This was d time when both wr sharing their hearts nd pains ,, he was feeling her pains nd she was his remorse ,, he was not feeling burdened nd ashamed for having his baby ,, he was admiring her decision for saving their baby's life ,, his words soothe her heart nd she beamed nd parted.

Geet: thanks to u Maan for giving my Manu his Dad ,, sometime I cursed myself that I m really a curse ,, a jinx who gave my child this life which I got ,, a fatherless nd familyless life .

Tears dropped from her eyes but Maan cupped her face , wiped them with his thumbs nd nodded in a no .

Maan: no Geet ,, plzz don't call u a jinx ,, it was my foolishness my madness that I mistreated u , It was me who turned a curse for u ... Overwhelmed he started giving feather kisses on her forehead , wet eyes , cheeks nd lastly took her lower lip , licked that softly nd mumbling .. u r my love Geet ... I love u ... They came back to their seats nd settled in their chairs ,, Maan served for both ,, all r cont dishes ,, Geet passed a smile when saw Chinese combo nd her fav smoothie along with his fav Italian dishes (Penne with Vodka Sauce & Capicola , Chard with Shallots, Pancetta & Walnuts ,Creamy choco Gelato )

Geet: u already selected d menu for d dinner.

Maan smiled: they asked at d time for booking ,, if u don't like anything we cn order now , r u ?

Geet: no,,no ,, I m fine with this . it's my fav.

Maan: I knew ,, u nd Manu most of d time eat this .

Geet: manu likes Italian like u ,, it's tough to feed spaghetti nd ribbon pasta outside so I prefer this combo,, easy to eat .

Maan: but at home u to eat Italian .

Geet: hummm, I forgot all my tastes ,, bcoz of manu nd U&A sam I cook according to their tastes .

Maan: nd what do like d most ?

Geet: golgappe ,, papri-chat ,, jo yajan nahi mil sakta .

Maan amazed: what .. golgappe ,, chat ,, Geet u like these ?

Geet: humm ,, what's wrong in that ? at d time of 3^rd trimester I craved for these types of food ( in her flow she forgot what she was sharing nd what maan was thinking ) ,, I didn't have time for proper cooking nd eat ,, work nd study held me tight ,, there was no time to eat nd rest then going very far to purchase from Indian store was impossible for me .

It pierced Maan's heart ... she was not getting her proper diet nd rest at that time when she was needed d most ,, she craved for small things but didn't get .. God!!

Maan felt a lump in his throat , gulp hard nd held Geet's hand tightly in his ,, his eyes burnt ,,

Geet: what happened ? r u ok ,, spiecy hei kya ? have a sip of this smoothie u'll feel better .

Maan cdn't deny her , he didn't want to show her ,, took sips from her drink , composed himself nd passed a faint smile to Geet who was staring at him .

Geet: feeling better ,, don't eat if it's spicey , have from this , it's enough for two .

Geet placed her plate near him nd gestured to with a smile ,, he fulfil her wish nd shared her food ,, then rest of d dinner went well with few more revelation of past memories of her life ,, all wr painful for Maan but Geet was feeling lil light sharing those ,, she was normally talking ,, they finished ,, maan wanted to spent more time but Geet started checking time .

Maan: want to go back ?

Geet: hummm ,, wo.. I want to purchase ice-creames for Manu & all nd don't want to be late ,, we cn go out with all at week end .

Maan: Geet , dad -mom have to go back Ind in next 2-3 days ,, u know work is piling up there for him nd mom has to prepare for our marriage ,,,,aamm ,,did u ask for leaves ?

Geet: sorry , I was not able to ask today , TM for sure .

Maan: it's ok , Geet we have to apply for rgtd marriage too nd I think u want that here .

Geet: hummm ,, Maan I don't know u all like it or not but I have a prob .

Maan: prob ,, what?

Geet: I had sign a bond with Co nd have to work for next 2 yrs with them .

Maan: humm,, don't worry we'll try to manage ,, now we have our business here nd d current projects'll take nearly 3-4 yrs so there was no issue for this. Thanks . ... anything for my love.

She shied nd Maan leaned to her nd stole a quick peck on her rosy lips which made her more red ,, chalen ,,, humm.

Both wr driving back nd feeling very relaxed ,though Maan's heart was heavy knowing about her miseries but but hiding that he was smiling ,, they reached home with many flavour of ice-creams for all but all wr settled in their rooms nd Manu had slept with his granny ,, when Geet was going to her room Maan stopped her .

Maan: Geet if I ask something , will u give me ?

Geet confused : what ?

Maan: Geet I want ur ultrasounds cds nd manu's birh record ,, plzz .

Geet startled nd staring at him sensing his attachment with his child she nodded in a yes giving him a smile ... abhi deti hu ,, coffee peoge ? humm.
