type sound in u r start search engine their u will get the option of device manager their u will see a option of sound vedio and game controller click on it u will see the name of u r sound driver leave that on above their r few short pics of programs r their last 2 is off a small pc can u see any red cross on it ?

di u don't have to do any thing just check this red cross thing in u r pc nothing other then this bcz in my its red cross which means the driver is not installed properly i just wanna confirm my doubt plz check na di
