I was stuck at this line - He is the most unforgiving person when he falls short to his own expectations.
That's the reason behind him blaming himself for everything...only Geet's return can make him come out of this.

it is really painful to see Maan sulking more and more, blaming himself, taking it as a punishment and losing the hope of her return. but I liked that he said he will keep the promise to not meet her or pursue her...he knows it wont work by forcing it, it should be Geet to come back on her own will, which he will wait for.
so Geet is now ready to confront with the issues in her life starting with her parents. waiting to see how she will overcome these and goes back to Maan.
