Part 45 - Thnx for the dedication. Coming to the update. Jealousy kya kya karva rahi hai maan se. He was not able to begin the convo about ayush which he was dying to know about it. He has so many questions but he was tied as he never took any interest in her life. And ayush already put the fire in him telling lots of things about geet which he never knew. But loved how he smartly started the convo and ended up asking about ayush.

Their verbal fight led him to acknowledge their husband wife relation which he never accepted with him heart. Now he is counting his responsibilities and her favors for him and this house. At that time I really pities maan. He almost forgot his real behavior towards her and suddenly his sense wake up when she refused his help and his money. His ego hit very hard by geet.

I second geet. She did right. If he from the start not giving her nice treatment, how he felt about this marriage, aabout her as a burden on him, she should also not listen to his every order and do whatever she feels right. Now he will understand how rejection feels.

I liked geet in this part. She was so innocent that his sarcastic jokes or his hitting on ayush could not strike to her.

It was not expected from maan what he said about husband-wife relation is all about consummation. I really hope that geet will give a counter attack retort to him.

Enjoyed reading this part. Update soon. Eagerly waiting to know geet's answer.

chapter 44

this chapter was a smooth transition between what was previous and what is coming up next...or thats what I felt.

I love it nivi when you detail out small small things, something that i can never see. I look at the relativistic side of the story... you on the other hand incorporate the quantum of life that you see around you and trust me, it is tooo beautiful. that is exactly why I love you and all your work.

nandini is a divorcee...well, even though we are way ahead in our generation, we have achieved so much as individuals and as a nation but still the idea of being/having a divorcee around is such a taboo! I am eager to know her side of story too.

tara and Dev share such a delicate relationship and with the introduction of nandini, you have probably scared me a little. what will she bring forth and more than that I am scared about tara.

right now, I am glad that dev-tara are going for a trip. a much needed one.

looking forward to more of them...

awesome updates ..
maan want geet to agree with his arrangement ..but she want to do something on her own...and specially she does not want to take money from maan as according to her they are not husband and wife in real sense ...
I also would have thought the same ..but maan's replied on this was also right ...he accepted her as his wife ...if she can do things for him then why can't he ?
maan's last line was shocking ...I still can't believe it that mr.khurana has said this ...I badly want to see geet's reaction on this 😛

Oh sweet Lord...

ye kya padh liya meine?🤣

you know its 10:17am here and am at work. but somehow I had been pretty down since last night and didn't even feel like starting to work. And am so glad that I decided to read this. 🤗 I am grinning like a fool now Nivi..😆

i know it was a serious argument and that Ayush somehow is burning his insides... (seriously, koi paraya mard kaise uski biwi se close ho sakta hain when he himself is not... well not my thoughts, may be maan's🤔. I love ayush❤️)

such clever writing... am ur biggest fan here jaanemann. but you know that, don't you? but phir bhi I will keep telling this again and again. You bowled me over with this piece of writing. incorporating such diplomatic lines with such innuendo...and of course that includes the innuendo that Geet missed to notice...this one joins the list of one of my favorite chapters.⭐️⭐️

but the best thing about this are the subtleties you have put forward. baaton baaton mein... between fights how he has accepted her a part of life. when he snatched that jhalmuri bowl from her and asked her to get his coffee... or threw the pillow on her... or talked of werewolves with such amuse... to say that i loved it would just be an understatement. 😳

I do understand geet's pov of not taking his help but then she isn't at that level where she could see things from his pov or even understand what he means to say. but I wouldn't blame her though because she is just being a typical 20 yr old trying to find her footing in the world.

but the last line... I am speechless. did he really say that?😲😲😲 you are making me crave for another update. my my...my heart stopped beating right at that moment. I know ke next me kuch nahin hoga but still... but still there is this anticipation. she is in a tight spot now. I wonder how will she come up with a witty answer to that!!!

agar ghee seedhi ungli se na nikle tho ungli tedhi karni padti hain...

hi, latecomer. hope you're doing well.

I am planning to post two chapters together and not yet done typing the chapters. Will try to make it sooner. Meanwhile, I have a set of teasers that I can post if you are interested. 😊
