i take plane steam as all above things are too strong for me

i dont use any of these in pain ,cold or anything

even i dont take steam untill its necessary (coz have to more work boiling water set all things etc )

btw just want to tell... nilgiri oil is hindi of eucalyptus oil (they are same )
