Story So Far...
Maan and Meet met in college and they knew there was something between them from that instant. They were drawn towards that underlying attraction and realized they were in love! Things were beautiful when they accepted the fast and confessed that they were meant to be together. Two years of soft subtle flourishing relationship made them realize that they were forever. But Meet had a thesis to submit in a reputed University in the US and had to leave for the same for 6 months. Maan, unable to hold himself back and proposed for an engagement before she left. So the couple were happily engaged before Meet flew off to pursue her dream.
Things took a turn when Maan suddenly lost contact with Meet and her family in the course of the months that Meet was in the US. restless and worried, he tried to look for her which went in vain. After seven whole months he got a text from Meet that she was Back in India and that she'd like to meet him.
Surprises and shock awaited when Maan met a very different Meet altogether...Geet! She was twin of Meet who had been studying in the US for a long time about which Maan wasn't aware. Geet, bound by her promise to Meet, had to pose as Meet to push maan away, but guilt ate into her. And as she interacted more with Maan...she never knew when lowered her barriers, stopped pretending to be Meet, became herself and fell for him. Maan, all along, with an impression that he was head over heels in love with Meet, never realized what game the sisters played.
As Maan and Geet take their love to the next level, their intimacy grows and thats when fate conspires and tells Maan the truth. hurt by deception, he vents out his pain to Geet. unable to take this rejection, Geet goes back to the US.
