Chapter 1

Sydney 3:00 am

When the whole city was sleeping soundly , flying in their dreams,embraced in the warmth of their loved ones, shielding them from the cold weather a girl was turning restlessly in her bed ,draped in her quilt ,was sweating even in this chilled weather

leave that gun... I'm telling you it's not a child play
... I won't ...
only you're going to b in trouble...

*SHOT*

she jerked open her eyes, panting and hurriedly switched on the lamp trying to gather herself from the aftermath of her nightmares and preparing herself for one more sleepless night yeah thts wht it has been for years shooking her head she got down from her bed and drank a glass of water

can she ever get a peaceful sleep she thought dejectedly standing in front the window and looking onto the seashore she felt connected to it like her it was also restless the noise of its waves telling a tale of their own no matter how much she ever try there r things from which we can't flee away no matter wht we achieve or how far we go they will keep haunting you reminding you of things you don't ever want to b reminded of

your past never leaves you it plaps its crads well in your present and future but wht is her future?? Does she have one? She thought bitterly these thoughts and questions wouldn't leave her ever alas! At least they r with her since the beginning they hadn't left her like all sighing she went to wash her face

she stood seeing her reflection in the mirror and trying to recognize the girl in front of her for years she has been in this dilemma has she become that person wht she pretended to the world where is the girl she hided underneath it ?? is she no more?

Yes! A voice from her mind told her She is The Geet Rathod she is no more tht feeble Geet but why is it always her mind? where is her heart?? Shooking his head she went in her study checking her schedule for tomorrow who knows tht the world famous doctor who is always in command , without emotions, cold and looks so peaceful can't even have a sound sleep

"Sometimes people die with such silence tht they never die for the world"

Sound of breaking things is echoing in the large mansion a man is doing vigorous exercise late into the night well wht else r nights for oh yeah for sleeping but wht is sleep?? A question came to his mind it may sound silly to the world but it's his reality every night he would tire himself doing his tai chai mercilessly without caring if he is being bruised or his blood is coloring the floor or its paining him

Is physical pain comparable to the pain when one's soul is ripped?? again a question came to his mind neverthlessly he kept braking ice slabs and almost ripping the skin of his hand

when the heart of a person is being torn to pieces tht couldn't b gathered why there is no sound then??it breaks so painfully why tht cry of agony doesn't reach people? One more question can he ever get the answers to them

he was too tired now it's going to b dawn when the world would b welcoming the rays of light in their lives he would shut himself in tht dark room which is the witness of his pain for years he knew he would fall anytime now thts wht it has been for years he would work all day keeping himself away from the pain but at night would take tht out on him, fainting at dawn and picking up his lifeless body he would prepare and go to his office but no one would know wht he had been doing all night so good he was at masking!

waitin...oops...me 1st😉

liked the update...there r things unsolved and in the dark that haunts the two. the night torments them and they r unable to sleep for the shadows of the past seemed not to leave them in peace.
geet is a doc..but then thr had been issues with her. Maan is so up in his position yet sleep is cruel on him.
it will be exciting to know what is next.

p.s: pls change the 'Recap' to 'Precap". (recap changes the meaning😆"

The CS of Maan and Geet were something very cleverly written, telling nothing but everything. so i guess i will be reading this.
