So this season shows what all happened in those 45 days and after that
Geet thought herself to be a burden on maan and tried committing suicide twice but maan saved her on time
He became angry on her and slapped her after her second attempt
She asked maan to love her
Both became one
She shared her past life with him and told him how her family treated her
Handa's always wanted a male child not female so there was no one except aayush who loved her
But the very next day maan had to accompany yash due to his father's insistence to khanna's house where yash showed his evilness
Maan though didn't wanted to leave geet but still had to leave came back alone late at night leaving others
He saw geet in the storeroom tied up and gaining fever
He immediately took her to his room and after talking to keya attended geet and applied pattis to reduce fever
Keya told him that he should realize it now that he loves her otherwise how can a surgeon need her help to attend a person having fever
Geet's insecurities again rose and she thought that she is making him drift apart from his love who in actual was his bua's daughter
After dadimaa's comeback she informed him about geet's and aayush's departure

After knowing about keya's being maan's sister she dropped the idea of going away and confessed her love for him

Both got to know about geet's pregnancy on their way back to KM
Both were talking to each other about their baby when Vicky heard all and decided to keep everything to himself as he knew maan will handle everything
Dadimaa got angry after knowing everything
Meanwhile yash's evilness and lust for geet didn't decreased infact it increased and one day when maan went away for some work he tried to fulfill his lust but maan came at right time and saved geet
On maan's and yash's fight Vicky told his father about maaneet's love and geet being pregnant
Yash and samarth left in anger and later yash fueled samarth's mind and told him that they should kill the handa girl and her baby
When they asked their men to kill geet maan dodgingly beat them and tried escaping to save themselves
Dadimaa slapped samarth and made him understand that geet is innocent and this revenge will lead them nowhere
Samarth asked his men to not to stop maaneet and not harm them also
He even said that both maaneet are dead for him
Maaneet left for delhi and from their they left for germany to never come back to India
Dadimaa and Vicky came to airport to drop them and dadimaa gave him the responsibility of geet and told him to marry her as soon as he reaches there
Maaneet settled there and built a small world of their own
During her 9th month pregnancy geet called samarth and asked for forgiveness which melted his heart and he along with dadimaa and Vicky came to germany to see his grandchild
But yash to take his revenge came there a day before and break failed maan's car which landed them into hospital due to an accident
Last part was heartwrenching
Geet was in critical condition due to huge blood loss and was shifted to ICU after giving birth to their baby girl
Maan though was injured went inside ICU to see geet
He went to samarth and gave him his baby's responsibility
He left the world with geet
Yash was killed on the orders of samarth
Samarth gave the baby geet's name who filled km with happiness with her giggles
Vicky's wife took the role of mother of baby geet and they also fulfilled her every wish
Baby geet became their first priority
