Epilogue

3Years Later

After their confession , Geet felt nervous to reveal it to their family, Maan too agreed with her as he knew if he will tell this to his family they will surely force him to marry Geet but this was not her age to get married, she needed more time , she has to complete her studies first then only he will think about their marriage...Darji was intially relucant to send Geet back to Delhi but after few requests from Geet he agreed but asked her to stay in hostel instead of KM...

Maaneet used to meet each other during their free time hiding their relation from everyone, it was only Dadima who knew about them but soon Dev too came to know about them when he caught them red handed in a resturant , their relation didn't bother him as now he knew what he wants..., he developed a good friendship bond with Maaneet and helped them to hide their relation with others after Dev manofyed NT she too joined the gang..

Dev- Geet it's only you..

Geet- but Dev how can i...

Dev- why can't you Bro only listens to you..but Geet cut him in between

Geet- that's an illusion you have, he only listens to himself!

Dev- but Geet if you two will not get married phir mera aur NT ka number kab aayega??, you ask bro to talk to your darji na..

Geet- i'am tried of your bro Dev , you only ask him...

Dev- how can i..., but before he could even complete his sentence grabbing Geet's arms Maan took Geet along with him, surprising them..

Closing the door of his cabin , Maan trapped Geet between him and the wall..

Maan- what do you think you are doing???

Geet- now what i did??

Maan- subah se dekh raha hu , you are ignoring me, didn't even brought my morning coffee or wished me good morning like always!

Geet- Mr. khurana you are forgetting i'am not your personal secretary ,i'am here for my internship!

Maan- and you are remembering this on your last day!, sacarastically he said

Geet- don't show me that sacarsam , you can ignore me but i can't.., from your birthday night when we...( she was going to say more but stopped, as the flashes of that night came to her, they were almost on verge of making love but he stopped at the right time, controlling her running desires she spoke) y..you are ignoring me , did i questioned you!

Maan- geet!

Geet- don't show me those eyes..i asked you to talk to my darji about us, aapne kiya??

Maan-i asked you to wait..

Geet- how long..more than me i'am worried about you soon you will be 30 , who will marry you??, i'am still 22 mera toh chal ban jayega what about you!

Maan- Geet!.., but she cut him in between

Geet- what Geet...i'm sure you are scared of my darji!

Maan- MSK is not scared of anyone!

Geet- oh then for what you are waiting for?

Maan- if you are in so hurry then why don't you yourself talk to your darji about us!

Geet- i wish i could..sometimes i feel babaji should have made you Geet and me Maan..because saare kaam toh mei hi kar rahi hu..propose bhi maine kiya aur ab baat bhi mei karu!, her expressions made Maan laugh but he controlled and with straight face he said

Maan- okay as you feel, if you think so high of you toh jao go and tell your darji that you love me, if you tell then i promise i will myself ask him for you!

Geet- what??

Maan- i think i was clear..chalo go!, saying so he opened his cabin's door ,( taking her arm in his he placed her out..)

Geet- but Maan how can i..

Maan- we will talk after your confession , if you can't then you can accept your defeat!

Geet- are you challenging me??

Maan- if you think so then yes...bye!, with that he closed his cabin's door on her face leaving Geet in trouble!

KM, Geet's Room

Geet(st)- ahh this Maan..what he thinks of himself , khud toh kuch karte nahi hai aur sab kuch mujhe hi karna padta, how can i tell darji that i love Maan , what will he think about me..babaji what i do ..., Geet was lost in her thoughts when darji knocked on her door..

Darji- Geet puttar..

Geet(getting up)- darji aap..aaye na.

Darji- kaisa tha tumhara din..

Geet- thik tha..

Darji- a..ye photos kuch ladke ke hai..ab toh tumhara college bhi complete hoga hai toh...tum samajh rahi ho na Geet...

Geet- ji..

Darji- jo pasand ho bata dena..hmm??

Geet- ji..

Geet(st)- Geet what hmm, tell him that you love Maan, Maan se toh koi umeed nahi..he have challeneged me...but how can i say..uff kya karu babaji...

Darji- kya hua Geet??

Geet- no..nothing..

Darji- mujhe laga tumhe kuch kahena hai..kuch nahi hai toh mei chalta hu.., he turned back to leave

Geet(st)- Geet stop him its now or never!, collecting her guts , she spoke..

Geet- darji..

Darji- hai??

Geet- woh..woh..i..don't need them( she said while giving the photos back to him) woh..i..i..lo..i..love Maan ..., scared she confessed..

Darji- you want to marry him??, to which she just nodded her head.., Geet waited for more from him but he didn't say anything rather left her to wonder..

Geet(st)- why didn't he spoke anything else..is he still angry on khurana's??

Evening

Geet was informed by the driver to get ready as Maan has asked him to bring Geet with him, as told by driver , Geet got ready and went along with him...

Entering inside a dark hall , Geet called for Maan..

Geet- Maan??

Maan- Geet.., as she heard his voice , a spotlight came on Geet surprising her, and soon she felt Maan behind her, placing his arms around her waist he pulled her closer to him..

Maan- geet..

Geet- Maan aap.., she placed her arms around him

Maan- sorry and thank you!

Geet(turning back to face him)- sorry, what for??

Maan- sorry for behaving like that with you..

Geet(smiled)- and thank you??

Maan- thank you for, (he turned her back and made her look straight, a projector played photos from the past, the first photo was of their childhood, Geet was in Maan's arms..), i always loved the way you used to look at me with that big big eyes of yours..( he kissed her cheeks , making her blush, many more photos of their childhood played, they remembered all that cute moments), that time i never thought that we would end up together...,( Geet turned back to look at him) thank you for entering my life Geet..wish i could tell what exactly i feel for you..but i find it difficult to put that in words but i can tell you..you are the reason for my every happiness Geet.., never live me...

Geet- you are stupid..how can i leave my own life..., with that she hugged him tightly!

Maan( with Geet in his arms)- will you Marry me???, separating her from him she looked at him and lightly hit his head..

Geet(chuckling)- offcourse yes!, so you made all these arrangements to ask this question??

Maan- yes but one more surprise is waiting for you!

Geet- one more??

Maan- hmm but for that you have to close your eyes!

Geet- okay, (she rapidly closed her eyes but Maan blindfolded her), why blindfolding??

Maan- you might think i'm stupid but i'm not..come with me..., he took geet along with her..

Geet- where are you taking me??

Maan- sshh Geet..we are almost there..., as they reached Maan opened her blindfold , adjusting her sight she looked infront , only to find whole Khurana family along with her darji in front of her.., she looked at Maan, not understanding anything...

Her Darji came infront , taking out a small box he passed it to Geet..

Geet- Darji ye..

Darji- enangement ring..pehna do..., at the same Dadima along with Maya and Raj came beside Maan and gave him ring to make Geet wear it...

Maan- it's our engagement Geet..

Geet- engagement but how..i mean..this soon..aaj hi toh...she looked at her Darji..

Darji- Maan kept his promise toh mujhe bhi toh aapna wada pura karna tha!

Geet- promise??

Dadima- Promise which he made 3 years ago...actually..., then Dadima told how Maan went to hosiyarpur to meet her darji, there he told him that he loves Geet, his darji was angry as the wounds of Dev and Geet broken alliance was still fresh in his mind , he outrightly denied Maan but Maan told her that he loves Geet alot and he even Geet loves him , he is not here to talk about their marriage , because Geet was just 18, it was too early for her marriage, he went their to request him not to hurry for Geet's marriage, she needs time, let her enjoy her life for the time being...

FLashback

Darji- what if with time her love for you fade away as she is still young , at this age kids do name their attraction as love!

Maan(just smiled)- i will let her go then...i promise!

Darji- but you love her ,then how can you..

Maan- i love that's why i will let her..

Darji- hmm but what's the guaranette , like your brother you too can change your mind, what will happen to my Geet??

Maan- MSK never changes his mind... if you still doubt me then after 3 years you are free to do whatever you want to do i will not stop you!

Darji- i'am no one to decide for her, if after 3 years she herself confess to me that she loves you then i will happily give her hand to you and that's my promise!

Flashback Ends

Geet was shocked with the revealation, her Darji already knew about them , Maan told him everything, never hided anything from him, she stills remembers how scared she was to reveal about her love to Darji , she had asked Maan to hide their relationship for the time being, that time he did question her but she ignored him in her fear, she knew she was wrong in hiding it but that time she was scared but now she was glad that he never hided it from Darji, and did what was right, she felt so blessed to have him in her life, he may not ever voice it out but his actions speak louder than voice , now she knows why her love for him keeps increasing every second..., grabbing his hand she conveyed her gratitue towards him , placing his hands on her he reciprocated her gesture.., both looked at each other , Geet mouthed a Thank you to him while he just blinked his eyes in assurance..

Dadima- this was the whole story Geet..

Geet- darji i'am sorry i didn't tell before..

Darji- it's okay Geet..i can understand you were scared and it's not your fault , it's mine ..it was my upbringing which supressed you to voice out your true feelings but i'am glad that you got Maan as your life partner who never supress you for anything..., you have chossen the right guy..god bless you both!, Maaneet smiled hearing him..

Dadima- can we now start with engagement , after that we have Dev and NT too..Maya.., dadima called Maya to gift family bangles to both their daughter in laws..

Maya(coming to Geet)- you know when you rejected Dev i was upset as i always wanted you to become my daughter in law and today god fulfilled my this wish..., saying so she made Geet wear the bangles..

Soon Maaneet exchanged their rings and then NT and Dev did that...

It was photograph time, all were busy with photo session when hiding it from everyone Geet pecked Maan's cheek surprising him..

Maan- Geet.., surprised he looked at her scared of getting caught like that..

Geet- what can't i kiss my soon to be husband and don't worry no one saw us!

Maan- Geet tum bhi.., he shook his head at her antics.., soon someone called them for group photo..

Geet(grabbing his arm , she said)- i love you so much..

Maan- love you too...

All were looking infront while Maaneet looked at each other weaving dreams of their beautiful future while getting clicked...
