Party Hall

Party was on full swing .. All employees of Handas were invited ..

Geet entered the party hall with karan , everyone clapped and welcomed her ..some presented her flowers bouquets and some blessed her professionally ...

But a pair of eyes , scrutinized her from far .. It has been almost two weeks he haven't seen her , she was shifted to handa mansion and he wasn't able to see her or meet her .. his eyed pained to get one glimpse , and his heart longed to be with her ...

She looked fresh and pretty , not that she never looked pretty before but today she looked ethereal in white silk gown , diamond studs and bracelet was the only jewellary she carried with high heels .. and she walked gracefully hand in hand with karan ... He kept noticing her each and every move ...

" What are u getting ready for ??" mohinder asked sameera ..

" isn't it party today ??"

" yes it is ... but there is no need for u to go there "

" and why is that so ? why can't I go there ?" she asked surprisingly ...

"Geet is not fully recovered yet .. any shock or bad memory , can be dangerous to her health .. so u better refrain from going in front of her for some time now "

Mohinder first time talked to her in this tone ... he warned her for meeting geet , as he cant take risk ...

Maan sat in a place where almost whole hall was visible , so that he could notice her ... she was far from him but kept checking her out ..

Soon it was the announcement of dance ..everyone joined the dance floor ...

Maan sat stable in his place , until he saw geet going towards the dance floor .. Geet who decided to dance and enjoy herself , stepped ahead ..For few minutes she danced with karan ... and maan waited for him to leave the dance floor ... and he did , that too because he was to check further arrangements of food ..

Music changed and it was Kurbaan hua palyed this time .. Maan slowly went towards the dance floor having his gaze fixed on Geet ..

before she started dancing with some other guy , maan held her wrist and pulled her to himself ... As a result she collided his strong body ..

Everything around blurred , she looked in his eyes and he in hers ... He was lost ... lost in those beautiful almond shaped beautiful eyes and the feel of her being close in her senses gave him a pleasing sensation .. At least she was standing close to him and she haven't jerked him away ..

Above the silky material he could feel her ..so close to himself , his heart felt contented .. and in all this they never broke eye lock ..

He made her dance , slowly , politely ... he wished , her lips would move and she would call is name , he glanced her lips , remembered their kiss in Paris .. how she blushed that day ... feeling her uncomfortable with his gaze on her lips he quickly swirled her around ..

Her back was plastered with his , he inhaled the scent from her hair for brief minute before turning her round to face her ... he wanted to see her reaction but there was nothing , shown on her face ..

He held her waist , and lift her up from ground , her could feel her shrinking with the passion ... but he haven't wanted to stop today ... he inhaled her aroma , closing his eyes , before he stabalized her back on her feet ...

He got his senses back when he felt Geet removing his hand from her waist , she was not looking at him anymore ..her face depicted certain pain , as she jerked him away glancing him one last time and left the dance floor , leaving maan alone there

Maan was left alone in the party , he saw geet leaving the dance floor and not only this she disappeared from the party ... He so wished he could kidnap her and take her away from whole world ... he would love her to the extent that she has to remember him , she has recover all the forgotten memories ... But things were out of control and he could do nothing but wait for the fate to unfold next chapter ...

And his fate seems to take quick turns ... he was about to leave the dance floor when he heard

" you are under arrest "

He didn't stop at the voice , thinking , this must not be for him because he hadn't done anything ...

" we are talking to you mister "

He turned astonished ..

" Me ??" ... He asked in questioning tone , more of a shocked one

" yes you " ... Inspector came and handcuffed him ..

" But why ?? what I have done ??" ....

" u have done something or not , that will be decided by court " ... inspector smirked ..

" but ??"

" but what nothing ... come along and don't open your mouth "... inspector was usual rude and arrogant man .. Maan helplessly walked along with him ... right now he couldn't even find the reason of her arrest ...

Karan stood there smiling... " once again behind bars , he deserves this " ... karan thought ... Maan was leaving when his eyes caught the smirking face of karan ...

" is he behind all this ??" .. he questioned himself , but to get answers he has to wait ...
