Wonderful update. Geet spent almost one year at that village but no one in her family believing her. Than she got married to Maan and slowly their relationship is progressing. Neil took Maan to his father and they tell the story to him. He advised Maan to increase their intimacy.

A brand new update of HAUNTED LOVE.. Guys I'm overwhelmed with the responses I got.. So, THANK YOU each one of you for it.. I just pray that I can entertain you guys till the end.. And I definitely wants suggestions for my story, like one of you did in the previous chapter..

I think her name is Divya and she wanted to have Maaneet scenes so that their love could be felt too. Thank you dear, for your suggestion, and I've added few scenes in this chappy.. Hope you like it..

Chapter: 4

Geet opened her eyes to find herself in a room. She can't recognize this place hence gets scared. She's resting on a couch. The room looks like a beautiful place, but it is giving her cold shudders in her whole body. She gets this feeling when.. when HE is around.. She gulped her fear down her throat and towards the door.

The door closed itself with a loud bang. She ran towards the other and got the same result.. She now knew she's trapped. But where is this place?!? She never came in this place.

As she takes her steps back, she felt something passing through her. It froze the very heart which is pumping the blood in her body.

Hmm.. Hmmm.. Hmmm hmmm mmm hmmm..

A continuous voice of humming a song is coming. Sometimes from the far end of the room, sometime from near, sometime from above her, or sometime breathing on her face. Geet's leg has glued to the floor. She can't even move them, as her brain has stopped functioning a long time ago..

HE's here...

HUM TUM..

EK KAMRE ME BAND HO..

Geet covered her mouth to shut herself fully. Someone blew a icy cold air near her left ear. PHOOO... Her body turned stiff and she tried to look behind her, without moving her head an inch.. Then he whispered the next lines near ear, in the most chilling way as possible..

AUR KOI NA AA PAYE..

Without thinking much she ran to the nearest wall and sticked her back to it. She sat near it, still not removing her back away from it. Tears flowing through her eyes, but her mouth couldn't make any noise.

Her eyes rapidly looks throughout the whole room, to find where he is. It is better when he is infront of her, instead of her wondering from where he'll appear. His sudden appearance and disappearance scares her the most.

Geet felt icy cold breathe falling on her nape, which gave goosebumps all throughout her body. Her eyes widen in realization. He's coming through the wall, and whispers, "GEET..."

The very next moment Geet staggered away from the wall as if someone has put her on fire. She fell flat on the ground, but soon turns around to find Ayush standing there with a dangerously blankness on his face. His blank face scares her more, coz she can't predict his next movement.

Geet crawls back in the floor, still lying on it. Suddenly, the lights of the room starts blinking, when Ayush's face turns angry. All of a sudden he's all over Geet and she can't move a bit.

Geet's whole body is shivering with fear, and then Ayush spoke in a dangerous voice, "Why do you always run away from me Geet?!?! Why always try to distance yourself from me?!?! Why GEET why?!?! Why?!??"

Geet couldn't answer a word, as she looks at him with eyes as wide as saucers.. Suddenly he vanishes into the thin air, and Geet sat upright. Somehow she manages to stand, but found herself exactly in the middle of the room.

Geet became rigid, when she felt his hands around her waist. She gave up, and closed her eyes, waiting for everything to be over.

Ay: "Why do you always do the opposite of what I say, Geet?!??! I told you not to cross the threshold of our village. You did. I told you that people outside the boundary are bad. But you?!? You married one of them. How could you Geet?!?! You are my wife Geet. How could you?!?!", till the end he was shouting, and Geet just shut her eyes more tightly.

His grip around her tightened, but didn't hurt her. He calmed himself, and said, "I know, it must be your family. Look, I told you, they all are bad. You know, those people in our rival village, what they did?!?! They killed all the people of our village. They killed them all. Infront of my own eyes. And then , made a magical barrier around the threshold of our village with the help of Black Magic. He.. He made our souls locked in that place, so that none of us could get our salvation.. They are bad Geet. They are very bad."

He has hugged Geet's whole body from the back, and kept his chin on her shoulder. For once Geet forgot everything, and could only feel the pain dripping from his words. For once, the man hugging her seemed like HER AYUSH. Tears flow through her eyes realizing his pain, but next second his voice contains the same coldness which scares her wits out.

Ay: "You know what they did with ME Geet?!?! They burned me in my own Havely, enjoying the show. You want to see what they did to me?!? SEE...", saying this he turned her around.

Geet's eyes widen at the scene infront of her. His whole body badly burnt, and bruised. His bones could be seen, through the burned flesh. Blood dripping ,from his whole body. His skull is visible at places, as his face is most badly burned. One eye completely bruished, and the skin around his mouth has been peeled off. His both the ears seemed have mixed in the very origin, making it look like if he never have them.

A horror struck scream escaped her mouth looking at the horrifying scene infront of her.

AAAHHH... AAAHHH...

Ay: "Look at what they did to me Geet.. LOOK. Look what they did.. They are bad Geet. They are very bad. See me. Look."

His voice died infront of her scream, which doesn't seem to come to an end. She closed her eyes tightly, and covered her ears with her palms, and continued screaming as loudly as she could.

"Geet, Geet.. Open yours eyes Geet. Geet..", a distant voice reached her ears, but she's too scared to believe anyone.

She was shaken by her shoulders, making her open her eyes. She looked ahead to find Maan, Neil and some other man standing there. She's sitting on the couch. That means it was a dream. But she saw this very room in her dream too.

At the moment, the concern and love in Maan's eyes, made her relaxed. She hugged him as tightly as she could, and breakdown in his secure arms.

Maan patted her head while she continued crying and sobbing. Neil and Tanmay looked at each other, and decided to give some privacy to the couple.

After an hour,

Geet has stopped crying, but still continued sniffing. She has wrapped her arms around Maan's torso, while Maan hugged her face close to his heart. He knows something very terrified must have happened in her nightmare, which has shaken her gravely. She hasn't spoken a word since she woke up.

Tanmay sighed seeing her. This girl is terribly disturbed. And the kind of horror-stricken her eyes are at the moment, it is evident that she must have witnessed something gravely horrific. She needs help. And that too fast.', he thought. He went inside his study, for few minutes.

Neil looked at his father who himself looked no less disturbed. The only problem his father has, is he takes his every case way too personal. He involves himself into the whole case as if it is about him, who's suffering. And the look of his father's face states that he has taken this case way too seriously. Now he'll go to any lengths to help Geet and Maan. They are lucky.

Tanmay returned into the room with something in his hand. Seeing him standing right infront of him, Maan tried to stand up, but immediately stopped by Geet, who tightened her hold around him, and dig her face more into his chest.

Tanmay signaled him to stay put, and gave him a Taveez. Neil's eyes widen looking at it.

Maan asked confused, "What is this?!?!"

Ta: "This is a special Taveez, encoded by very powerful mantras. It has the power to stop any spirit to come anywhere closer to it's bearer. Tie it around her, and it will keep her safe from those nightmares."

Ma: "Will it work?!? Are you sure??!", he asked still unsure.

Ta: "It did for me. And it'll protect her too..."

Ne: "But Baba, it was given to you by Dadi...", he asked shocked.

Tanmay turned towards him, and kept a hand on her shoulder saying, "I know more ways to protect myself, but she doesn't. She needs it more than me.", turning towards Maan he said, "This Taveez will act as a Glass wall between Ayush and Geet. He won't be able to look through this glass and hence could never find her. He won't be able to reach her through dreams."

Maan looked at Tanmay, overwhelmed with emotions. Just when he was about to Thank him, for his gesture, and support, he said something, "I'm giving you this, that doesn't mean, you got relieved. If you again start with your RIGHT TIME drama, then believe me I'm going to mix drugs in your food and make you both consummate your marriage. Day after tomorrow is PURNIMA, you both can do it that night. Well if you have any special location in my mind...", he simply shrugged.

Maan narrowed his eyes, and said sarcastically, "Ya I was planning to do it on the Mount Everest. Are you coming with us to raise our spirits.."

Tanmay just shrugged innocently, and started going. After reaching the door, he turned back and said, "Well I don't know about Mount Everest, but if need support for Pacific Ocean, then count me in..", saying this he closed the door of his study.

Maan kept looking at the same direction for few more seconds and then turned towards Neil, who gave him an akward smile.

Ma: "Are you sure he's your own father?!?!", he asked uncertainly.

Ne: "Huh?!?", he asked confused.

Ma: "Nevermind.."

During all this conversation, Geet remained silent. She's still in trance, living and reliving the nightmare again and again. She can never forget the scene, in this life. Her heart cried seeing his condition, but mind is still freezed with fear and horror. She has wrapped herself to the only warmth in the whole room, and that is Maan. She doesn't care, she's at someone else's house, she doesn't care that they are seeing them like this, she doesn't care, what they must be thinking. All she knows is, that she's sinking, and Maan is the floating tube, which is saving her.

Babaji, pls have some mercy. I can't take it anymore. What is happening?!? Why it's happening?!?! I don't understand anything anymore. I don't know which way to go, to get some peace, some happiness. Just save me, from this unknown.. I don't know, from whom/what I'm asking you to save me. But free me from this torment. I can't take it anymore. With me, there's more people suffering. Specially Maan. He deserves better. He deserved much more better from what he's getting. Please give him his happiness. Please.. PLS.', she prayed silently, while a deceiving tear escaped her eye.

A short update this time, and sorry couldn't include Maaneet in this one, but will give it in the next one for sure. The next one will be MAANEET, with no AYUSH around..
