A Winged Flight
I remember a freshers night where a girl was asked about her wishes that she would really like to see come true, one of her wishes had been that she wanted to visit Las Vegas with her friends and enjoy life to the fullest. The seniors had asked if the friend that she wanted to accompany her has to be a someone special and she had blushed. 😊
This story reminded me of her.
Welcome Back Shika ! It is such a pleasure to see a new story from you.
There had been lines here and there throughout the story that I could relate to. So first let me tell you which of the lines I absolutely loved.
If the world could be divided into two groups only, there will be happy drunks and sad ones. Of course there are murderous, forgetful, crazy, weepy drunks but we will ignore them for the moment or merge them in one of the two categories.So true ! For me they are all the same , scaring the night lights out of me !😆
He could practically shit rainbows and puke marshmallows for all you care.Shit rainbows and puke marshmallows!!!! wherever you get such ideas from !😃
The reason for him being so jubilantly drunk ? Was it only because his G had turned 25 and he was taking her to LA or the time had finally come to be out of that safe friend zone ?😉

In short I would have done something impulsive when I turn 25 than sitting at the pool of my bestfriends' house, where a not so surprise party had been thrown to me."

These were the lines that touched my heart.
Its so true sometimes you never get a break from working hard.
Being impulsive can be so much fun naa ? you can eat as many pizzas, bergers,samosas without caring about gaining weight, you can go n tell that senior ,"Hi! Just wanted tell you've got a very cute smile.So can you change your dp and put a pic with that smiling face of yours so that I can drool."
And when your professor asks, " Why do you attend classes when you aren't interested in what I've got to teach you?"
"The class is air conditioned Sir, yahaan neend zyada achi aati hai!" 😆
But alas we can't afford to be impulsive so all we can do is to dream about an alternate world. Yeah girl ! I can totally understand what you.

The second half was such a heart warming gesture ! I understand her getting hyper about getting late to work and other tensions but once when the initial shock will fade away and she'll let the fact sink in. She is Los Angeles and is here to enjoy the little pleasures of life it would be so exciting.
I totally loved the first part !

In order to fly there are four kind of forces essential, lift, weight, thrust and drag. Lift is produced by the lower pressure created on the upper surface of an airplane's wings compared to the pressure on the wing's lower surfaces and it causes the object to lift upward.
Thrust is the forward pulling or pushing force that allows the object to move in the forward direction.
These two are very essential forces needed in order to fly. And the best friend here has provided the much needed lift and thrust to the girl. The real world where official deadlines, the hesitation, the social norms et cetra et cetra were stopping her from living her dreams , he has brought her away from that world. The desire within her will now force her to spread her wings. I hope everyone here gets such a friend. If not a friend, one should do it for one self for we get just one life.
Not knowing where you are heading to can sometimes be very beneficial. It is at these times when you discover your wings and force yourself to fly.
"The feeling of suspended in mid air with no landing in sight will unravel your wings and then you will begin your flight."
LET THE GIRL SOAR HIGH ABOVE IN THE SKIES AWAY FROM THE REAL WORLD ! 😊
