Maan was not able to tell the truth of his love in front of his father and hence had to get married to Geet.

Now not able to tell the truth of his marriage to Sam and hence acting as her husband.

What can Geet do now. She does not have anyone in the city how is she going to survive.

Superb Update

So Geet tells Maan that he loves Sam and if he wants to divorce her than its okay but Maan stops her and tells her about Sam's accident and her mental state that she thinks she is married to Maan and he has to act like that but Geet says what about her what fault is there of hers as Maan loves Sam but married to Geet and she also shares that he belongs to her only
its really getting more interesting

ppl's memory goes coz of any physical damage to brain but in this case sam's memory goes of mental tension lolz
