6 years Later
In a beautiful house a beautiful girl was sitting comfortably in her living room , reading some book when landline of her home ringed..
Girl- hello Geet Handa speaking..
Pari- Geet, its pari..
Geet(awkwardly)- hey pari!, what's up long time..
Pari-yes long time ..quite long.. almost 2 years right?
Geet- hmm.. anyways how r u??
Pari- geet! u r still same , geet 6 years have passed now.. u both have forgotten each other right as u say.. so i don't understand why u behave so different with us(pari and meera), were we responsible for that breakup that suddenly after that u created distance with us!
Geet- pari.. it's not like that, u r taking it wrong..its just my busy schedule that's why office and home don't allow me to..
Pari- enough geet don't give excuses now, it won't make sense in 2 years u don't even get a single minute free to call us, i agree now we live in different cities me and meera in mumbai and u in banglore we can't meet but u can't even do a single phone call to us! why geet why are u so aloof , why u always expect the other party to do all this , that's why maan bhai..
hearing maan's name was enough for geet to interrupt pari..
Geet- pari please if u have call me to give lecture than i'm busy..bye!
Pari(st)- shit! pari not again gusse mei u speak a lot!

Geet- why u called me pari?
Pari- Geet i'm getting married in next 2 weeks , i want u here next week as marriage rituals will start after a week and its not a request , its an order u have to come or else forget that u ever had any friends in ur college life and this time i mean it!
Geet- oh congrats pari.. i will try.. but immediately pari cut her in between..
Pari- no try , i want u here means i want u , if u ever considered me as ur friend u have to come!
Geet- okay i will come, happy now... pari woh.. how is meera?
Pari- she is good and angry on u, but i don't blame her u do things which can make anyone angry (she taunted geet) , anyways she is inviting other people , she would have invited u too but now u both don't share same equations na..
Geet- ya i know and its me whom should be blamed..
Pari- geet should i ask u something?
Geet- ha..
Pari- tumhara aur bhai ka jo hua so hua , what we did that u created this distance with us, did we ever blamed u or questioned u for that nahi na, then why??
Geet- pari.. i.. ahh.. i don't know how i expalin this.. but u will.. i don't think u will understand..
Pari- geet u r still same like 6 years before why its so difficult for u to express urself , i would like to suggest u something , don't suppress ur feelings to urself , share it with others too , it will help u !
Geet- hmm..
Pari- ur same reply hmm.. anyways start ur packing now u have to come here and bring aunty too with u! bye..

And with heavy heart she kept the phone back to its previous position..
she for once glance at her book which she was reading, after the phone call she have no strength to continue it again so she kept it and left from their to inform her mother..
Rano was busy in kitchen , when geet entered there..
Geet- maa, apply for holiday in ur office?
Rano- and why so ??
Geet- actually pari is getting married and she invited us to attend it , that's why!
Rano- wait is it same pari from ur college days?
Geet- yes she is the same pari!
Rano- okay i am surprised , i never saw u talking to ur college friends after we shifted here?
Geet- ya.. woh she called me..
Rano- i would say u r lucky geet , u got great friends , they didn't forget u after so long too..
Geet- maa please now u don't start too.. and get ready soon we will go to shopping.. and she left after ordering her mom
Rano(st)- hey babaji , give some sense to my daughter, fill some emotions in her..
After 2-3 days
Geet have already applied for leave in her office and she got it too as she hardly takes any holidays , now she was busy in packing as day after tomorrow she have to leave for mumbai for pari's weeding..
Shopping was already done, now she have to just pack... she searched for her bags and found them on cupboard
she took a stool to reach there but that was not enough so she tried o pull the bag , she tried to pull it forcefully as it was big and bit heavy for her in her pulling process along with bag other things too fell from there..
Geet- oh babaji , ye kya kya gir gaya , now more work! one by one she kept all things back to their previous place but one thing grabbed her attention a photo album , she didn't want to see it as she knew it will make her low but then her heart was nowhere to listen he forced her to open it up and glance her past..
As she opened it , initially there were pics of small geet with her mother and father, then as she grew up only her pics with her mother were left, the album contained all the phases of her life from when she was born to when she grew up to her teenager , and then came the most important phase of her life.. her college life and maan.. there were many pics of her with meera and pari , some individual pics , some in group but the most important pics were of her with maan.. she remembered all those days, memories of those days brought a smile on her face.. she caressed one of maan's smiling pic and soon a drop of tear poured out from her eyes unknown to her..
Rano- geet?
Hearing rano geet immediately wiped off her tear..
Geet- maa aap..
Rano- geet ! u r crying right?
Geet- what! no maa aap bhi na.. she faked a smile , but nothing can be hided from mother's eye.. as geet tried to move from there , rano grabbed her hand..
Rano- geet look at me! i'm ur mother geet u can share anything with me, y don't u share ur feeling with me geet!
Geet- maa there's is nothing to share then..
Rano- shut up geet! just shut up! i don't understand what u want from ur life, i thought u love maan that's why i sent u to meet him but u returned empty handed and when i asked what happened u said it's over , nothing is left between him and u , u don't love him.. i agreed ! then ur aloofness from the outer world , u stopped enjoying and then after finishing ur college u decided to do mba from banglore i agreed i left everything and moved with u here , ur friends tried so many times to interact with u but u never showed any interest and soon they too left u , i don't blame them if u urself didn't gave them any response then it was bound to happen and now after complete 2 years, pari called u, i thought now after 2 years of living a lonely life u will acknowledge it but still u r behaving same same like before!
Geet- maa please, i'm not in a mood to hear all this and pari called me then i'm going na , meine manna thodi kiya hai, sternly she replied!
Rano- geet! u still love maan na?
Geet- now from where does he came in between all this?
Rano- then why were u crying seeing his pic?
Geet- Who said i was crying?
Rano- geet i'm ur mother , u love him right?
Geet- maa please..leave me alone i have to many pending work, she again tried to go from their as she was on verge of breaking down
Rano- geet confess it, i know u love him, say it beta, y r u hiding?

and that's it she broked down in the arms of her mother..
Geet- yes maa i love him.. i love him alot! i have realized it , this separation have made me realize how much i love him..
Rano- then why are u holding back geet , confess it to him..
Geet- no maa , i can't what if he..he now love someone else?
Rano- u love him na , don't u trust him?
Geet- i trust him maa but how i behaved with him , he might have forgotten me and moved on with some one else?
Rano- then i would say geet u don't love him truly because if u loved him truly then u would have trusted him too.. i have seen him geet , when he confessed that he love u in front of me the glow on his and that spark in his eyes made me trust him ,that i really felt that he truly loves u and i agreed with his proposal but after that..
Geet- but maa.. u too loved dad truly right but he cheated u , he left us for some other woman... this reality always stop me to move forward what if maan too..
Rano- geet for this i would only say not all men are same.. at least give a chance to maan..
Geet- i can't maa , now i can't.. so many years have passed , maan now must be hating me and what if he found someone else for himself then..
Rano- geet not again why u conclude everything before only, accha tell me is maan coming for pari's wedding?
Geet- i don't know.. but i think pari must have invited him as they share a good bond same like brother- sister..
Rano- then i'm sure he will come promise me geet if maan is still alone then u will confess ur love!
Geet- but what if he already have someone in his life?
Rano- ahh! geet!!! then forget him okay ! but promise me if maan is still single u will confess ur love to him..
