With a furious face she was roaming from one corner to another. Last guest also left but no sign of Maan. Dev and Meera was hiding their huge grinns whenever she glance at both. "has lo khul k has lo." She bursts on them as Maan is not available.
"Di pls,bhai must be struck with some client. Why you punishing yourself. Come and eat something." Meera insists.
"No i wont,till he come.",she was adamant not take her meal till Maan came.
"Geet maan jao." Dev to pleads.
He raised a plate towards her but she was so angry. "i said no. Don't you understand this simple thing." She shout without even glancing at him.
He step closer to her and encircled his arm to present plate in front of her. Geet turn more angry and about to threw plate when she saw him. Maan was standing near her with dish of food. He was giving a teasing smile to her and both of their sibling were laughing at them. "servant at your service madam." Maan raised dish towards her and she squirmed with his behaviour in front of their sibblings,as both were making fun of them.
"stop it Maan." she signaled in a meak voice but no use. He was bend on his knees.
"what's wrong with you? And both of you stop making fun of us. Just go from there." She glared both.
"Geet yu jo nauntaki hai na aap dono ki hume dekhte bahut time ho gaya hai. Now we are use to of it. And let me tell you one thing that bro arrived at 8 pm but he instructed us not to inform you. Wo flower shower jo hua tha na tum pe wo b bro ne hi kiya tha but then he hide behind the pillar and you missed him." Dev told her everything.
"lets go Dev. I think they need space." Meera winked at Geet and took Dev away from there.
Geet stare at him. "stand up." she commands and Maan stood up on his feet. "bahut maza aata hai na apko mujhe tang karne me?" She annoyed. "wo chhote hai humse. Unke samne ye sab nautanki karte sharam nahi aati apko?" Geet was yelling on him non stop.
Maan put dish aside and dragged her into his arms. "you are my legally wedded wife. And i had full right to do any thing with you." he said in a husky low voice. His eyes lingering over her,burning her skin under his touch.
"Maan i am serious." she tried not to melt and stick with her anger.
Maan pulled her more firmly. "so was i. How could you think that i leave you for this long? My eyes were always on you,through out the function."
"hato,jane do. Sab samjhti hu. You only love teasing me. Aa gaye the to mujhe btaya kyu nahi." Geet complaints in calm voice. Her anger gradually leaving her.
"i love to see you secretly. Waise b i wasn't allowed in this function,so i thought enjoy it secretly. And i also want to know what my careless wife do in my absence. And i was right. You are so careless. Abhi tak khana nahi khaya na." Maan nuzzled her nose.
"ha to maine b apse kaha tha,come and take care of your wife." Geet pout and cribbed. Maan embraced her to calm her fully. Both do dinner and left for their mansion.
Late night and she was laying on him to calm her tired body. She tilted he her head to met with his eyes. "Maan aaj dono kitne khush lag rahe the na?" she start the conversation.
"hmm." he only hummed.
"Maan what you think its a baby boy or a baby girl?" Geet was encouraging him,want to involve him so she got to know about his opinion.
"now how can i tell this? Geet i am not a doc." Maan gave a flat reply and spoiled her enthusiasm.
"firr bhi any gusses. Maan do it for me na." she instigate him last time.
"Geet baby unka hai main kyu guess karu? Waise b ek der mahine me pata chal hi jayega so what's a big deal." again he gave a very flat reply which annoyed her.
"chhaddo, apse to baat karna hi bekar hai." Geet slipped from him and turned on the other side.
"Geet..." Maan touched her arm but she flinched it off.
"Good night." she wished him night and turned off the lights.
Maan smirked at her cute antics. "i know Geet what is running in your mind. And for that i had planned every thing. Little wait more." Maan talked in his mind and slept.
At 5 am she awaked with a jerk and rush to washroom. She come out,tired and pale. With a trembling hands she opened her bag silently and drag out small kit from it. Pregnancy test kit. "now what will i do if result come positive. Maan k behaviour se clear hai that he is not interested in kids at all." Geet was nervous and scared. She went inside the washroom again and suddenly she screamed.
Her shrieked awaked Maan as well but before he could reached to her she locked the door from inside. He patted door rapidly. His beats was faster then normal and n unknown fear gripped his mind completely. "Geet what happened? Let me in damn it." he knocked continuously.
Geet wiped off her tears and whimpered from inside. "Maan i am fine. Don't worry." she assured him but no use.
"Geet i said opened the door and let me in." Maan to adamant to reach to her.
She shuddered and unlocked the door with trembling hands. Maan waved inside and embraced her in no sec. "what happened? Tell me. Why you screamed?" he wants to know the reason.
Maan cupped her face and asked softly. She was scared,feared for his reaction so she just raise the kit before him. That showing positive sign. She is to expecting. Maan's pupil widened first. One side he was thinking of planning and here,their baby already showed its presence in her womb. "you are pregnant? Okay okay." he was so confused to react. So many new feelings and thoughts surged through him. "okay just relax no need to worry for any thing. We will see doc first. I will handle everything. No worry." Maan kissed her and embraced firmly,cold form of her. She shed tears as this reaction wasn't acceptable for her. She wants to see him excited for their arrival but here no reaction from Maan's side.
On the other hands,he was also happy but don't know how to react. Whether they were eligible for this happiness or not? Because for him Geet comes first and till Doc not assure him about her well being he cant celebrate. Geet was looking pale and dull from past few days so he wanted to go for her complete check up first.
Geet was scared for her baby. She thought Maan was not happy with the news and when Maan took her to hospital for check up her fear rises more. "doc i want complete check up for her. As you know her past medical history. I dont wanna take chance."
"dont worry Mr. Khurana. First we need to go for some tests then only i will tell you whether she is able to carry on or not."
Doc took Geet inside for her complete tests. Already Maan had taken an appointment for her but before he gave surprise to her,she surprised him. Maan was waiting outside.
Sameera came there and both gave shocked look to each other. "you here?" both asked to each other.
"ya actually my friend is admit,so i just come to see her. Where is doc?" Sameer told her reason of being there.
"she is inside." Maan told her.
"ok then i go to meet my friend. Bye Maan." Sameera gave him a friendly hug and kiss his cheek before leaving the cabin. Meantime Doc came there,followed by Geet. Doc asked Sameera to wait outside and Sameera left. Geet was very disturbed,but she stood silent.
Maan's face clearly shows how much queries he had for her. "patience Mr. Khurana. Abhi to test hue hai reports milne me to time lagega."
"ok doc. Do whatever you think is right for Geet. Ye pregnancy Geet is zada important nahi hai." Maan clearly told his intentions but Geet mistook them.
Maan dropped her at home and then go for his office. Post syndromes shown its effects on Geet. Her mind filled with so many insecurities and morning incident not let her live in peace.
After two days doc called them together. Both reached to collect her reports. "doc is every thing okay..? He asked in no second.
"don't worry Mr. Khurana she is alright and baby to. Her reports are normal. Just a little weakness and for that i give her some medicines and diet chart. Make sure she will follow that."
"don't worry doc its my responsibility." Maan had a big relief. Her reports were normal.
"Maan i want to go to Meera,for few days." Geet demands and Maan accepted quickly. That shocked Geet. Before this if she asked to live with her he denied completely but today he agreed in a second,without fussing.
"do whatever you want baby. No need to take stress. You want to live with them,no problem. I will do all the arrangements." he kissed her and drove towards Dev's mansion. He dropped Geet and went for office,where Sameera is waiting for him. She already told him about her arrival and Maan reached on time. She was waiting for him as no one allowed her to enter in his cabin.
"your staff is so fussy. No one allowed me to inside. Aisa kya chhupaya hai apne yaha Maan?" she asked and cribbed at the same time.
"every man have some secrets. I am sure you to have." he replied the same way she asked. Same time Geet came there and found her again with him.
"Geet you there?" Maan was surprised as she came suddenly. In his cabin only she had a power to enter without any permission.
Geet was angry her face was furious red seeing same girl in his cabin...
