I think i remember some story in past long time ago where Sam cant conceive and he married to geet and Sam left him for his betterment and he was torn between two relationship don't remember exact plot but was something like that,

and there is one running ff nigahe pyaar ki i think, it is on Muslim family and Mann's wife could not conceive so they got him marry to geet ,2nd marriage allowed in Muslim and geet was not aware of his first marriage and it was hidden by her parents, still this story is going on...
