AFTER the argument with Maan,Dadima straight moved towards his mansion. Allthough she never went there since he buyed,but today she broke her decision only for Geet. She dont want that she bear lonely everything. Plus she want the safe and secure future for both Geet and baby. Car entered and stopped at main gate. One of the servant quickly came to recieve her. 'hum theek hai. Where is Geet?' not stepping in any formality she directly asked for her.
His servant took her to outhouse where she was staying. Dadima command him to leave. She felt hesitated to face her innocent eyes. Its was her grandson who destroying an innocent girl's life. But she wants to save her from further humilation and this thought strengthen her. She knocked on her door with knuckles and entered inside. Geet saw her and her eyes gleamed with happiness first but in a flip of second her long lashes turn down as she felt ashmed meeting gaze with her. She was scared now Dadima definately dont like her and may be think her greedy who sell herself so easily. Scared of her own thoughts her raised steps struck and push back.
Dadima couraged and went near her. Her head was bowed coz the feel of shame. But when dadima opened her arms for her she wont think for a second and absorb herself in her motherly warmth. She stroked her back softly. Both's eyes were wet. 'dont worry beta. I am not angry with you.' she assured her in a soft voice soothing her pain and tooking all her fears.
Both parted and sat on her bed. Dadima wiped off her tears. 'i am sorry dadima.' she apolozised.
'for what beta? Sorry to hume bolna chahiye. Humare pote ki wajhse aaj aapki ye halat hai.' dadima felt guilty as she failed to control Maan. 'i am proved failure.'
'nahi dadima,its not your fault. Infact he wasnt wrong in this all. I allowed him to come near me,because i love him. Unki koi galti nahi hai.' Geet told her about her feelings and how the situations turned between both. She confessed that she wont blame Maan for anything because it was purely her decision.
'Geet if you love him and carrying his child,then why you said no for marriage? This time Maan himself ready to accept both of you then what is the problem?' She was in a bit shock after hearing her feelings and her decision which are completely contrary to each other.
'dadima i love him,but he dont. For him me and my baby was his responsibilty only. Neither he love me nor baby. Apko pata hai aaj subah bhi wo kisi...' her words died in her throat but she failed to hide her pain which comes out in form of tears.
But Dadima got the meaning of her uncomplete words. Her eyes clenched hard,cant able to see the pain she going through. She wont found the words to compell her. 'i got Geet what you dont said. But what about the baby? Think about it. Baby needs father to.' she sounds so unsure to her own ears. Dadima telling her to accept him as husband but inside she knows its not possible,as Maan is not going to change himself for anyone.
'dadima aise pita ka b kya fayeda jo hoke b na ho. Every father is an idle for his children. What impression my baby got for him? I agree i took a big step in my love and involved this innocent life. But i wont commit any mistake regarding my baby's upbringing. When my baby born i leave this city for forever. Dadima aap sochiye us shadi ka kya matlab hai jaha main sirf apne pati ka intezaar karti rahungi ki kab subah hogi or kab wo wapis aayenge. Dadima koi b patni apna pati nahi share nahi kar sakti. Par shadi k baad b Maan sir mujhe ye haq nahi denge to mujhe aise naam k rishte me nahi judna unke sath.' Geet shared her fears and pain with her and made her understood her point of view.
After hearing her she left mute. Now Dadima had no words to convience her. She just caressed her softly and blessed. 'hum ab apse or kuchh nahi kahenge. Kyunki aap sahi hai.' dadima kissed on her forehead and thought. 'beta hum yahi dua karte hai ki ye baby aap dono ko bandh le or Maan me badlav laye.' she blessed her silently and left from there.
She went to KM,where Meera was ready with her questions. As soon she entered Meera start enquiring about her. All are worried for her only. Dadima told her everything. 'Dadima main try karu kya Geet ko convience karne ki?' She asked doubtfully.
'nahi beta wo apni jagah bilkul sahi hai.' Dadima denied.
'par dadima we cant leave her with Maan bhai. You know how is he. He will go to random girls and this hurting her daily. Dadima i think we should bring her there with us. Here we all are present for her. She get proper care and enviroment,needed for her.' Meera had valid reasons to worried and she told to dadima. Dadima to found her reasons good enough. But question is will it sorted out as easily as they thinking.
One more night spended like before. He dont came at night. Wont even both what she replied to dadima's proposal. When he came back in morning everything is prepared and Geet already lefted for her room. She dont wanna see his face,so he instruct all the servants and locked herself in her room. She dont wanna talk to him till he fresh n up atleast. Maan got everything up to mark but not her so he enquired.
'sir mam went to her room. She said she needs rest.' servant informed him and he turned calm.
After following his daily routine he went to office and called to dadima. Now he remembered and wants to know wheather she successded or not. He wished her morning and asked about her encounter with Geet.
Dadima was annoyed,not in a mood of talking much to him. So she to cut in short. 'apki jaise insaan se koi shadi k liye ha nahi kar sakta isliye unhone bhi mana kar diya hai.'
'what? And you dont even tried to convience her?', He was shocked that she failed to agreed her.
'why should i? To made her suffer even more? Infact we all decided to bring her there. Kyunki apke pas to fursat nahi hai. Aise me Geet ka dhyan kon rakhega. Behtar yahi hoga wo yaha aake rahe humre pas. Sham ko Dev use waha se pick kar lenge.' Dadima told her decision to him and indirectly taunts him as well.
Maan's eyes popped out. He send his grandmother to convience her but now his plan was back fired. His ego wont allowed this. 'no dadima not at all. Geet kahi nahi jayegi wo mere sath mere mansion me rahegi and this is final,so no need to send Dev there. She denied to you no problem but i will convience her at any cost.'
'jaise abhi tak kiya hai?' she taunts and he frowned.
'Dadima Geet kahi nahi jayegi and that is final.' he was so admant to kept her along with him.
'but why? You dont love her. She wont ready to marry you. Then what is the use?' Dadima asked why he is so keen to keep her with him. He felt as she scanning his thoughts even from phone.
'agar mere pas rahegi tabi to use mana paunga. Aap log le jayenge to wo kabi nahi manegi. Dadima wo mera baby hai uske liye jo b decision lena hai main lunga. So Geet is not going anywhere.' Maan told her strongly and cut the call in anger.
'i just cant let her go to KM. If once she reach to them it become more difficult for me. What to do. Aajk hi dobara baat kar ni hogi usse.' Maan thinks how will he stop her for leaving his house and not to go to KM.
