yes for him the baby is all his and not Gautum's child

when he ask Geet the baby's name and when she also says that she calls her MG

Maan says that its special but Geet denies and says that the initials stands for

Gautum which in turn makes Maan angry but than he tells Geet that no one can claim his baby

its only his baby and Geet realize that he loves both her and baby so much

she than tells him that MG does stand for Maan and Geet but she does not want to bound

him in any relation as he needs to marry Pari but he tells her that he is already married

and both Daadima and Pari will have to understand
