It happened when he thought about his past life again nd again ,,, his achievements , his busy nf happy life which turned into a curse in a fraction of sec ,, his whole burn , he complaint nd cursed God for this burden life for him nd his family ,, in his glumness he became mulish nd stopped taking his meals nd meds , then having no there option Dr had to give him drip nd meds throw that , which keep him quiet for few days .

Geet came in nd d servant brought her to lobby where dadima was sitting ,, Geet wished her touching her feet nd hugged her .

Geet: sorry DM , for not picking ur phone when u need me , how is he now ?

DM: he's sleeping .

Geet: OK , let me see once , i'll see quietly not disturbing his sleep.

Geet went in Maan's room quietly ,, he was sleeping ,, Adi was sitting in his chair ,, Geet went near Maan's bed ,,, his eyes wr close but she saw lines of stress on his forehead , like something was running in his mind ,, seeing him like this her heart pained , unknowingly she placed her soft hand on his forehead nd then caressed that nd combed back his hair with a faint smile praying to Babaji .. Babaji , plzz bless him a good health nd make him a lively person again if you want him alive .

Geet stood there for few sec nd then came back to Dadima ,, sat there nd both had their coffee with talk ,, it was raining heavily outside so dadima nd Geet wr walking slowly in corridor ,, her dupatta was flowing in air coz of wind ,, dadima stopped her to take dinner with her ,, she was alone nd Maan was not taking his meals .

DM: Geet beta kash tum humare sath ruk sakti , to hume bada accha lagta.

Geet: I cn't live outside Dadima ,, hostel rules for safety reasons ,, I have to take permission ,, when r U&A coming ?

DM: ruchi ka aana possible nahi bcoz nandini's delivery date is coming close nd after that too she had to live with her for next 1 or 2 months , only Yash'll come to meet us ,, my poor son is suffering a lot in this age.

Geet felt their pain ,, how helpless r they ? she faced a tough time alone nd cd understand DM's condition ,, how much broken nd helpless she is ? Geet gave a side hug to DM .

Geet: hope I cd share ur pain , but I m besides u DM ,, call me any time.

DM: thanks beta , I don't know but when u come to meet us , I feel good..

Geet: DM i'll try to come to u every weekend nd ask to my warden if I cn live here with u in emergency .

DM : if ur warden want any clearance for safety reasons then i'm ready to give ,, just call me beta.

Geet: OK DM .

Both wr walking nd DM was showing d nd describing d area nd rooms ,, it was a quiet big n btful cottage ,, Geet's steps stopped at d door when DM showed her Maan's study .

Geet: DM mai dekh lu Maan ka study ander se ?

DM: haan kun ahi beta ,, ab to ye band rahati hei ,, uss hades ke baad to kisi ne esme kadam bhi nahi rakha ,, bas kabhi-kabhi servant clean ker deta hei .

Geet: thanks DM ,, I know aap sabko ye sab kaffi takleef deta hoga . these things wr d part of Maan's life .

DM: haan beta , but uski kisi cheej ko dur bhi nahi ker sakty ,, uski din-raat ki mahant basi hei enme,, tum dekho beta hum kitche mei dinner ka dekhty hei ,, kuch apni choice ka mann ho to bata do hum banwa detey hein .

Geet: nahi DM , plzzz appki pasand meri pasand ,, Maan nahi kahyenge?

DM: koi hope to nahi ,, try kerenge .

DM went towards kitchen nd Geet entered in Maan's study ,, it was a btful rest nd study ,, there wr many books in d cupboards ,, well arranged ,, Geet gave a contented look all around nd adored his taste ,, she came close to cupboard to have a close look of books ,, they wr from well known researchers nd Drs on medicines ,, she became very curious nd saw all d books ,, many of them wr related to her sub ,, she decided to ask DM to borrow few of them to read , then she looked at his table ,, there wr books , folders nd notepads neatly placed ,, his laptop was still there on d table ,, she touched that nd find a thin layer of dirt on that ,, Geet wiped that dirt from d corner of her dupatta nd opened that to clean from inside too with a faint smile ,, she cleaned d screen nd keypad .

To check it was working or not she pressed d on button nd to her surprise d lappy started at once nd there wr some pages opened up wit d main document page ,, d laptop was not shut down nd directly went on sleep mod after closing , so it cd be possible ,, but she was amazed that after yer it was started without any prb.

Geet sat on d chair nd gave a look to d matter nd saved that she was going to switch off d lappy but stopped ,, something caught her eyes ,, she scroll down d matter nd read that curiously ,, her mouth opened in a O seeing d written matter ,, she read few pages nd then decided to read more ,,every passing mim her curiosity was increasing to read more nd more ,, she opened d rest pages nd checked that they wr too very valuable ,, she decided not to switch off d lappy ,, she didn't know d PW nd she cn't ask to Maan ,, he'll turned her in to ashes by his burning glares if she asked him about his lappy nd PW to read ,, No ,, never,, Geet though for a sec nd closed d lappy ,, searched d charger nd got that in a office bag in d cabinet ,, she put d lappy on charging nd started to read d matter from start ,, her eyes widened in shock nd confusion ... How cd it be ? It's impossible .

She read few more pages with thudding heart ,, d matter which she read from d pen drive was same which was in Maan's laptop ,, means that pen drive belonged to Maan ,, this thing was making Geet more confuse .,, nothing was going in her head ,, it cdn't be possible in any sense but d matter in Pen drive was copied from this ,, she closed d laptop nd drowned in d thoughts trying to solve d puzzled but not getting d right dot ,, there wr many ifs nd buts.

Geet's chain of thought broke when DM came in nd called him for dinner ,, she was too surprised that Geet was still in study ,, Geet held DM's hand nd made her sit on d bed ,, she sat near her knees on d carpet .

Geet: DM , if u don't mind I want to ask something regarding Maan ?

DM : regarding Maan, what beta ?

Geet: once u said that Maan was also in my insti ,, hai na ?

DM: haan ,, he did his MS from there nd then doing his Phd too .

Geet: how many yrs back ?

DM : It was almost more then 2 yrs beta ,, Maan's all work remained in mid , In a blink his all hard work of yrs went in vain ,, now he doesn't talk nd allow us to talk about that ,, he became hyper .

Geet: hummm, do u have any idea about his research work ?

DM: nahi beta , he lived here alone .

Geet: Do u know any of his friend nd batchmate ,, any who wr close to him ?

DM : No beta , I started living with him after his accident ,, nd that time lots of ppl from his med insti came to meet him but that time we wr in a very broken nd didn't know who came to meet him , but after coming in sense nd knowing about his condition he went in depression ,, became hyper ,,, he strictly ordered not to allow any outsider to see him , even relatives too ,, he cut off him from all nd don't refused to go back Delhi to ,, forced us to live here alone away from all.

Geet: u didn't know any single name which he took infront of u while talking before his accident.

DM: he got less time to visit Delhi , some time he talk on random topics , ,yes I remember that sometime he talked about his lab assist , nd gave him monetary help when he needed ,, he had a big family ,, he respected Maan a lot nd came to meet him 3-4 times in hosptl , but later Maan refused to meet him too.

Geet: do u know his name DM ?

DM : yes, Natrajan , Maan called him Nattu anna .

Geet: Natrajan ??
