Venue : Khurana mansion
A lady wearing a cream color sari with a jerry border and an ethnic jewellery. Royalty oozing out from everywhere walks down the stairs.
The lady walks towards a portrait of a man hanged on wall. A lone tear falls from her eyes. The lady is Savitri Devi and the portrait is of late Rajesh Singh Khurana the founder of Khurana Empire.
"Your dream has come true. Khurana Empire has now become one of the top ten companies in the world." Savitri said and stared at the portrait for sometime and then goes to another portrait. Its a photo of Sanjay Singh Khurana and Savita Singh Khurana. Savitri caresess it and bows her head. "I couldn't keep my promise Savita...I couldn't keep my promise...I lost it Savita. your child is ruthless man...Tommorow is your Maan's marriage ...I am sorry..not marriage but mere deal by your child to make his grandfather's dream come true."
''Its your dream too" a voice from the back and Savitri turns to see an angry face. There stood Ayesha Shergil stood like a volcano which would erupt now. "Its your dream too"
said Ayesha giving emphasise on each word."Its dream of this family to bring our buisness to such a hieght from where flying more high is just impossible, isn't it? Dont try to mess our plans. You have retired from buisness five years back then why getting involved in these silly matters?" Before Ayesha could speak a word Savitri intrupted" Its not a buisness deal its your brother's marriage or to be presice your STEP brother's marriage''
Savitri smirked and could see Ayesha boiling but didnt felt even a pinch of guilt in saying so. She knew Ayesha more than anyone even Ayesha herself. After all Ayesha was same as her mother Pammi...first wife of Sanjay very cunning, selfish and self centred woman.Though Ayesha never showed her hatred to her brothers not even tried to harm Maan or Vicky but Savitri knew that Ayesha can harm them anytime.
"Enough" Just one word was enough for both the ladies to stop there arguements. It was Maan Singh Khurana the eldest son of Khuranas. He could never understand his daadi's problem with his Di. And he was fedup with this 'Step' and 'Real' debate which has become a daily routine of these two ladies in this house. Both the ladies were about say something but before them Maan said, "I know Di is my step-sister" and paused to see Ayesha's about to cry expression and then said" But she is my blood..and i know she loves me to the core but can never express it as its the specialty of Khuranas." he winked at Ayesha and said"And about my marriage I know whats good and bad for me daadi. And you should be happy...my marriage is a promise you made to my mom and the gains we will get by this marriage in business is just a bonus point" Maan gave a smile to Daadi and turned to Ayesha and said "Be ready by five..we have a meeting with Mrs Handa about the deal" Maan side hugged Daadi and went out.
Same time at Handa Haveli:
A girl in simple salwar suit was standing watching outside the window. She looked like an angle FLAWLESS beauty. A smile was there in her face though reached her eyes but there was a pinch of fear and confusion too for a moment but that to disappeared in a moment.
"Geet" called a lady just standing behind her. She turned back just to see her mother seeing her with amusement."What happened mama? Aap mujhe aise kyun dekh rahi ho?" asked geet as there is nothing to look so amused.
"Tomorrow is your wedding beta..wont you ask why and with whom your wedding is fixed? how can you just say yes like that?" Rano was totally amused at geet. Just today morning Rano said geet that her marriage is fixed. Without any question geet said yes and went away from there.
"Maa..I know you can never decide not even think about anything that can harm me. I trust you mama." Rano was overwhelmed with the blind trust her daughter had on her. Rano hugged geet and though I don't know my decision is right or wrong but i have to do this you and our business.
