that Geet now has a doubt if he was with another women

It's beautiful, isn't it? And suits the chapter also.

Not mine. There is a site Rekhta, where they publish works of Urdu poets, I had read it there. And since, there's usually a ghazal or song on these shayris, I searched and found that there was a Coke studio version.

The song that I have posted, the lyrics of it are same as the lines of the shayri.
