She turns and gets more closer , placing her head more comfortably on his lap ... but strangely he never felt awkward .. never did she make him uncomfortable ... he recalled how close they have been , many times .. still he didn't regret any moment of their closeness ..

He don't know what she feels , what she want ., but he was surely satisfied by every moment he share with her ..

After almost 2 hours , she lazily opens her eyes and find him still looking at her same way , as he was looking when she slept ..

She gets up swiftly..

" itni der se aisay hi baitha ha, main so gai to pata hi nai laga"[ u r sitting in same position from too long .. i dont know when i dozed off ]

He tries to straighten his leg , and it pained coz of keeping in one position for long time .. she notices , and makes a sorry face ..

" sorry , meri wajah se , yeh ... " [ sorry .. its coz of me ?]

" hmm , its paining a lot " he says , n examine her expressions , she seemed sorry n concerned ..

She quickly gets up and brings oil ,

" yeh laga deti hun , shayad theek ho ga " [ let me apply this , u will feel better ] she hold his leg , while he catch her wrist .. takes the oil and place it at a distance ..

"mera itna sa dard nahi dekh sakti..??" [ cant u see this bit of my pain ?? ]

she has no words to answer , she wanted to say yes , but her words didnt reach her tongue .. his gaze was fixed on her .. " bolo na .." [ tell me ?]

she tears the gaze, looks here n there , and tries to get up but he don't let her .. he hold her chin and make her look towards him ...

" muje b aisa lagta ha jub tum khud ko dard deti ho " [ i also feel same when u hurt urself ]

" nahi , aisa nahi ha .. wo meri wajah se tuje dard hua to ... muje acha nahi laga yun ... " [ no , u r hurt coz of me and i dont feel good ] .. she was trying not to look into his eyes ..

"to wo sub kabi nahi karo gi jis se muje dard hota ha ???" [ so u will not do any such thing which will hurt me ? ]he asks in husky voice ...

" hmm ?? bolo ??" [ hmm ? tell me ?]

" nahi ,kabhi nai " . [ no , never ].. she had no option except saying truth when he was observing her so closely ..

" to aj k baad nahi kaho gi k main tum se nahi mil sakta ??" [ so u wont say that i cant meet u ?]

" muje bahar jaana ha " [ i have to go out ] she hardly managed to whisper ..

" yeh mere sawal ka jawaab nahi ha .." [ thats not the answer of my question ]

But she gets up and runs out , then sits near pond ... looks into water ... she need to answer him , but before that she herself wasn't sure if she should allow someone in her life or not ... what if something happen to him too ? what if he don't return ever like others ?? but its been too long she haven't given chance to anyone to come into her life

From too long she haven't shared her life with anyone .. she kept her fears , her pains , her memories to herself only .. but should she give one chance ?? the fear inside her was overpowering the point of giving one chance

He was sitting next to her , observing her keenly , what she must thinking .. is it that difficult for her to allow him in her life ..??? ...

" yeh sub kun ho raha ha mere saath ?? " [ y is it happening with me ? ]

she wanted to know if God is giving her some hint to move on ?? or wanted to test again , what she promised ... she promised not to let anyone in her life ever ...

" itna socho gi to , khud ko hi kho do gi " [ if u think this much , u will loose urself ]

" muje laga main ne pehlay hi sab kho dia " [ i thought i already lost everything ]

Her words were so deep , he didn't want her to get sad again .. but he have no words to console her ..

" agar life new chance de to usse use karna chaiye na ?" [ if life gives a new chance .. u must use it right ? ]

" aur agar haarnay ka dar ho to ?" [ and what if we have fear to loose ? ]

" then think something better is already planned for u "

She gets silent again .. may b its time to get something good for her too ...

"to theek ha , tu jab chahay yahaan aa sakta ha , mujh se milne " [ ok then u can come to meet me , whenever u want ]

He smiled whole heartedly ... hugging her side ways .finally he succeded in first step .. he knew its gonna b difficult but interesting too ... .

" thank u .."

" wo kis liye ?? pata ha tere ko hi problem ho gi , phir aik din tu na tang aa jay ga " [ for what ?? u will have problem urself and then one day u will get irked ]

" aisa kabhi nahi ho ga , I m sure .. " [ it will never happen , i m sure ]

They kept talking for long time, mostly he told her about his choices , some memories , and many other s , she felt he is happy ... she cant get his mood ... in a moment he is angry and other moment he is so concerned ...

checking the time he realized , in all this he forgot , that had a meeting in evening n then dinner party too ... he pulled his phone from pocket to make a call but no signals ...

" tu late ho gya na ? [ u got late ?]

" hmm , aik meeting attend karni thi " [ hm yes , had to attend a meeting ]

" ab to tu kabhi b aa sakta ha na , to ja meeting attend kar le .. hum baad main baat kar lain gay " [ now u can come anytime , so go right now ..n attend the meeting .. we can talk later ]

" hmm " ...

She comes at some distance with him , but then he tells her not to come to road , coz she wasn't fully well ...

...

Its been 2 weeks , he used to come to meet her sometimes daily and sometimes in 2 days , when he got stuck in work .. she was opening up .. not sharing her past but sometimes tellinghim about bj ... he never asked who is he .. he wanted to let her tell everything .. he didn't want to push her for anything , coz it always made her sad ...

She was also happy to have him in her life .. She loved his presence ...

His family was back and he became more busy , it was not so easy for him to come to meet her in jungle but he used to get uneasy if he don't talk to her or meet her .. So always found out a way or other to meet her ..

As his plane landed , he let out a sight of relief ..finally he was back .. He didn't meet her from last whole week .. As he had to go out of country for an important project urgently n couldn't even meet her before going .. But it was late so he decided to meet her early morning only , unknown of what is planned for him ..

he entered his car from iron gates , he found his whole mansion decorated ... And what was the event ?he knew that ...

as soon as he entered his mansion , anni hugged him ..

"Happy birthday , bhaai.."

He reciprocated the hug ... every year anni will get the whole mansion decorated like this and he will have to give her gift .. and that must b unique

Dadi and rajesh too wish him , they cut the cake .

Anni : so mera gift ??? [ where is my gift ?]

Maan makes sorry face as he forgot to get gift for her .. he did bring few but those were not special n unique ones , as he gives her always on his birthday as a return gift , for all the preparations she do for him ...

Ani : ap mera gift bhool gay ??? [ u forgot my gift ?]

Maan : how about keeping it due for sometime ??

Raj : ani , un ko aaram to karnay dain , he just came . [ anni let him rest .. he just came ] .

Ani : but he never forgets my gift .. then y this year ??

Dadi : unhon ne bola na baad main .. [ but he said , later ]

Maan : no one say anything to my sweetu ... ok tell what do u want ??

Ani : hmm .. I was just kidding .. u take rest .. I know u must b tired ..

Maan : u r my best sis .. he winks ..

Anni : hmm , anni khurana is best .. she says ,lifting her eyebrows ..

Dadi : aap dono ka drama khatam ho gya ho to , maan ap araam kar lain ... [ if ur drama is finished , then maan plz take rest ]

Raj : yes maan , tomorrow u know ,birthday party like every year

Anni : and my gift is due ... ..

Maan nodes smilingly and goes to his room ...

As he lays on bed , he thinks about her , " oh party tomorrow , how will I meet her then ?? " ...

" its been whole week now "

He knew she had a fear that he will also leave her someday and she will have to live all alone again ... he felt she is getting used too of his presence, even she told him indirectly too

On the other side , geet was restless , he didn't come from whole week ... even she went to KC again , waited for him but he didn't come till late evening and she went back , she didn't ask anyone as last time too guard didn't tell truth ... .

She saw bj that day again , she cant mistake recognizing him , he have oddly different colour of his eyes greenish blue , and that mark on his forehead .. how much she cried for that .. he fell from cycle when they were playing together , and got injured

... but he is no more that chirpy bj now ... he is a young man now , but she didn't meet him coz she herself started thinking that she may be bad omen , that's y left all alone .. ...

She felt maan also left her like her parents , no not biological parents , but she considered them parents only

Geet's heart thumbed faster hearing the footsteps , near curtain ... and then fear encircled her , when he removed it ... her dignity was at stake ..

He tried to hold her .." n..nn nooo" .. she shrinked herself more ... the other man eyed her lustfully ...

" tere ghar se kuch nai mila but tu to mili na " [ we didnt find anything from ur home , but we got u ]

" kya baat ki ha re tu ne " [ wah !! what a dialog ] other one said ..

Once they were out of sight , geet climbs down and goes back to her hut , the place in which she was living for past three years ... she also fell down ,when she was running to save herself from hounds , and as she had less injuries ,she succeeded in saving herself , but she didn't have anyone to go back , so started living there , in the jungle away from real world ... She built that small hut herself after working for many days ... now she got adjusted with the place ... she had nothing to eat or wear still never complained , she searched food for her in jungle, and once while walking and roaming for long time she fond out road , and after that she started going out of jungle some time , to see people and their life so that living in jungle she don't forget how people live

After applying some oil and balm on her feet she lays down on straws , it was turning dark and she was a bit tired too ... coz she went to leave him until road and then came back ...

In his way ,maan orders his driver to go to mansion directly and not to the hospital ,he wanted to meet his family ,he reaches home , his family was so worried and all were waiting for him , he enters his huge mansion , still in same black kurta and torn jeans ,..

His father came and hugged him ," kahaan chalay gay the , kitna parehsaan kia hum ko " [ where have u been ?? we were so worried ]

Dadi : beta aap theek to hain ?[ r u ok ?]

Ani : bhai dekhain kya haalat ho gai aap ki [ look what is ur condition] ,she had tears in her eyes ...

Maan : ap sub parehsaan na hon , main bilkul theek hun , [ dont worry , i m all right ]

Dadi : hospital chaliye maan , ap ko itni chot lagi ha [ lets go to hospital , u r injured ]

Maan : is ki koi zarurat nahi ha dadi ,main ... [ its not needed .. i m ... ]

Raj [ father] :aap ki koi baat nahi sunain gay hum , fresh ho jayen doctor aap k checkup k liye aa rhay hain [we wont listen anything , go and fresh up .. doctor will come for check up ] ... his father calls the best doctors of dehli

Maan : its all ... his father cuts before he complete

Raj : kaha na nahi , u r my only son , main risk nahi lena chahta ...

Maan : hmm theek ha , main fresh ho jaata hun ... he knew his father will not leave till he is fully satisfied ...

Dadi : hmm aur sirf aram , is k ilawa hum kuch nahi sunain gay ... [ u will take rest only , we wont hear anything else ] he was so rich for world but for his family he was only son and they all had extra caring attitude towards him ...

He sights and go off to take bath , ... after long warm bath , he comes out his casual dress was already settled on bed , he wear it , while his father n dadi enters his room with a team of doctors ...,

Doctor : good evening mr khurana !

Maan : evening ! dad , dadi it was not needed ..

Dadi : we already told u . no arguments

Father : doctor check him properly n if we need to take him to the hospital do tell plz ..

Maan lays on his bed leisurely , doctor checks his leg first .

Doctor : mr khurana , its not normal injury , its deep wound ..u got fired ???

Maan : yes ! they fired and bullet hit my leg

Doctor checks fully again

" Mr khurana , bullet has been removed so cleanly , and what u applied on it that it healed this much so quickly ?? "

Maan remembers , how she was gonna apply balm and how she took his care all along ... her way of talking , he didn't even reply to doctor who was waiting for his words ...

Dadi : maan ,r u ok ??

Maan comes back to present ,"yes I m ok dadi"

Doctor : whatever u applied ,it was good , n we r prescribing these medicines ,u have to take them n rest as the injury isn't fully ok , and they all leave

Rajesh : ab btaiye kya hua tha maan ,yeh sab ?? [ ok now tell us what happened ]

Maan : some goons followed me ,n breaks of my car failed , they attacked and I fell into the pit ,wahaan se nikalne main der ho gai , [ it took time to come out ] , he skipped the major details , about his strange adventure ..

Dadi : aur yeh sab main ap ki help kis ne ki , doctor ne btaaya k goli nikaali gai ha , aur yeh dawa [ and whats all this ? doctor told that bullet has been removed .. and this medicine ?]

Maan : dadi wo sub , haan ! gaon k kuch logon ne help ki thi .. [ dadi , some villagers helped me ]

Rajesh : maan they helped u a lot then we must do something for them , I mean helping them financially , what village was that ??

Maan : I ... I don't know the name ...

what could he tell that it looks pit from above and down there , its her world ?never in his life he would tell anyone about her small carefree world ? no .. " leave it , I will manage everything later ..

Dadi : nahi bete ,raj sahi keh rhay hain , hum khud un logon se milain gay aur wo jo mangain gay hum de sakte hain beta [ no ... raj is right , we will meet those people n we can give them whatever they want ]

Maan remembers what she demanded on his offer " nahi dadi , kuch cheezain nahi de sakte .." [ no dadi we cant give few things ]

Rajesh thinks what happened to him , he believed to buy everything with money then what happened today : I think u r not fully well , u must take rest ...

Dadi : haan bte , he is right , aur raj ap apne team ko bhej kar wahan k logon ka pata laga li jiye .. [ yes he is right .. n raj u send ur men and search about those people '

Maan says instantly : ., nahin ! [ " no! " ]

Raj : maan ,u don't worry my team will find out in an hour .

Maan thinks in their life time they cant find her in that jungle " nahi dad ! main khud mil lun ga un se theek ho kar , un ko acha lagay ga .. [ no dad , i will meet them myself once i m ok .. they will feel good ]

Raj : haan yeh b theek hai , phir hum bhi chalain gay aap k sath [ thats fine .. we will also go with u ]

Dadi : hum bhi un logon se milna chahtey hain khud [ i also wanna meet those people ]

Maan : ji ... n thinks " impossible .. he remembers her words " hum aj k baad nahin milain gay , tu apni dunya main aur me yahaan " he so loved her accent and wanted to hear more but she was right they couldn't meet again ..

Raj : ab aap aram kar lain , hum chaltey hain .. [ now u take rest ... we r leaving ]

Maan nodes and they leave him in his room . he lays on his bed n remind the whole incident , how he woke up on grass straws , that torn kurta and her small poor world , he goes to washroom and take that kurta n place it safely in cupboard , he looks at his suits , his wardrobe was filled with best designer suits, every stuff n color, he thinks about her that she didn't have dress.. he comes to bed again n keep thinking ...

Her world was so different , she was beautiful he admitted , even living at that place she was pretty , how will she look if she wears some designer dresses ,makeup and accessories ... he starts imagining her looks ... then how will she react when she will know he lives here ?he imagine her in mansion ... He keeps imagining things till his mind get tired and he drifts off to sleep ...

Again the same dream which was taking his sleep away from many years disturbed him , he again hears a small girl begging him " plz save me , they will take me away " ...

He jerks her, who r u ? "

"geet , I m geet ... plz save me from them , I don't wanna go there "

he see a lady and a man looks like guard coming towards her ... " see ,they r coming ... plz take me with u , I will stay like a good girl "

" r u mad ? y will I take a mad girl like u with me ,"? he was himself so young probably 10 , he looks at his father , who was talking to someone on phone

The man and woman come towards them and take her away from him , she says again " pls ... plss.." she keeps begging until she was out of sight .. he didnt do anything ...they take her away ...

Then he see some people trying to kill a girl , she was same girl ... " Geet ! Geeet " he shouts and wakes up n find himself on bed

He drives to his mansion , n takes her to his room n place her on his bed .. He already called the doctor .. Her shawl was not in place , making her upper body completely bare ...

" Uff , kya karun main is pagal ladki ka " ..

He goes to Ani's room and bring a dress for her ... Doctor was already outside the room , he let him in only when he made her wear that dress ...

Doctor checked her... N told him that she didn't eat anything that's y she fainted .. After giving her an injection n a drip , doctor goes off telling him she will feel ok in some time .. and needs more rest ...

Maan sits beside her , caressing her forehead .. ..

He felt bad .. How long she waited for him and she didn't make him wait ever ... Her forehead had a blue mark too , her eyes were puffy ...

" I didn't mean to hurt u baby "

He tucks the strands of her hairs behind her ear , n kiss her eyes . she was stirring a bit ...

" I already told u don't close ur eyes ever infront of me , I don't like this " now she was trying to open her eyes ,

" talk to me , u look so good while talking " he wanted to hear her sweet naughty talks ...

she slowly open her eyes , n see him sitting near her , her vision was blur .. but finding herself on bed in a big luxurious room was not acceptable reality for her ,,,

" hero ??"

He instantly looks at her , it was bliss for him to hear this,

He kiss her forehead" kun karti ho mere sath aisa ?.. kun baat karna band kar deti ho ? kun apni aankhain band kar leti ho ?" [ y u do this to me ? y u stop talking ? y u close ur eyes ?]

He feels a bit sad that she only came to return his wallet n not to meet him but right now her care was more important ...

" Canada gay hain , ani wanted to go " .. [ they went to canada , anni wanted to go ]

anni ?? after how long she heard this name ..

Maan took the cereal from nakul , but he didn't let him in .

" tumhain bola tha uthna mat , ab lait jao " [ i asked u not to get up .. now lay down] she was standing near window ...

" hero , tu to aisay behave kar raha hai jaisay school main teacher kartay hain , yeh mat karo, wo karo " .. [ hero u r behaving like teacher , who say dont do this , do that ]

He knew she will not listen ,so after keeping the cereal on side table he picks her up and place her on bed again ... " ab chup chaap yeh kha lo " [ now have ur cereal ]

" tu to bada strong hai hero , muje aisay utha lia " [ hero u r very strong , u picked me up like this ] she pokes his biscep ,

" strong hai yaar ,kafi work out karta ha na ?" [ u do alot of work out ??]

He was continuously smiling at her antics , what is she ??

" haan ,ab kha lo , nahi to phir se behosh ho jao gi " [ now eat , else u will faint again ]

" yeh koi movie to nai ha k heroine baar baar behosh ho jay gi , aik baar ho gya utna kaafi ha " [ its not a movie where heroine will faint again and again ]

Pheww ! she will never listen to him , he picks the bowl , fills the spoon and feed her ,,

She makes cute yucky face " iss se to jungle main apple acha hota ha " [ apple in jungle is more tasty then this ]

" haan abi yeh kha lo ,baad main apple le aaon ga " [ ok now eat this , i will bring apple later ]

" le kun aay ga ? main khud le lun gi .. " [ y will u bring ? i will take myself]

"abhi jab tak yahaan ho tab tak nahi " [ untill u r here ]

" yahaan hun matlab ?? main na yeh kha k jaanay lagi hun " . [ what do y mean ? i will leave after having this ] .. he gives an angry glare ,

" pagal ho gai ho ? [ r u gone mad ?]

" ho nai gai ,pehay se pagal thi , BJ b muje pagal kehta tha " [ not gone mad , i was already mad ... bj used to call me mad ] she had a sad smile on her face , she had only faint memories of golden days..

He puts down the bowl, first time she was talking about someone , he wanted to know where is she from , whats her name ,her past .. he wanted to know everything ...

" Bj ?? "

" haan wo ... Kuch nai muje chalna chaiye .. " [ nothing , i think i have to go ] she tries to get up again , but he don't let her go ...

" kon ha wo ?kia muje is kabil b nai samjhti k apne baray main kuch share karo??" [ who is he ? m i that unimportant that u dont share about urself ? ] he was not letting her go , was holding her tightly ...

" muje jaanay de hero " . [ let me go ]. she struggles to free herself ...

" main jaanna chahta hun , tumhaaray baaray main " [ i want to know about u ]

He was holding her hand and it was paining coz of drip , her eyes were watery .

" muje dard ho raha ha " [ u r hurting me ]

he realize that it was too much , its her life , and she hasn't given any right to him may b not now , but later he will surely get to know everything ...

" sorry , tum araam kar lo ,raat boht ho gai ha " [ sorry , u have to take rest ..its late]

" par muje wapis ..." [ but i have to ..]

" bilkul b nahi," [ no ..not at all]

" hero tu ne khana nahi khaya na ?" [ did u have ur meal ?] he could feel the concern in her voice .. ..

" haan tum so jao main kha lun ga " [ u sleep ! i will have my food ]

" nahi pehlay kha le na " [ no first eat ] he calls nakul and order him to bring his meal , which he brought within few minutes ...

she liked his presence , his care for her but she didn't want anything bad happen to him , so wanted to go back... but knew its not that easy to escape

he covers her with spread and sit beside her ..

" ab so jaao , doctor recommended rest " [ ok now sleep , doctor recommended rest]

" tu kahaan soy ga ?" [ where will u sleep ]

" dusray room main " [in other room]

"to ja na " [then go ]

He knew something is wrong , y she is acting weird

" nahi jab tak tum so nahi jaati tab tak nahi " [ i wont go till u sleep]

" main so jaon gi , tu thak gaya ho ga na ?? ja k so ja " [ i will sleep , u must be tired.. go and sleep ]

He thought its right to let her sleep , may b she isn't comfortable in his presence , after what just happened ..

"theek ha , tum so jao , agar koi cheez chaiye ho to main sath waalay room main hun " [ ok , if u need anything , i will be in adjacent room ]

" hmm ,good night "

He went to his room , after laying comfortably he again think about her , how his life is changing , the turn of events and everything .. he never felt like this before , his own concern for her make him wonder , he wanted to know why she asked him not to meet her that day .. .. in the pool of his own thoughts he drifts off to sleep

" hope I don't loose the track , else according to her, will keep wondering in this jungle for rest of my life , how much she knows about this place .."

He reach her hut finally , walking for whole 3 hours after loosing the path sometime n then guessing the right one .. he looks at the place , this time properly .. she was not in her hut ..

He comes out to see where is she .. and there she sat , at the edge of pond ,digging her head in her knees ... he could see her back which was fully covered with her thick long hairs .. he goes toward her n sit beside her ,

"ahemm ,ahemm" he coughs lightly to get her attention

She looks up instantly , blink her eyes twice ..

Tu ??? [ U ??]

" haan !" [ yes]

" tu sach main yahaan ha ??" [ r u really here ?] she touch his biscep

" kun tumhain main sapnon main b dikhne laga hun ?" [ y ?? u started dreaming about me ?]

" pehlay to nai dikhta tha ,par ab ka pata nai " [ didnt dream earlier but dont know about now ] she was looking at him as if he is some other specie .. as no one comes to jungle , last time it was some other scenario ..

He hold her shoulders ...

" main such main yahaan hun " [ i m really here ]

" wohi main soch rahi hun tu yahaan kaisay aa gya " [ thats what i m thinking , how u came here ?] she was still staring at him , he so wanted to hug her .. how beautiful she looked checking him like this...

It was perfect evening , sitting near water , no disturbance .. natural beauty and then she , the unique piece ..,

" tum theek kehti ho ,yeh jaga itni buri b nai ha " [ u were right ..this place isnt that bad ]

she wasn't answering , still considering him illusion , as she couldn't even imagine , a rich man like him will ever pay her a visit , she guessed his status a bit high from the cars that day ...

they kept walking ... he was happy that she is finally going out of this place towards his world .
