Part 35

Maan landed in Amritsar at 11.30 am, and took an Cab and gave the other address in the Police file and went towards it, "God, hope today everything ends well, if I didn't find anything here, then I will just get away from all these "past things" and start an new life" Maan thought as he was looking at the file in his hand, "Sir" the driver's voice made Maan to look up, to see the driver looking at him and beyond him with an wired look, Maan then slowly turned around to see an house, which is in same condition as the Handa Mansion,

Something about the house made him feel an Pain, an excitement inside him, "wait here," Maan said as he got down from the car and started walking towards the house, his eyes was filling up as he saw the dead plants around an small dry fountain welcoming him to the house, Maan felt an trembling inside him looking at the damaged house, Maan controlled himself and suddenly his eyes went to the small jeep parked under a tree near the house, fully dust covered and Maan went towards it and the Jeep gave him an weird emotion, his eyes filled up again, "what the hell is happening"

"I am feeling emotional seeing an Jeep, and dead plants" Maan thought and looked at the house, and an fear creep him up, Maan took up an deep breath and walked into the house pulling away the tapes put on by the police, and stepped in, Maan's heart started beating high and he started to sweat up, "Maan, Maan" suddenly he heard an male voice calling him, he looked around the house which looked too familiar, he felt like looking some figures before him, Maan shook his head hard, "Maan Beta, tea" he heard an voice, and he closed his eyes,

"Geet" Maan suddenly opened his eyes and looked around the empty house, and he looked at himself, Maan walked up towards the bedroom, he knew where it was, I knew this house, his mind screamed and he suddenly rushed upstairs as he knew what he was doing, Maan went to an room and opened an cupboard and pulled the clothes from it and there was an wooden box and Maan looked at it and pulled it out and opened the box, and there was small, small notes, Maan pulled those little letters up, he read the first note

"Thank you, I am fine now, but entering into an girl's room like this is not good, don't you dare do like that again"

Maan smiled up without his knowledge and he took the next note,

"Maan, tomorrow there is an function in my college, I am in dancing, and as the governor is coming my family too thought it as an prestigious one, outsiders too are allowed, just saying"

Maan laughed reading this, and suddenly stopped his smile, he throw the box away, he felt too weird, it's as if he knew how it feels, it was his own feelings, his own happiness, "God, what is this, and that letter, Maan, was that me, was Pari telling the truth, is this my house," Maan thought as his head pained in heaviness and Maan trembled up and tripped and fall on the table need by and the already damaged table broken down and tripped away along with Maan, as Maan hit the floor and looked at the table he found an folder and Maan took the folder and took the papers in it, and his heat skipped an beat,

It was a certificate with his picture on it and he looked down, and read the content, "In Appreciation of Soldier Maan Rajveer Singh for excellent performance in Training conducted by India Military service." Maan got up and dropped everything there and rushed out, it was so much for him to handle, and as he rushed down, literally running away from the house, he got into the cab right away and asked him to drive away, seeing Maan's condition, the cab driver got scared,

"Sir, I knew it, you saw the ghost right, my grandma used to say this story, three house got burned in fire on an single day and it was done by only one guy" the driver said, "Stop the car" Maan suddenly said, "What three house," Maan asked confused, "yes sir," the driver said, "but the, but the police records say it's only two" Maan said, "oh may be the they counted the Handa Mansion and it's guest house around the corner as an single house" he said, "take me there" Maan said and the driver nodded and drove there,

As Maan reached the place he saw another half burned house, walked towards it but he didn't feel any thing towards this house, he felt calm and confident again, and he went in, and looked around, and he was so calm, why am I not feeling anything towards this house, wasn't this suppose to be connected with those houses, Maan's mind was more clear now, "Ok for once I am gonna believe Pari, ok, this is my past life, and Geet's too, and it's connected with that lady, who is Geet's sister and somebody killed us and burned us off,"

"Why, what could have happened, and when all the souls reborn in this world again and again and live in their future life, why is our life and souls struck with the past, why" Maan thought and determined his mind, and walked out and rushed towards the cab, "Hey take me back to the house we went first" Maan said shocking the driver, "sure sir" he asked, "Yes" Maan said stressing up his word and the driver drove towards that house,

It was around 7.30 pm when he came to Pari's guest house as he entered he found her hall empty, and so he decided to wait in the hall until she shows up, and kept the folder he bought with him on the table and relaxed on the couch, "what is she doing" Maan thought as he got up and rushed towards her bed room and tried to knock it, but before that the door opened and Maan got shocked as he saw Geet before him, and Geet too got shocked up to see Maan here, suddenly Maan felt an hovering happiness in seeing her,

He slowly stepped up and Geet almost melted in his mesmerizing gaze and blushed up as she moved back, Maan felt an pull towards Geet and moved close to her and Geet stepped back but stopped as she hit the bed, Man felt the pleasure of love screaming inside him, as he looked at Geet, his heart beat was so high, Geet felt like fainting up, with the sweet fragrance of Maan, Maan slowly moved close to Geet and Geet started to shiver and tremble yet loved the moment,

Maan slowly touched her face, making Geet hold her breathe for a second, and he held her cheeks, his warm hold on her cheeks made her breathe high, Maan slowly pulled her close and Geet closed her eyes as his hot breathe touched her lips, "he is gonna kiss, what should I do, push him away, no he will feel hurt, but what happened, why he needs to kiss me, does he love me, really" Geet was thinking as her mind was spinning up, but everything stopped as Maan's hot lips touched her lips,

Maan didn't move his lips but just kept resting on Geet's lips, Geet was waiting for his move, which didn't happened, Maan and Geet pulled back immediately when they heard an knock on the door, and looked behind to find no one, Geet was so scary then embarrassed as she looked at Maan who looked confused but when he saw Geet's scared face, he smiled up, and Geet blushed up immediately, and they both came out of the room and found Pari on the hall, and they felt totally embarrassed before her,

"Hey Geet, can I give it tomorrow, my friend said it's not ready yet," Pari said casually, "it's ok, no hurry, take your time, I will tell Meera, and thanks for doing it for us" Geet said, "hey no thanks between friends" Pari said, "Ok, I had to leave" Geet said and looked at Maan, and her words go struck and she looked away and walked out without an word, "Maan, you sure dumbstruck her, look at my poor Geet" Pari said and Maan sat down on the couch,

"what happened" Pari asked, "you don't look happy" Pari asked worried, "how am I suppose to feel happy" Maan asked, "Ok, Ok, I love Geet, I really do" Maan said but there was more of pain than happiness, "but" Maan paused up, "But what Maan" Pari asked and Maan took the folder he bought and gave to Pari, "you were right, Geet was my love in my past and the lady is her sister, and the Handa mansion is Geet's past house and the second house, I went today was mine, I found these things there only and I felt the connection too, and there was another house too,"

"I don't know what connection we had with that house, yes we all had been killed and burning, and died, and re born too, I believe everything, now what, now what Pari," Maan asked, "you said when the past is revealed my problems will be solved, but the more I knew it, the more I feel pained, angered, emotional, and frustrated, I feel like ripping myself off, you don't have any idea what it is like" Maan said as he banged his hand on the table, "I love Geet, yes, but what if it's not love and just an forced emotion from the past, after reading those letters I can see how much I loved her in the past, but this is present, how much I love her, I wanted to stay away from her, until I figure out things but"

"But I don't know what happens when I see her, I feel happy, I feel so happy and an feel of possession, like I found something lost for long, and now, now I kissed her, damn, What if my love is not true, what if I hurt her, what if I broke her heart" Maan said holding his head, "nothing is right Pari, nothing is right, from the day I knew that I was born to an demon man, I was hating myself and descending myself form girls and all worldly happiness, which my mom couldn't enjoy nor which that man deserves to enjoy, and now, I am struck between an unknown world," Maan poured out, and all Pari could do was silently cry for Maan,

Seeing such a strong guy weaken before her was heart breaking, "Maan, go to your house, relax, and forget these things" Pari said, and Maan looked at her, "please, forget these, I will come up with something, until then will keep an pause for it, I wanted you to realize that what I told you was true, and as it's true, and you believe it, now stay away from it, get involved in works, spend time with Geet, Maan I know you love Geet and Geet too loves you so much, that's why she was silent when you kissed her, and Maan I know you can't hurt her, nor anyone, just forget these past things and try to feel today" Pari said,

"Great, you first said to go behind past and now saying to stay away from it" Maan asked, "yes, I want you to feel relaxed now," Pari said, "hey what about that lady" Maan asked, "yea, I started treating her and her cells are reacting to the medicine," Pari said and Maan nodded and walked out, "The folder" Maan asked as he turned towards her, "let it be with me" Pari said and Maan nodded and went away.

Maan felt an bit relaxed as he had an good dinner and was looking at the moon, and suddenly his kiss and Geet's face came to his mind, "Geet didn't say anything nor even react after the kiss," Maan thought, "maybe she is hurt, or felt bad, but Pari said she loves me," Maan thought and took his mobile and thought for a second and called Geet, and Geet took the call immediately, Maan keep silent and so as Geet, after a few long moments of silence, Maan spoke up, "Geet" Maan's voice send an shiver down her spine, "sir" she said slowly,

"were you sleeping" Maan asked slowly, "No sir, it's just 9.30, I used to sleep late" Geet said slowly blushing up as if he is before her, Geet was praying hard and wishing Maan would not ask about the kiss, and Maan was dying to know her thoughts about the kiss, "Geet, did you got the details about the upcoming party" Maan asked, "yes sir," Geet said, "hmmm, ok, oh, Geet, what were you doing in Pari's house" Maan asked, "sir, there is an party in my friend's house, so my friend wanted an best designer to make her dress, it's her birthday, and as Pari is an model, she knew them, so I went to ask her help"

Maan was feeling better as Geet wasn't saying anything or talking odd, she is normal, "Geet, are you ok" Maan asked suddenly, "yes" Geet said, "you, I mean, today" Maan wanted to ask, but don't know how, and finally he gave up, "see you tomorrow at the office" Maan said and cut the call, and Geet was holding to the dead phone suddenly, "uff, he didn't ask anything, thank you Baba ji" Geet felt an relief, but her mobile suddenly beeped up, and Geet saw Maan's message, and she opened it puzzled,

"Geet, I am sorry, for kissing you like that, don't feel bad, it was not intentional, It just happened and I don't want to justify my action, I am sorry if you felt bad" Geet's eyes popped out read it, "Maan Singh Khurana asking sorry, to me, and he feels bad thinking he made me feel bad" Geet thought, and messaged Maan back, Maan jumped up as he received Geet's messaged,

"Sir, I am sorry, it was my mistake for not pulling away, don't feel bad, I am equally responsible, I should have pulled back, please don't feel bad, good night sir" Maan grinned up as he read her message, and laid back with the same smile.

He kissed Geet.
He is feeling sorry for dat kiss.
