Maan was in his gym nd doing tai-chi to pour out his anger ,, tonight again d elders took his name in front of him , that name .. Dev changed his nd his family's life forever ,, this person not only snatched his happiness nd home , but made him helpless to sulk in his anger ,, he wanted to go away from all this , but cdn't leave his family alone to play by him who was trying to enter in KC nd KM,, though he was living in Out house away from family , but he had his hold to keep them away from their lives ,, tonight again DM informed him that she got a call from him for financial help , which raised Maan's temper .

After half an hr work out Maan slumped on ground lost in his endless painful thoughts which reminded him those days when he lost his life along with his Dadu nd her .

Maan's retrospection ...

After both d Panchayat's decision nd ppls pressure his family was helpless to bend down nd forced to accept d marriage proposal ,, once he denied nd said to wait for Dev but in anger Brij nd few his friends dragged all Khurana to Hsptl nd showed Girl's condition ,, she was pathetic ,, body bruise ,, wrist wrapped with bandages, drip on hand , mask for oxygen supply ,, she was in ICU .

Khurana looked at her once ,, felt insulted nd ashamed ,, cursed Dev for his barbarous act ,, having no escape Maan unwillingly agreed Or cd say forced to marry that ruined soul , but his mind nd heart was blocked ,, Sam's face was coming in his mind ,, before d night of his marriage he called Sameera with broken heart ,, his voice was chocked nd heart was crying to inform her about his forced marriage to a girl ,, time nd situation was not in favour to explain Sam everything , but he had to inform her once , rest he decided to tell her after reaching Delhi ,, when in trembling voice he told Sam about his marriage there was a silence from her side which pricked him deep sensing her pain ,, she didn't reply nd cut d call ,, he tried many times , sent msgs , but she didn't listen nd lastly switched off her phone ,, Maan with broken heart nd soul did what his elders said to save both d families respect,, he married to Handa girl in Gurudwara , but didn't look at her once ,, there was storm in his mind nd feeling suffocated ,, he wanted to run away from there ASAP ,, he left for Delhi after reaching KH nd leaving that broken girl with his mom nd DM ,, when he reached Delhi after facing a woeful week ,he directly went to meet Sameera at her PG , but owner nd house maid informed him that she had left , where they didn't know ,, he was shocked nd heartbroken that Sam didn't trust him nd gave a chance to clear his side ,, he returned to KM nd asked to Adi about Sam , who informed him that she came to KC, but left after few hrs on Satrdy nd ystrdy was Sunday , so it was a holiday ,, Maan was confused that where she left ? He tried her phone many times but that was replying ... number doesn't exist ,, restlessly he waited for d next day .

He hardly sleep for hr ,, whole night went in turning nd tossing in bed ,, waited for d morning nd reached at KC earliest ,, checked Sam's cabin , but her all belongings wr clear from there ,, then he went to his office nd checked his lappy if she left any mail or msg for him , but there was nothing for him ,, he sighed disappointed ,, tried her number again , but no use ,,now only any one from staff cd give some info related to her ,, half heartedly he took d bundle of posts piled up on his table , nd started seeing them ,, after checking 5-6 envelopes , his eyes popped up seeing an envelope of his name .. For MK only ... confidential ,, sender .. Sameera ..

Maan's heart skipped a beat nd he opened that with trembling fingers fearing that why Sam left an envelope for him?

There wr 2 pgs , one was her resignation leaving her one mnth salary nd other was a latter for him ,, Maan started reading that nd rose from his chair in shock ,, his eyes turned red nd wide ,, face expression wr changing every sec ,, lastly he slumped down in his chair ,, he was bewildered nd staring at d latter ,, he read again nd again , checked d resignation nd then d letter,, some words written on ppr wr ringing in his mind ...

MK u cheated me ,, broke all my dreams ,, now i m doing same with u ,, feel d pain of cheating nd destroying anyone's dreams ,, MK , don't blame me for this bcoz it was u who started this ,, if u wr helpless then i m also helpless ,, i m returning u what u gave me .. betrayal ...

I m resigning nd leaving this city forever , i send my resignation to HR too , i m going but not with empty hands , if u r coming back to ur home with a bride then i m going away with my happiness , why sd i leave in loss when u nd ur family is getting so much ,, MK when u open ur bank ac details u'll get what i got in return,, i know ur ac numbers nd taking my share ,, u snatched my dreams nd u have to pay for that ,, with this money i'll try to get back some of my dreams,, all d very best for ur married life nd good luck ..

After getting some sense Maan gulped down d whole glass of water nd then called d banks mngrs to send his last week accounts details to him ,, after few min he got d mails from banks ,,Maan checked d mails nd held his head with his hands ,, she took a good amount nd he cdn't take action bcoz she openly informed him nd blamed him ,, Maan was thinking that why it seems that she was not hurt ,, why she blamed him for breaking her dreams nd then taking money to fulfil some of her dreams ? Why she didn't wait , blame nd argue with him for his action , but thought to run away with his money ,, she did this money transfer very fast nd sent her resignation too ,, she put all d blame on him very smartly where as from her words there was no sign that she was heart broken nd sad ,, after getting his call nd news of his sudden forced marriage she didn't wait nd in a day planned everything nd flew away .

Now Maan felt cheated ,, he cdn't disclose this to anyone , even not to his parents bcoz his family already suffering nd facing a tough time ,, he didn't know when nd how she got his accounts numbers nd PWs,, it was very insulting for him that his friend whom he trusted nd thought to marry robbed him like this nd blaming him,, his temper was raising nd sulking on his foolishness that why he trusted Sam ? When nd How she got his @ numbers ? Why he was so careless about her ? He trusted her nd she proved him a fool ,, she played smart all d way, but blamed him for cheating ,, Maan's anger shoot nd he scattered everything from his table ,, his face turned tough nd eyes wr shooting fire ,, he stormed out from his office nd drove off from KC ,, after driving for long reached in some hilly nd lonely area .

he stopped his car near a high rock nd came out in rage ,, tore out his shirt nd roared like a wounded lion ,, he punched hard on rock nd wounded his hands to pour out his all frustration nd pain blocked from few days ,, from last few days he was only suffering silently bcoz of others ,, he hit d rock nd shouted in agony, then fell down on knees looked at sky nd shouted again ... Why ... why God , why me ? Why u nd all played with me like this ?

Maan remained there for long , hrs passed ,,d cold winds of winter turning his body cold ,, his wounds started aching more ,, he started coming in reality ,, took few long breaths nd looked around ,, his phone was ringing in his pocket , but he didn't check ,, slowly got up nd dragged himself towards his car nd started moving back to city ,, reached KM nd directly went to his room nd fall on his bed ,, he was hell tired broken nd his wounds wr aching ,, hands wr stained with dried blood but he was not reacting to that pain ,, he slept for few hrs nd woke up when Nakul shook him worried seeing his wounded hands ,, Maan got up nd ordered him not to say anything to his parents nd DM ,, took bath , cleaned his hands with savlon ,, dressed up nd went to KC again in afternoon ,, where he replied h to his mom nd talk in very minimal words ,, after that he didn't ask about Sam to anyone ,, HR informed him about her resignation nd he approved that ,, tongues wr wagging in KC at Sam's sudden resign , but non have courage to ask MK.

Days started moving on its pace nd Maan became tough nd rude with every passing day ,, didn't tolerate any single mistake ,, fired few workers bcoz of his high temper,, scolded staff if he find them talking at work place ,, he made everyone's life hard nd became workaholic .

His life came on halt again when he heard about d fire nd dadu's loss ,, again he was facing d most painful phase of his life , but d chapter of HP was totally closed for him ,, he nd his family came back buried their dreadful past in that haunted Khurana Haweli , but many times when his parents nd DM talked about his life nd that Dev , d memories of those dreadful days nd images of burnt debris fleshed in his mind nd gave him cold shivers .

After some days with d help of a pvt detective he got that where Sameera went after leaving KC,, she left for Mumbai same eve when he was returning back to Delhi ,, from Mumbai she went to France nd after that there was no info related to her .

Seasons changed at their rotating time nd like them their lives too ,, life started coming on normal pace with some changes ,, elders felt helpless nd worried at many time ,, where as Maan became more rude nd isolated ,,, though he respected his parents nd DM , but it pained them that he started living alone in Out house adjacent to KM .

Maan left a deep sigh nd mumbled ... kab tak , kab tak ye sulagti hui yaaden mujhe jalati rahengi ,, kab mujhe sukun milega ?( how long these burning memories will torture me ,, when i'll get solace ?)
