Title is in contrast with the actual story, dead you associate with bad things but here Maan and bad don't go hand-in-hand.Ok maybe his bodyguards do, but not him. When i saw the title i assumed a phycho husband, maybe even an abuser but boy was i wrong, and pleasantly at that too

His such a gem, maybe the first story where I completely loved Maan and he over-shadowed Geet for me, which is huge because I'm too big of a Geet fan. Usually the stories I read are Geet-centric, with of course a good dollop of Maan lol. Geet's character here I'm afraid didn't connect mainly because I connected with Maan first maybe. i just love Maan way more here 😃

Anni is another favourite, it's hard to believe their friendship. One which stems straight from the heart, no artificial feelings; no show just pure care and love for each other. Brings me to the question Can you love truly at the age of 14?' at that age people go through their own problems, known as the troublesome teens, or the crazy period to some parents. Not that i would know, i was the perfect teenage daughter lol. But yet Maan has, true love which built with time and age, the distant between helped him to realise that love and harbour it, I guess. But Anni too shared the same love for Geet, but of a different kind, a sisterly love. These Khuranna's stole the show for me with their selfless love.

When Maan and Geet meet first in the fighting scene, it's hard not to fall for Maan all over again. The way be protected her from the stalker says something about the man his become. He recognises her from the first instant while she's still ignorant, maybe not totally since she has inkling but not totally persuaded. I understand her life's been difficult, with Darji and Shaina. Maybe somewhere Maan's and Anni's existence in her life has been like a dream, a distant far-stretched dream which was more part of her imaginary life rather than the actual. Her life has been one of pain and sorrow unfortunately casued by her step-grandad.

Geet's character is strong, as in she stands by what she believes in. Which of course is a trait I appreciate, I don't like a spineless lead maybe because it goes against my belief and my upbringing. Even though it may have been wrong but she stood her own, Geet didn't like the charade around the wedding and rightly so, even if her family didn't accept herbut she did and this goes to show by her annoyance in Maan because of the love she had for Shaina.

Her trust, her confidence, her faith in her friend Maan faltered due to this act. Shaina was a ? for me, knowing Darji and his intensions, she to me was a little shady, I mean I sumwat do believe in blood is thicker than water theory, some people are just evil by blood. But that being said I later realised, she's actually nice and was just a prawn used by her own grandfather. Boy am I glad Darji got nothing in the end, so his evil scheming went all in vain which he deserved

Its an awesome story, added to it are your characters which have a place of their own. Whether it's Maan, Geet, Anni, Shaina, they all stand strong. Maan's freind add life to this story. The emotions of each character is portayed well.

But Maan is the centre piece lol I know sounds wrong, he's no table decoration but still his the character that glues me to this story, whether it's his don't-mess-with-me attitude in the beginning, his business acumen while fighting it out with her Darji, his regret, his love, his care, his overall persona shone out and now I understand why it's called Deadly Husband because his got this unique combination which every girl aims to get but only a lucky few actually achieve. i believe that makes Geet a lucky, lucky girl and I'm glad she appreciates him now

I liked your story and your method of writing, I do apologise for my inadequate comments, I know it's not fair on you (38 parts coupled into just 3 comments). I'm sorry but I hope I'll make it up to you in the future.
