Maan looked at her for a sec nd then reply : Geet she is not my close friend , but she was known to me ,, we wr in same college nd that time i hardly talk to her .

Geet: but she said that u both r very good friends .

Maan smiled : accha , but i don't think so ,, Geet , Shasa was d daughter of our very old nd trusted employee ,, he was very loyal to Dad nd KC .

Geet : was , what do u mean ?

Maan: sorry , still he working with KC nd handling our (UK) Deharadun's branch office ,, he is very trusted so dad made him mngr of that branch ,, he requested dad to give his daughter a job in KC ,, she was good in her work so dad gave her chance to work in KC's tech team Jr archit ,, she was very hard working nd good in her field so after getting good experience became chief archi last yr. ,, nothing is more to tell about her .

Geet: r they very close to ur family ?

Maan shrugged his solders : no , her dad is working for dad from start so we respect him as our loyal employee ,, there wr few more trusted ppl who worked in KC for long, even Adi nd Pinky too r children of our Ex employees ,, they too r in working in diff branches ,, Dad cleared it that father nd children cn't work in same place ,, Dad allowed their trusted employees' children to work with KC as an honour to them ,, they wr working with dad from start nd gave their best ,, so dad allowed their children ,, like his father Adi too is my most trusted person .

Geet smiled : i saw that nd pinky too is like him ,, poor souls bear all ur anger nd attitude .

Maan smiled : only those , u forgot to keep u at 1^st place .

Geet rolled her eyes : but i'll get rid of very soon , they cn't .

Maan : in ur dreams baby .

Geet glared : i'll make this dream in real .

Maan: that we'll see , right now u have to bear me .

Geet pouted : my bad luck .

Maan smiled : my good luck .

Geet startled nd looked at him awed , he was taking her as her good luck .. No hesitation nd holding back of emotions ,, very clearly nd openly he was expressing his heart ,, his this clarity nd open acceptance made her speechless nd thoughtful ,, his selfless behaviour forced her to think about him.

Maan find her lost in thoughts ,, he remembered their closeness in office ,smiled nd move forward ,, very lovingly nd slowly he blow at her face .

Maan: hello , kahan kho gai ?

Geet came in sense with a jerk nd became nervous bcoz of his unexpected action ,, Maan was enjoying her plight inwardly ,, her that nervousness showed his effect on her nd pleased his heart .

Maan : ok , relax,no more teasing , leaving it for TM , coz tm u have to bear me nd no escape one more thing Geet ...plzz don't carry ur jasoosi stuff ,,u r going with me as my PS , clear .

Geet only looked at him where as Maan passed a naughty smile ,, not to tease her more he got up with d tray nd moved out with a smile ,, Geet took few min to get hold on her condition ,, she was not getting what to do with this man ? she got up from bed nd looked for her office bag ,, but didn't find , then she went in side room nd find that there , she checked that nd took a sigh of relief seeing everything there ,, geet came back in her room nd sat to finish her pending work ,, 1^st she started with Shasa ,, Geet opened her recorder nd started listening d talks along with footage ,, when geet heard Shasa's words she got a shock finding her intentions nd greed ,, that wr alarming for Geet ,, Maan didn't show any interest towards Shasa , but Shasa's behaviour nd that footage showing d diff story ,, Geet started connecting d dots related to Shasa from d day one .

Time slipped ,, Maan got busy in his work after ordering Nakul to pack his bag for 2 days visit ,, then he talked to his Dad nd informed him about MA's meeting ,, he joined geet only at d time of dinner ,, DM came with servant when he brought dinner in guest room ,, she talked with Geet nd asked about her health ,, Geet politely replied in minimal words ,, a coldness was still there between them , DM lovingly caressed her head nd left ,, Maan nd Geet took their dinner silently nd he left for his room instructing her to take her meds nd to sleep coz she had to wake up early near 5 am.

It was early mrng when Maan nd Geet reached at domestic airport ,, he sent back his BG nd car back ,, Geet was confused nd looked at him ,, she was not getting that where wr they going for site visit ? Maan was quiet , calling nd talking to someone on phone but he was enjoying her state inwardly ,, Maan kept their bags on a trolley nd moved on whispering Geet to come ,, Geet silently followed him nd they entered in d checking counter ,,Maan placed their e tickets nd got d boarding pass for both ,, after few min they wr in waiting lobby nd then Geet got that they wr going to Udaypur ,,she looked at him shocked nd asked .

Geet: we r going to Udaypur?

Maan : no ,mount Abu , from U,pur we'll go by road .

Geet: what , but why r u taking me to M,abu , u cn bring Adi nd others for site visit at that place ?

Maan: why , u r my PS nd cn assist me any of my business visit ? it's me who'll decide that who cn accompany me, so relax nd enjoy d trip .

Geet: but u know my condition , i cn't work properly with this hand ,, working in KC is diff thing , but outside ...

Maan: Geet u choose this visit , so no arguments .

Their flight announced , Maan held her hand nd moved towards exit gate ,, Geet was still in confusing state ,, she was taking it his stubbornness to keep her with him ,, they settled in their seats nd Maan'sheart hopped with happiness seeing her next to him ,, he gave an adorable look to her nd smiled ,, they wr in mid air flying through bright clouds of dawn ,, d view was majestic nd eye catching ,, both wr silently adoring nd enjoying d beauty of dawn .

They wr disturbed by an AH who came to aske for BF , she was asking but her eyes wr drooling MSK ,, Maan smiled nd replied but geet fumed inwardly ,, she didn't like that AH nd twisted her lips giving an angry glare to Maan then started looking out placing her order ,, AH went nd came after few min ,, she started serving them ,, in that process AH tried to touch MSK few times ,, Maan nd Geet observed that ,, Maan was enjoying Geet's annoying state , he deliberately talked to AH with fake smile ,which encouraged AH , but fueled Geet ,, Maan liked that geet didn't like his talking to any girl this way ,, Geet was really angry nd was not replying to Maan in proper way ,, i that whole small journey that AH came many times to them nd uselessly tried to talk MSK ,,lastly before landing she placed a folded tissue in front of Maan which had her phone number ,, Maan sighed nd rolled his eyes in disappointment ,,Geet was watching all that silently nd showing unaffected but in heart she was sulking ,, after leaving AH Maan crushed that tissue nd dumped that in trash bag with a faint smile .

They came out from AP nd a driver was waiting there with his Name telly ,, they went near him nd Maan gave his intro nd about booking ,, d driver took their bags nd settled in car boot ,, they started their road journey to MA ,, d area was hilly nd beautiful ,, for few days Geet enjoyed d sights but soon doze off ,, her head was hanging ,,Maan saw that nd slowly placed that on his sholder ,, geet in deep sleep held his arm nd glued more to him ,,she was in sleep nd unaffected but this closeness nd started affecting Maan ,, his heart beats turned heavier ,her touch on his arm started warming his body ,,he looked at her innocent face , observed every feature very closely ,, his throat went dry when he looked at her soft ,pink nd supple lips ,, felt an urge to feel them ,, he raised his hand to touch them but felt a jerk ,, in a go he held geet nd glued to him in a protective way.

Driver applied sudden break nd there was a hard jerk ,, with that sudden jerk sleeping geet was going to bump with front seat when Maan held her ,, Geet too wake up with that sudden jerk nd held him .

Maan: driver , what happened ? .

D: sorry saab , wo suddenly a blue bull came infront of car ,, this hilly area is full of Blue bulls nd come on road .

Maan: Oh , be careful, ( to Geet ) r u ok , driver applied sudden break . .

Geet : Oh , i m fine, don't know when i slept .

Maan smiled : it's OK , u wake up early , it's a long journey , so jao.

He held her head softly nd placed on his solder again ,, Geet startled , looked at him nd tried to part ,but Maan held her tightly.

Maan slowly : hold me , nd sleep ,, d road is zigzag nd u cn get hurt in sleep .

Geet: but ...

Maan: sshh ,, chup ,nd sleep .

He rested his back against seat nd glued geet to him circling his arm around her waist ,, it was invisible nd geet was in Maan's arm ,,,,she tried to make her free but he was not ready to leave her ,, geet was having a hard time ,, this closeness was sending ripples in her body ,, in presence of driver she cdn't argue with Maan nd snapped him ,, she gave an angry look to Maan nd gestured him to leave her ,but maan nodded in a no nd gestured her to close her eyes nd sleep ,, time was tough not only for Geet but for Maan too ,, both wr lost in their new found feelings ,,fighting with their emotions nd raw desires ,, their hearts wr thudding on a same rhythm ,, breaths wr heavier ,,both wr quiet nd motionless .

For an hr their journey was hard in that beautiful place , but then they dozed off ,, geet's head wa on Maan's solder nd Maan's cheek was on geet's head ,, they slept for half an hr nd wake up with driver's voice who was saying that they had reached at hotel ,,Maan nd geet look aroud ,, it was a beautiful hotel.

A suite was booked by Maan ,,he completed d formalities at recp nd 2 attendants took their bags nd escorted them to their abode ,, when Geet entered in that place she was awed ... it was a big nd beautiful place to live ,,attendants kept their bags nd asked for any order ,, it was lunch time so Maan ordered 1^st for coffee nd then lunch .

Geet was looking around ,, the place was big but there was only one bed nd one settee , who they both wd stay there ? then she think that may be that was only for rest nd at eve they wd leave for Delhi after site visit ,, she convinced at her thought nd settled in sofa placing her office bag on side table.

Maan : Geet go nd freshen up ,after lunch we'll go for site visit .

Geet: OK .

Geet went nd Maan opened his laptop nd sirf to get d proper location for d place ,, he was busy in when geet came out from WR ,, maan looked at her nd her messy dress coz of long travel .

Maan : Geet in that bag there r some dresses of ur , better u change before leaving .

Geet shocked : dresses for me !!! i don't bring any dress .

Maan: but i do this baby , bcoz we r going to stay here , so i packed for u too.

Geet : what ????

Maan smiled : yes .

Geet: but u didn't say that .

Maan : i didn't ,bcoz i know u well , if i had said that , then u r not going to agree , so ...

Geet in anger: so u tricked me nd bring me here ?

Maan : yes ,bcoz i cn't leave u there alone , i feared that u'll leave at my back which i cn't bear so helplessly did this , i m sorry Geet .

Geet startled at his words : u scared ??

Maan : yes ,, don't get me wrong here ,but i feared that in my absence u cn leave for ur house ,, u don't have good rapport with DM,mom nd dad nd cn reject them if they wd try to stop u , so i thought to bring u with me .

Geet: u have to tell me MK , u don't trust me .

Maan got up nd came near her ,, he seriously looked at her , direct in her eyes ,, their eyes met nd Geet tried to read his deep nd full of emotions orbs ,which wr conveying d feelings of his heart ,, she rooted at her place .

Maan slowly : i m sorry Geet , in this matter i didn't trust u ,, i know that u don't feel for us like we feel for u , i cn't lose u , we cn't lose u , so i did this .

Geet felt a shiver listening his words which wr coming from his heart , d purity nd innocence in his eyes melted her ,, she was staring in his honey brown eyes lost nd astonished ,, their silent conversation broke with d knock at d door ,, attendant was there with d order .

They composed themselves ,,Maan opened d door nd Geet went to sit near window ,,she was still thinking about what Maan had said ,, Maan brought d coffe for both nd placed on a table ,, he sat near Geet .

Maan: Geet , do u trust me ?

Geet looked at him ,,Maan repeated his words again ,, Geet thought for few secs nd replied .

Geet: after seeing ur behaviour from last some days nd bcoz of ur clear talks , i want to trust ,, hope u won't use me for ur ...

Maan placed his finger at her lips to shut her : dare u Geet ,, don't insult me thinking this much low about me , never ,, i never cheated anyone nd here u r a part of my life nd Khuranas family ,, open ur heart to trust me nd my family once .

Geet: don't count whole family MK .

Maan: they r not d part of my family .

Geet: they r MK , if u count me in ur family then they r also a very close part of ur life , nd i have doubt that blood relation cn overshadow Geet ,bcoz Geet won't spare them .

Maan placed his hand on her to assure her : u cn , nd i m with u,, Geet we r friends now nd u cn trust nd share anything to me ... anything with out any hesitation .

Geet looked deep in his eyes nd nodded with a faint smile ,, Maan replied with smile nd thanked her ,,they finished their coffee ,,Maan closed his lappy nd went to change.

Loved the update. Maan always takes care of Geet and it's obvious to her also. AH interaction was nice making Geet jealous. Maan wants Geet to trust him and she is also getting there.
