Part - 34

Geet stops laughing and looks at Maan and asks him...

Geet: aapko itna bhi angrezi samaj mein nahi aathi?

Geet continues to laugh...

Maan thinks...stupid girl...do you even know what it means?

Geet: aap na, hamesha gussa karthe rehthe ho, aap ko pyaar karna hi nahi aatha

Maan sighs...so that's what she meant?

Geet is still laughing...

Maan is completely lost in her beautiful smiles now...

He gets closer and closer without his knowledge, as if he is bound by some magical spell...

Geet holds her breadth and struggles to speak further...

She keeps stepping back until she hits the wall...she is trapped...

Geet feels nervous and she also feels strange...

Geet ko bhi kuch kuch hotha hai...

Maan: toh tum haina? Tum hi mujhe sikhao Geet, kaise karthe hai pyaar?

Geet is startled...she is scared...

Maan realizes that he is loosing control of his emotions and he has already strated crossing his limits...

Maan takes his eyes off Geet and moves aside...

Maan: mera matlab hai, tum kehthi haina ki mujhe pyaar karna nahi aatha, issiliye

Geet relaxes...

Geet: ye itna bhi mushkil nahi jitna aap samajthe

Maan sochtha...tum itna paas ho toh mere liye kuch bhi mushkil nahi hai Geet...

Geet continues...

Geet: hare, mujhe dekho

Geet pulls him around and makes him face her...

Maan eagerly awaits her gyaaan...

Geet starts smiling looking at Maan...

Maan feels embarrassed...why is she laughing at me?

Geet: insaan ko na muskurana chahiye, yahi toh humme janwaroon se alag kartha, haina?

Maan: what?

Maan stares Geet again...he feels insulted...

Geet: aap nahi samjenge, aap toh muskurana bhi nahi jaanthe

Maan gets angry immediately...

Maan: tummara matlab mein janwaar hoon?

Geet: meinne aaise kab kaha?

Maan keeps staring ...

Geet: meinne toh sahi kaha hai, aap hi apne chehre ko dekhiye

She moves aside and makes him see his reflection in the mirror...

Maan looks at himself and then turns towards her...

Maan: Geeet

Maan shouts...

Geet: aaise chilathe toh log aap se dhoor bhagthe, phir aap kisse pyaar karoge?

Maan is confused...what's she trying to say...ye kissko pyaar Karen ke liye itna bada bashaan de arhi hai?

Geet is thinking about his clients in her mind...but how would Maan know what's she thinking?

Maan looks at her in utter confusion...

Geet: aaise kyun dekhthe ho? logon ko dekhkhe thoda muskurathe toh aapka gamand itna nahi badtha, aur unse pyaar se baat karne se aap ki daulat kam nahi ho jaathi, apse kabhi koi galthi hothi toh kabhi kabhi maafi bhi mangna chahiye, maafi magne se aapka swabhimaan ko koi nuksaan nahi hotha

Maan listens to her carefully...she has a point...she is right...Maan needs to change...

Geet: aap bas ek bar koshish karke dekho

Geet shows him how to smile...EEE

Geet: phir dekho, log kaise aapko pasand karthe, phir aap akhele nahi honge, sab aapke saath honge

Maan ko dusron ki koi parwa nahi, he is only thinking about Geet...

He gets angry that Geet wants him to change for Geet's sake...

Mein kissi ke liye bhi badal nahi saktha, aur mujhe kissi ki saath ki koi zaroorat nahi...kyunki mein MSK hoon

Maan: mujhe kissi ki zaroorat nahi, mein akhela hi teek hoon, samjhi tum?

Geet: haan haan, aap aaise hi raho, mujhe kya? mein jaathi hoon

Geet gets angry and leaves...

After she leaves Maan looks at himself in the mirror...he is still frowning...he tries to be normal but couldn't...he then realizes that he has gone mad...he is scared that he is turning crazy just like Geet...

Maan: pagal ladhki, mujhe bhi pagal banadegi, mein bhi na? isske bathon ko itna seriously kaise le saktha?

Maan hurriedly leaves from the OH...Geet then returns to her room to sleep...

Geet is satisfied that she had conveyed her message to Maan and it's now up to him to think and act...

Geet sleeps in peace while Maan also forgets his worries and sleeps tight thinking about Geet and her talks...

Dadi spots some changes in Maan's attitude from the next day...

He isn't shouting at the servants and is trying to control his anger a little ...

He has stopped getting angry with everyone unnecessarily...

Geet just ignores him and carries on with her college works...

Maan tries to forget what she said but finds his difficult to get rid of her thoughtful lecture and her new definition of making love...

Next week...

Mr.Sharma and Rahul come to KC to discuss further plans...

Maan goes and meets them...

Maan starts explaining the strategies and the execution plans of the new venture...

Maan takes his job seriously and has worked really hard on this project...

No one is interested as they were expecting Geet...

Rahul couldn't express his disappointment but Mr.Sharma is getting restless...

Who would work with this man, so boring...

Maan keeps elaborating the details...

Mr.Sharma stops him in the middle...

Maan doesn't like anyone interfering like this...he gets angry...

Maan stares Mr.Sharma...

Mr.Sharma turns to Rahul instead...

Sharma: Rahul, where's that girl?

Rahul was just waiting for this...

He looks at Maan...

Maan is puzzled...

Rahul: Maan, where's she?

Maan: Sasha? She is on leave, I'm doing this presentation

Rahul: Sasha nahi, that new girl, tummare secretary ko bhulao

Maan: mere secretary?

Rahul: haan, agar woh nahi hothi toh Mr.Sharma ye deal ko accept hi nahi karthe, she is so smart

Maan looks at Adi...

Maan: Adi, ye kaun hai? meri secretary?

Adi: ha ha ha ha ha, sir Geeet

Adi is scared to take Geet's name infront of Maan...

Rahul is so excited hearing Geet's name...

Rahul: yes, Ms.Geet, how could I forget her?

Maan: Geeet?

Mr.Sharma: haan Geet

Maan: she won't step in my office again

Maan thinks about his warnings and he is sure that Geet won't trouble him again...

Rahul: what? you fired her? Give me her number, I still don't have a secretary

Maan feels a little jealous...

Maan: she won't work for you

Rahul: what?

Maan: I mean, she can't work with us

Mr.Sharma: why not? We all love to have her on board

Rahul: haan, she is fantastic, call her right now

Maan: what? that's impossible

Mr.Sharma: then I think it's impossible for us to work together,I'm afraid I'm not so interested in working with you, what do you say Rahul?

Rahul doesn't want to let go of this chance...

Rahul: no no Mr,Sharma, nothing is impossible, you don't worry Mr.Sharm, she will be here tomorrow

Mr.Sharma: in that case, why don't we proceed tommorrow

Mr.Sharma leaves...

Rahul turns to Maan: Maan, where's Geet?

Maan: Geet Geet Geet, Geet is not my secretary, she doesn't work for me

Rahul: then make her your secretary

Maan: what?

Rahul: Maan, this is our first big project that too in Mumbai, if you want to fulfil Vicky's dreams then you know what to do, this is a big step forward for us...this will be a huge leap, think again...

Maan starts thinking...rahul knows that it's working...

Maan thinks for a while, now he has no other go, he has to bring Geet back as his secretary in real, Maan can't even think of Geet working with him after her so called English lessons...

That thought brings a smile on his face...

Rahul is surprised...he is seeing Maan smile after a long time...

Rahul: kya baat hai? Maan Singh khurana smiling? Itne achche secretary jo milgayi, haina?

Maan couldn't imagine Geet as his secretary, imagine Geet taking notes, that too in English...

And when she starts conversing then Maan would forget English forever...

Maan is smiling again himself...

Rahul: it's good to see you smiling Maan, enjoy man, have fun, why am I always unlucky?

Rahul is disappointed that he doesn't have a secretary like Geet...

Rahul never talks like this with Maan, rather Maan doesn't like personne talks, he only talks business, now Maan realizes that he had been ignoring a friend all these days...

Like that stupid girl said a smile can make a huge difference and yes, MSK can smile...

That evening Maan is amused to see his smiley face on the mirror, he starts practicing a smile and then he realizes that Geet has atlast succeeded in turning him mad and gets angry with himself for acting crazy...
