CHAPTER-5

I decided. I choose to shrug it off. May be i am overthinking, the new environment is taking a troll on me. That old man , his death has just scared it. It is nothing but my mind's game. I have to think logically. Yes!! may be all this just co-incidence. Yes, it is. I never wanted to shift here and may be this thought is overpowering my logical mind. I should just sleep and shrug off other thought. Oh god!! why is this happening to me. Things have been difficult for me after coming here. I am not used to such environment. I moved towards my bed and climbed on it. I tried to shrug all my thoughts and sleep. Yes! that's the best thing to do.

Next morning i woke up and saw outside the window. Oh my god!! the environment seemed so windy. This village has strange environment, one day its cloudy, another day bright and sunny and now all windy. God dad!! Why you forced us to shift. I loved Sunny type of environment, u know the bright light falling on your face. I loved my old place it was just beside an ocean, all sunny and bright. I never wanted to live Cool places, so when my father told me that we have to move to village which is surrounded by dense forest, i wasn't very thrilled about it. Anyway why to waste my energy in thinking about possibility. The reality is that i am here and i have to deal with it. I went to bathroom and freshen up for the day. After my daily routine , i went down stairs, only to be greeted by my mom.She seem rather excited about something, that my father call a dangerous sign to be in. I asked my mother why she seems so excited. My mother replied that she excited to meet our new neighbor.Oh god!! Not again.You see my mother is very friendly type and she love make new company. She invite people for dinner, make them very comfortable she is total host type and i am just opposite. After her whole speech of her excitement, she gave me breakfast. I frown seeing the breakfast, why it had to be boring everyday.After completing my breakfast i silently moved towards my room, only to be stopped by my mom. She told me to accompany her to neighbors house. I hated the Idea i rather go to my room and spend my time reading some novel. But i didn't want to argue with my mom so i silently followed her instruction.

My mother carried whole bag of fruits and breakfast to greet new neighbor. According to her, Those people just moved and may face problem to fend for themselves. Actually suddenly i realized there is no hotel or big restaurant here. According to guide who showed us house, There is small stall in the village that serves food to people. This is strange, no hangout places in whole village.God!! Where am i stuck. Anyways, we reached our neighbor house. As usual, mom seem ecstatic about it and i just rolled my eyes on her excitment. After ringing the bell we were waiting for someone to open the door and greet us. After a minute, a lady opened to door. She seemed to be in here mid forty. She and my mother greeted each other and indulge themselves in the talks. My mother introduced me to the lady. I greeted her warmly. She told my mother that she has a daughter same age as mine. Great now my mother will push me to be friend with her. As i said my mother was very happy with this information. The lady invited us inside. We took our seat in the drawing room. Lady shouted her daughter name. I think the lady's daughter name was Emma. If i have heard it correct. I heard some one coming downstairs. The sound of someone humming to song was getting closer. And i saw..
