After dinner ,Geet was sitting in her room alone..turning few pages of a book and she closed it in irritation..
Geet- without raji and titto..I don't feel like studying..and this book nothing appropriate is given in this too..I should keep it back in study!
making up her mind she got up and moved towards study...
Study Room
after keeping the book at its previous place she was moving towards exit but her eyes were busy roaming here and there in study when suddenly she collided with a hard structure...due to collision she lost her balance and was going to fall but at right time she stabled herself by getting hold of table...
she was not even able take a sigh of relief when she heard maan's roar..
Maan- I think god has given u enough sense to see in front while walking rather than here and there!
Geet was upset that he didn't remember her name , in addition to that his rude words acted as fuel to pour out her anger on him..
Geet- its my eyes I can use them as I wish to!
Maan- whatever.. go away from here!, he ordered but Geet was already in her worst self so instead of leaving from there she was determined not to leave
Geet- why should I leave? I came here first..instead of me u should leave!
Maan was surprised to see her stubborn side before she used to be sweet and obeying girl but this...but in all this he forget that he too never was so rude with her...before he was soft and sweet to her so he got that in return and now also he is getting back what he is giving!
Maan- for what u r here?
Geet- why should I tell u?
Maan closed his eyes in irritation..
Maan- Geet! u..but she cut him in between..
Geet- what did u said?
Maan- what?
Geet- u took my name, right?..u do remember me right, excited Geet said!, but her excitement was not reciprocated by Maan.. Geet was still in her excited zone but a thought created a doubt in her mind..
Geet- wait..kahi Dadima ne toh..hai?? , she closely looked at him ..Maan rolled his eyes on her nautanki..
Geet- say??, she took his silence as yes and she was again hurt..
Geet- so Dadima told u!
Maan- ho gaya tumhara?? now go away from here and let me do my work!, he held her one arm and dragged her towards the door , but soon Geet overcame her hurt and pulled back her arm from his grip..
Geet- I'm not going anywhere !
Maan- what nonsense!, taking a deep breath he controlled his anger after he was done he looked at Geet and continued.. look Geet I don't have time to waste on u so please for god's sake if u r done with whatever u were doing here then kindly leave and allow me to work!, its important!
hearing his please her heart soften a bit but she thought to trouble him bit more..
Geet- okay I will leave but u have to help me..
Maan- I don't have time!
Geet- okay then...(sitting on nearby chair)..even I'm also not in mode to leave from here!
Maan(st)- these hoshiyarpur people has spoiled Geet..
not getting any reply from Maan, Geet relaxed herself more on chair..
Maan- say what help u need?, hearing his defeated tone Geet smiled big... and actively got up from chair..
Geet- great!.. actually yesterday Dadima told me that this mini library have all related books of my syllabus.. I came here to search them but now u r here so why trouble myself ,u can find them for me, right??,innocently she looked at him which he ignored..
Maan- what's ur course?
Geet- BBA !, after getting his answer Maan moved to one of the self while behind his back Geet giggled..
Geet(st)- his time was wasted while talking to me na..now he himself will waste his time in searching books for me!, Geet smirked in her mind as yesterday only she searched that selves and didn't find any book related to her syllabus so she was sure Maan too will not find any and like this his time will be wasted.. proud of her own plan she moved to him..only to be surprised..
there Maan was busy in separating books..which confused Geet..
Geet- why are u taking these books out they...but Maan shut her..
Maan- quiet Geet..I will answer u once I'm done have patience...
when he stopped , ten books were already out..
Maan- here..all these books have ur syllabus!
Geet- but..but.. they don't match with the names of books of my syllabus..
Maan- oh ..from name u can conclude what books contain.. what careless attitude u have..anyways did u check their contents?
Geet- no..
Maan- check it now!
slowly Geet picked one of the book and opened its index and surprising to her it did have her syllabus topics..from her expressions Maan guessed what she is thinking..
Maan- satisfied...now leave ur work is done now let me do mine!!
saying so he went to his chair and started opening his files..
Geet didn't have habit of sleeping early she used to sleep around 11:30 -12am after completing her night studies but there in HP raji and titto used to accompany her in her study time but here there was no one and she was finding it bit weird to study alone..she looked up only to see Maan setting up his work on table she thought to get company of Maan while studying but was bit scared to ask him but after thinking for a while she thought to ask..
Geet- woh...Maan..
Maan- u didn't left yet?
Geet- woh ..I was thinking if u don't mind can I study here..?
Maan- NO
Geet- but..
Maan- no..
Geet- please please allow me..,she pleaded
Maan- if u want study go and study in ur room silently no one will disturb u!
Geet- that the problem.. I can't study without getting disturbed..
Maan- what kind of weird reason is this?
Geet- I know but now I'm habituated to it there in HP raji and titto my cousins used to study with me..
Maan- why me..go and study with dev u both study in same course he will help u too if u get doubts!
Geet- I would have but I think he is not at home..
Maan- whatever.. I can't allow u to study here because I don't have a weird habit like u.. I can't work in disturbing environment!
Geet- I promise I will not disturb..please allow me to study here...

Maan- ahhh..okay..but I want pin drop silence here!, to which Geet nodded her head while Maan sat on his chair and got busy in his work...while Geet found a stool in corner and made a place for herself in one corner of table..
after few minutes of silence , Geet looked at Maan who looked really engrossed in his work..
Geet- Maan? , she called but he didn't react she called again but got same thing third time she called bit loud to which Maan glared at her
Maan- what?
Geet- I was just asking..u had ur dinner?
Maan- do u want me to throw u out of this room?.. nahi na?..get back to ur book!, warning Geet he got back to his work while Geet made faces!
Like this days started passing , in college dev and his gang stayed away from Geet so her college life was moving smoothly while in night she used to study with Maan.. he was still rude with her to which Geet was getting used to while Maan too was getting used to her presence in study..
One day in college
NT was lost in her thoughts when shasha came there..
Shasha - hey babe what's up..did u see the Latest designs of...but nt cut her in between
NT- shasha please.. I'm not in a mood to hear all this..leave me alone!
Shasha- what happened u look dull..is something bothering u??
but instead of answering her NT's eyes were focused somewhere else..Shasha noticed this and followed her gaze which landed on geet..
Shasha- oh so that's the matter..NT u know na that dev is with u then why to worry..leave her and enjoy like before..
NT- I can't.. u know shasha how much I love dev..I can do anything for him..I waited for so long for him and now when I finally got him ..this Geet came from nowhere to snatch him from me!
Shasha- but NT u know na Geet is not dev type of girl..he will never fall for her..and he is with u , u r 1000 times better than her why will he leave u...
Shasha didn't knew the reality behind dev and nt's relation it was just NT who know that he is not that serious about her..she love him but he is casual about them.. he treat her like his other gf's only nothing special..and that was making her insecure..
NT- whatever it is...I can't allow this girl near my dev! if dev is not doing anything then I will..I will show her right place!, with that she got up from her chair and moved towards geet's chair ,while Shasha followed her
Geet and pari were as usual enjoying their lunch when suddenly both felt presence of someone near their table...

while there stood Geet , who was hurt with their words..her eyes were full of tears but she didn't allow them to fall..
Pari- what kind of friends these dev have,they are so mean..Geet ignore their words!
Geet- but what they said..
Pari- they might be lieing..
Geet- why will they lie...I didn't know dev feel ashamed to call me as his fiance..
Pari- if it is true also then I would suggest that dev should go to hell..cancel this alliance Geet..he don't deserve u!
Geet- no...my taiji used to say if we lack in something according to our husbands then we should try to overcome that fault of ours and if dev feels that I'm not worth him then I will prove myself that I can match up to his standards that one day he will be proud to introduce me as his !, determined Geet said..
